Michalčíková, Magdaléna ; Kolář,, Karel (referee) ; Turček,, Peter (referee) ; Sokolář, Radomír (referee) ; Drochytka, Rostislav (advisor)
The increasing volume of waste of all kinds is currently a phenomenon of economically developed society and one of the problems of environmental protection. It is therefore imperative, in the interest of sustainable development, to monitor impacts related to the impact on our ecology, to regulate waste production by legislation and universally promote their reuse and recycling. Construction and demolition waste occupy a significant share of the total waste volume. This category also includes excavated soils. Recycling of these materials could significantly reduce the amount of landfilled waste and at the same time, these materials could be used as an important source of secondary raw materials. The doctoral thesis describes the research and development of the new technology of reuse soils in the form of self-compacting grouts. The result of the solution will be a suspension of optimal rheological properties, providing a perfect leaking around the stored utility networks. Emphasis will be placed on the study of the interaction of different types of soils with the stabilizers, flowable or plasticizing additives and its typical dispersible substance, including verification of the developed technology in situ.

Reactive Modification of Polypropylene
Matláková, Jana ; Žídek, Jan (referee) ; Lehocký, Marián (referee) ; Kučera, František (advisor)
The theoretical part describes the principles of the free-radical induced grafting and the influence of various parameters on the reactions course. The literature research summarizes the latest knowledge in the field of the reactive modification of polypropylene (PP), it is mainly focused on the PP modification using an unsaturated acid anhydrides. Theoretical part describes the various procedures and modification of technology in order to increase the grafting yield of maleation. The experimental part is determined by the influence of the stabilizers concentration, the peroxide structure, and the binary mixture of monomers on the grafting yield and the reaction course. In the first part, the critical stabilizers concentration was determined based on the experimentally obtained relationship between the grafting yield and the stabilizers concentration. A kinetic schema of grafting of MAH onto PP in the presence of stabilizers has been proposed and compared with the experimental results. The effect of the stabilizers on the extent of the undesirable b-scission was evaluated based on the melt flow rate (MFR) and the rheological curves of PP-g-MAH. In the second part, the effect of the peroxide structure and the concentration of reactants on the grafting yield of PP modification with MAH and itaconic anhydride (IAH) was observed. The initial grafting yield Rg has been experimentally determined and compared with a defined area of theoretical values of Rg. The extent of b-scission was significantly influenced by the structure and the concentration of peroxide, as shown by the results of MFR and the rheological curves of PP-g-MAH. The last part of the doctoral thesis is focused on the assessment of the combination of MAH and IAH as comonomers on the grafting yield. At first, the reference polymers were prepared using the solution polymerization of MAH, and IAH, and copolymerization of MAH with IAH. The reference polymers were analyzed by FTIR, DSC, WAXS to confirm the probable copolymerization of MAH and IAH. The dependence of the reaction enthalpy on the reaction time was observed using simulations of bulk polymerization of MAH, IAH and mixtures MAH and IAH "in situ" in isothermal calorimeter. PP was subsequently modified with a combination of MAH and IAH as comonomers in order to assess its effect on the grafting yield
Development a new technology of liquefaction and soil stabilization
Chlachula, Jakub ; Krejčí, Pavel (referee) ; Drochytka, Rostislav (advisor)
Nowadays, efforts are being made to reduce the environmental impact on the planet even at soils management. Excavated soils are treated as waste and often end up in landfill or depot landfills. It is an effort to exploit these soils. By adding suitable stabilizing additives, features such as yield fluidity, moisture or compressive strength can be adjusted. This composite can be further liquefactioned by using water and suitable liquefiers or plasticizers. Such iquefactioned soils are a suitable self-compacting grouts dressing for excavation for the laying of utility grids, where it is necessary to fill the hole again. The advantage are low economic demands and the absence of excess waste. In the course of this thesis the situation of soil usability in the Czech Republic will be evaluated and possible technologies of soil adjusters will be described. Further, the known types of stabilizing additives and their influence on soil stabilization will be evaluated and verified. Then, different types of liquefying additives will be evaluated and verified. The aim of the thesis is to develop a new technology of liquefaction and soil stabilization.

Možnosti fyzioterapie ke zlepšení stabilizační funkce dolní končetiny u fotbalistů
SLOPOVSKÁ, Kristýna
This bachelor thesis aims to present the possibilities of improving the football kick. Kicking technique is the basis of a well done performance in football matches, but also in training process. The bachelor thesis is divided into two parts, the theoretical and practical part. In the theoretical work I dealt with the history of football and the most common injuries in this sport. I also described the anatomy and kinesiology of the hip, knee and ankle joints. I have elaborated the findings regarding postural motor skills including examinations and tests, which I have further used in the practical part of this bachelor thesis. In the practical part I use a mixed research technique. The research sample consists of 4 players of TJ Sokol Hartmanice in the age range of 22-29 years. The examination of the players was based on input and output kinesiological analysis including the examination of movement stereotypes. Players were subjected to posturographic examination. Their kicking skills were also evaluated by tests of kick accuracy in defined situations. The intervention took the form of self-therapy under my guidance 2-3 times a week for 8 months. They were given a uniform set of exercises to improve stabilization of the kicking and standing lower limbs including the trunk. I used elements from Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization (DNS), Sensorimotor Stimulation (SMS), Acral Coactivation Therapy (ACT), Freeman Method and Gym Ball Exercises to create the exercise unit. The aims of this undergraduate thesis were to map the physiotherapy intervention options with football players leading to improved stabilisation function of the kicking and standing lower limb, to clarify the role of lower limb stabilisation function in football players and to design an appropriate exercise unit.
