Tato diplomová práce se zabývá hodnocením výkonnosti společnosti Jelínek – výroba nábytku s. r. o. pomocí metody benchmarking. První část se zabývá teoretickými aspekty dané problematiky. V druhé kapitole je představena vybraná společnost a zpracována strategická analýza. Ve třetí části je proveden benchmarking s vybranými konkurenty. Závěr třetí kapitoly tvoří celkové zhodnocení analýz a SWOT analýza. V závěrečné části jsou popsány návrhy a doporučení pro celkové zlepšení výkonnosti společnosti. This diploma thesis deals with the evaluation of Jelínek – výroba nábytku s. r. o. using the benchmarking method. The first part deals with the theoretical aspects of the issue. In the second chapter the selected company is introduced and the strategic analysis is elaborated. In the third part, benchmarking with selected competitors is performed. The third chapter concludes with an overall evaluation of the analysis and a SWOT analysis. In the final section, suggestions and recommendations for the overall improvement of the company's performance are described
