Producing of aluminum shell
Šindelka, Karel ; Peterková, Eva (referee) ; Lidmila, Zdeněk (advisor)
The bachelor's thesis is focused on the design of a large-caliber signal cartridge. As a semi-finished product, a dome is chosen, which will be cut from aluminum sheet, according to the ČSN 42 4005 standard. Thanks to good cold formability and a large production series, it is suitable to use back-extrusion technology. The semi-finished product for this operation is a calibrated roller, from which a thin-walled cup is subsequently formed. Another operation is the shaping of the bottom of the cartridge case, in which it is necessary to create a flange and a cavity for the match. Since the semi-finished product is cut from a sheet metal sheet, it is advisable to choose multi-row cutting, in which the material utilization is about 70%. Thanks to the combined set of tools, it is possible to perform several operations per machine stroke. In this way, hundreds to thousands of pieces can be produced per hour. The extruder and extruders are made of tool steel 19 423 according to the drawing documentation.
Basics of space motion
Bahník, Michal ; Rozehnalová, Petra (referee) ; Kisela, Tomáš (advisor)
This Bachelor thesis is a summarising text which deals with the issue of space motion. We analyse one-body, two-body and three-body problems. We derive analytical solution for the first two problems, from which we derive Kepler's laws, which are important for understanding of the space motion. We also discuss the relation of analytical solution to escape velocities. The closed form of analytical solution for general case of three-body problem does not exist. There are special cases, so-called stable orbits, for which the analytical solution is known. We design the numerical solution by explicit Runge-Kutta-Bogacki-Shampine method and back diferentiation method and we will test the results on the stable orbits.
Design of warm air heating system for low-energy house
Koutník, Martin ; Krejčí, Vladimír (referee) ; Košner, Jan (advisor)
The diploma thesis deals with design of warm air heating and ventilating system for low energy house. Introduction of this thesis is focused on dividing residential buildings by their heat requirement. Then problems of residential building ventilation and possibilities of warm air heating systems including heat recovery are presented. In the next chapter summary of ventilating units with heat recovery and warm air heating units for residential low energy buildings and pasive family houses is presented. Calculation of low energy house heat losses, which is solved, is based on CSN 06 0210, CSN 73 0540 and CSN EN 12831 standards. Design and calculation of warm air heating and ventilation system and ground heat exchangers is also described. Floor heating system, fireplace insert and solar heating system are designed as supplementary systems. At the end of this thesis the control system is presented. Project documentation is enclosed in appendix.
Apartment building
Jaroš, Radek ; Havířová, Zdeňka (referee) ; Lavický, Miloš (advisor)
The subject of this bachelor's thesis is the design of a new apartment building and the elaboration of project documentation for the construction. The apartment building is located on the southern outskirts of the city of Brno in the Brno - Jih district, in the part of the village Přízřenice on flat terrain. The building is designed as a free-standing building with four above-ground floors and one underground floor completely sunk below ground level. In the underground part of the apartment building there is a technical background of the building and individual cellar cubicles for the housing units. There are twelve residential units in the above-ground part of the building, three units on each floor. Housing units on the ground floor are complemented by terraces, housing units on other floors are complemented by balconies and loggias. A barrier-free entrance to the building is designed. An elevator is also designed in the building. The above-ground part of the apartment building is made of Porotherm ceramic blocks and insulated with a contact thermal insulation system. The external load-bearing walls in the basement are monolithic made of reinforced concrete. The horizontal load-bearing structures are made of monolithic reinforced concrete slabs. A single-skin flat roof is designed for the apartment building. The building is based on foundation strips. The building is designed parking with a sufficient number of parking spaces. The house is designed according to the requirements for buildings with almost zero energy consumption. Such a requirement has been achieved through heat recovery and building envelope parameters.
Utilizing psychoacoustic model and Wavelet Packet Transform for purposes of audio signal watermarking
Heitel, Tomáš ; Schimmel, Jiří (referee) ; Rajmic, Pavel (advisor)
This Thesis deals with a method to enforce the intellectual property rights and protect digital media from tampering – Digital Audio Watermarking. The main aim of this work is implement an audio watermarking algorithm. The theoretical part defined basic terms, methods and processes, which are used in this area. The practical part shows a process of embedding the digital signature into a host signal and her backward extraction. The embedding rule used spread spectrum technique and a psychoacoustic model. The implemented psychoacoustic model involves two properties of the human auditory system which are frequency masking and representation the frequency scale on limited bands called critical bands. The model is relatively new and based on the DWPT. In terms of above model is then the digital watermark embedded in the wavelet domain. This algorithm is implemented in technical software MATLAB. One part of this work focuses on robustness tests of the algorithm. Common signal processing modifications are applied to the watermarked audio as follows: Cutting of the audio, re-sampling, lossy compression, filtering, equalization, modulation effects, noise addition. The last part of the thesis presents subjective and objective methods usable in order to judge the influence of watermarking embedding on the quality of audio tracks called transparency.
