V závere uvádza návrhy na zlepšenie, podporujúc budúcu výkonnosť spoločnosti.

This diploma thesis deals with the evaluation of Jelínek – výroba nábytku s. r. o. using the benchmarking method. The first part deals with the theoretical aspects of the issue. In the second chapter the selected company is introduced and the strategic analysis is elaborated. In the third part, benchmarking with selected competitors is performed. The third chapter concludes with an overall evaluation of the analysis and a SWOT analysis. In the final section, suggestions and recommendations for the overall improvement of the company's performance are described

The thesis is focused on the performance evaluation of a trucking company. It is divided into three parts. In the first part the concepts related to the performance of the company and its evaluation are presented. In the second part, the analysed company and its two competitors are presented. Next, a strategic and financial analysis is performed. The results of the financial analysis are compared with competitors in the industry. In the third part, suggestions for improving and maintaining the performance of the company are given.

This Master’s thesis is devoted to the evaluation of the performance of a company engaged in the production of components for the automotive industry. The theoretical part describes the basic concepts and methods of performance evaluation. In the analytical part, methods of strategic and financial analysis are used in the monitored years 2017-2021 to evaluate the current state of the company. Based on the outputs from these analyses, a proposal is drawn up, which is a recommendation for maintaining the company's performance.

The third part provides proposals for improving the financial situation and more efficient management of the company.

Based on the results of the chosen methods, it will be possible to evaluate the financial performance of the company and to propose suggestions leading to improvement of the situation.

The first part contains an introduction to the performance measurement and the characteristics of individual methods of financial analysis as a way of its measurement. The second part deals with the actual measurement and evaluation of the financial situation, including comparison with industry averages. The third part describes proposals that, if implemented, should help to improve the current situation.

The content of the thesis is conceived in three main parts – theoretical background, analysis of the problem and the current situation, own proposals for solutions and the contribution of the proposed solutions. The aim of this thesis is to find strengths and opportunities for improvement by applying the START model and analysing the financial situation of the selected company. The result of this thesis is development of suggestions for the company's problematic areas that emerged from the methods and analyses used to help improve its performance.

In the theoretical part, the concepts that will be used during the practical and suggestion part will be explained with the help of professional literature. The practical part will use the tools of financial and strategic analysis to evaluate the performance of the company. Based on this evaluation, solutions will be developed in the design part that will lead to improved financial performance of the company.
