The core topic of this work- the mobility of goods, services and factors of production, can be characterised as a creation of external economic relations among particular states. The tendency of these international flows is constantly increasing, which stimulates a progression of internationalization and interdependence of national economies. These relations are narrowly connected with a phenomenon of globalization. It is possible to identify some major causes of mobility, which lie in its contribution to the economic growth and which are the reason for a pressure on its liberalization. However, this mobility has in addition to positive impacts also some negative aspects that obstruct its entire release. In any case the mobility largely influences a development of the whole world economy.
Analysis of Single Market for Services: Oportunities for the Czech Republic

In the first part of my thesis there is an analysis of situation of Single market's liberalization in respect of its historical progress and barriers, which exist. In second part there is illustrated an importance of the sector of services especially on the international trade with services of selected economy of United Kingdom in relation to its business partners including the Czech Republic. Finally, after this evaluation I suggest some solutions to the existing barriers that are offered in private and public sector.

The goal of this work is to evaluate the economic feasibility of the foundation of a cafe with a pastry shop. The theoretical part provides insight into the marketing principles, whereas the practical section tries to exploit these principles and to put them from theory into practice. The research objective is to test the meaningfulness of the foundation of cafes in the town of Jesenice and the likeliness of a return on investment. The basic paradigm of this paper is the overall focus on the customer and the determination of his needs.
Requirements for the quality of spa services

The aim of this dissertation is to find out clients' requirements for the quality of spa services and not only evaluate them but also find solutions to possible problems. Using personal interviews the detailed research was carried out in the spa Berta and Aurora in Třeboň. The first half of this dissertation is concentrated on theoretical solutions regarding the quality of services and spa resorts. Furthermore methods and quality control tools were applied in these resorts and the analysis studying the advantages and disadvantages of provided services was carried out of all the data collected.

Analysis of Various Service Provisioning Practices

The topic of the thesis focuses on the analysis of various service provisioning practices from the view point of a prospect customer organization. Introductory part of the thesis summarizes the actual challenges of IS/ICT for an appropriate business alignment, defines the theoretical foundations of sourcing and ICT services, considering the contemporary state of these fields. Moreover, it identifies the related areas of these fields, like enterprise architecture, IS/ICT management, and systems integration. The central part deals with the identification and analysis of the areas that influence the decision making of ICT service sourcing. Results of this analysis are summarized and further developed by creating a framework to assist companies in deciding the most suited ICT sourcing solution. Within this framework the thesis summarizes important criteria to be considered for a much suited ICT service provisioning practice. It details the prerequisites for the use of this approach and its limitations. Subsequently, it presents an evaluation of certain ICT services within the SaaS market, that could be applicable in the enterprise environment. Finally, the thesis provides a simplified case study, demonstrating a required mindset for exercising the framework in practice.
Optimizing online presentations according to the product features

The purpose of this thesis is to highlight the importance of graphic design and its visual effects in day-to-day life, notice new methods, justify relevant investments to advertisement as well as mention continuously rising demands made on professional graphic designers. The theoretical part of the thesis is based on the research article, which subject is the extent of consumers' product understanding of products being sold online. The research concludes that it is possible to choose the appropriate presentation format according to task complexity (product features) in terms of graphical and multimedia means of online presentation, such as static pictures with text captions, videos with or without narration and Virtual Product Experiences (VPE ). This is followed by the definitions of communication process and relevant standards related to web design, concluding with the description and interpretation of the most interesting and useful theoretical foundations. The main body is about implementing the theoretical findings in the real world business case including advertising campaign in a project having the purpose to give a real economic/business value. All the project phases are described from finding the business partner to the launch of brand new web service and its propagation. The new web page and other propagation materials were made in order to attract selected companies.

The bachelor thesis deal with marketing communication of World Class Health Academy fitness center in Prague, which belongs to the company World Class International, s.r.o., one of the largest supplier of fitness and wellness services in Central and East Europe. The objectives of the thesis is marketing communication analysis of the fitness center focusing on communication mix and making tips for higher effectiveness in using particular tools of the mix and improve total awareness of the brand.
