The main objective of this thesis is to design a business plan for further development company engaged in the distribution of cider in the Czech Republic. The first part deals with theoretical knowledge on setting up a business and creating a business plan. Further details will analyze internal and external environment in which the company will pursue. The last section is devoted to design my own proposal for implementing a business plan, including cost and risk assessment of its implementation.

Master´s thesis is based on making analysis of the present state company Dutch Impuls s.r.o. From this analysis are made the proposals for getting better than actual situation. In the first part there is explained the theoretical introduction to the problem, there are defined basic notions and methods. The second part is based on analysis present situation of the company. In the final part there are drawn up the proposals thanks to making business plan.

Diploma thesis named „Adaptation of a corporate strategy and transformation of commercial activities” is focused on a manufacturing company – printing house. The thesis discusses theoretically as well as practically corporate strategies with an accent on formulation of a business strategy. The theoretical part focuses on a general description of procedures and methods used to create a corporate strategy. The practical part focuses on a company called PRINTING HOUSE (in order to protect business data of the company, it is not specified further and is called the PRINTING HOUSE in the practical part of the thesis), where business and strategic analyses were performed. The outcome of assessments and analyses outline potential investment projects, transformations and also presents a feasibility of acquisition of new business opportunities.
