Financial analysis of Jednota, Consumer Cooperative České Budějovice

The main goal of this bachelor's thesis is to elaborate a financial analysis of Jednota, Consumer Cooperative České Budějovice between years 2006-2010, according to which it will be possible to evaluate company's financial health and its stability in time. The work is divided in a standard way into the theoretical and the practical part. Financial methods which are used in this work go as follows: vertical and horizontal analysis, balance rules, ratio indicators, pyramidal disintegration of profitability of own capital, EVA indicator, solvency and bankruptcy models. All the data come out of public accounting statements. The thesis also includes an inter-company comparison with Jednota, Consumer Cooperative in Hodonín.

The main goal of this Bachelor's thesis is to evaluate the financial health of the company Danone, a.s. within the previous period 2006 - 2010. The work is focused on comprehensive financial analysis and objective evaluation of its outputs in the comparison with the industry and relevant competitors and defining the strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and threats in a brief SWOT analysis. The work consists of two logical parts. The theoretical part describes the substance and principles of financial analysis. The key point of this part is the methodical apparatus used for explanation of all the procedures along with defining the principle of SWOT analysis. All methods and financial indicators defined in the theoretical part are applied in the practical part. In conclusion, based on obtained information, knowledge and outputs, there is summarization of the overall evaluation of the financial performance and provision of specific recommendations.

The bachelor thesis deals with the financial analysis of the travel agency EXIM Tours, a. s. The thesis is divided into two parts. The first part is theoretical. It includes the description of the basic methodology of the financial analysis and the definitions of the indicators used in the financial analysis. In the second part, the company EXIM Tours is introduced and its financial situation is evaluated using the financial indicators described in the theoretical part. The figures have been monitored for the last four financial years (from 2007 to 2010) and they are compared with the recommended figures. In some cases, they are compared also with the figures achieved by its competitors.

The bachelor thesis deals with the financial analysis of the company MOCCA, spol. s.r.o. in years 2006 -- 2010. Thesis is divided into two main parts. The methodological one includes the description and explanation of financial analysis methods that were used in the practical section. The practical part introduces readers with the company, after that there is applied horizontal and vertical analysis of accounting statements together with ratio indicators, bankruptcy and solvency models, all in comparison with the food industry. The conclusion includes final results summing up each sections of financial analysis and comprehensive overview of the financial health of the company.

The aim of my thesis is a financial analysis comapany ASSA ABLOY Rychnov, Ltd. The work is divided into two parts, the part of the methodological and practical. The methodological part deals with the characteristics of absolute, differential and ratio indicators. The content of the practical part is the analysis itself ASSA ABLOY Rychnov Ltd. in the years 2008 - 2010. The analysis is performed using the financial statements presented on the basis of indicators. It focuses mainly on profitability, activity, liquidity and creditworthiness of the company. The results obtained are compared with values in the sector. The conclusion is devoted to a comprehensive assessment of the property and financial situation and propose appropriate measures for the future.

The work consists of theoretical part devoted to the core of financial analysis, its users, methods and individual ratio indicators. The second part is the practical part which focuses on presentation of company Vitana, a.s. and then on financial analysis itself. The analysis is based on horizontal and vertical analysis of financial statements and on calculation of profitability, liquidity, solvency and activity indicators. Subsequently the bankruptcy and creditworthy models are presented. The results of financial analysis are summarized in the conclusion of the thesis.

The aim of this thesis is to evaluate the financial situation of the company FORD MOTOR COMPANY, s. r. o. by using financial analysis and finding how much the company was influenced by the financial crisis. The whole work is divided into three sections. The first section is named methodical and this part is focused on the explanation of the subject, purpose, sources and the methods of the financial analysis. In the second part is introduced the company and the information about development and situation on the market. In the third part we can find the practical financial analysis for the last three years including ratio indicators, horizontal and vertical analysis and bankruptcy and credibility models. In conclusion are summarized finding of the whole work and there is estimation when the company was the most influenced by the crisis.

The main goal of this bachelor thesis is to evaluate financial health and financial situation of the company Danone a.s. within the period 2006 -- 2010. I do not have access to internal materials of the company, so I work as an external analyst. Danone a.s. operates in the Czech Republic since 1991 and specializes in the production of yogurt, cotage cheese, dairy desserts and milk drinks. My work consists of two main parts. The theoretical part describes the nature and purpose of financial analysis, its users and inputs and mainly the methodical apparatus used for explanation of all specific procedures. The analysis described in the theoretical part of the work and based on a set of economic and financial indicators is applied in the practical part. There are also some basic informations about Danone a.s. In conclusion there is a summarization of results obtained through the analysis and evaluation of the financial situation. Important part is also comparison with the industry.
