The subject of this project is documentation for family house with two floors with the office. The house is situated in the village Svébohov. The house is alone standing in the existing development and will serve for 4 to 5 member family. At the bottom of first floor will located business – law office and garage. In the upper part of first floor and full second floor will be used for housing. The terrace is part of house, and is with access to the garden. The land is sloping toward the southeast. Aisle roof is with slight tendency. (two pages).

The thesis is about a project of the family house in the municipal land registry of Vracov. The thesis contains project documentation, technical report and thermic-technical review. The project is solving a brickhouse on the basis of bricksystem Heluz which has two above-ground levels and the basement. The house has a flat one-covered roof, terrace and balcony. The house includes a garage for one car. The built-up area is 141,8 m2.The thesis can be helpful as a source of the building procedure.

The objective of this thesis is to draw up the design documentation for the construction of a single-family house. The detached house will include a two-car garage and will be built in the northern part of the village Moravské Knínice, a brick building with two above-ground floors and one underground. The roof is a saddleback. The vertical load-bearing structure, as well as the non-structural construction, is designed of Heluz ceramic bricks. The total construction area is 162,85 m2.

The building is designed in a constuction systém Porotherm and based on concrete wall footings. The thesis is made as project for realization of building construction with studies and sources.

Surrounding terrain is flat. The project is focused on implementation part of documentation and treatment of particular details.

Subject of this bachelor's thesis is elaboration of the project documentation for currying out of new family house with office part. Building is partial cellarage with ground floor and attic covered with gabled roof as well. Garage is extended to side of building. The vertical structures are made from Porotherm ceramic system. Ceilings are made from concrete prefabricated panels. Structure of the roof constitute wooden truss.

System design house is two-way, vertical walls are lime-sand masonry. The fasade is complemented by thermal isolation. Horisontal strukcures is made of beams and ceramics inserts HODO and cavity panels. Heating are ensured by a gas boiler. The interior staircase is designed as reinforcete.

Family house is set in a slinty sloping terrain. The building was constructed using traditional materials and technologies. The building is designed of system POROTHERM and ceiling construction of system POROTHERM MIAKO. The cladding is insulated by contact insulation. Facades are broken color in combination with a large glass window openings. The windows are plastic with insulating glass. The roofs are flat.
