Diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem strategie stabilizace malé společnosti distribuující elektrotechnické součástky. V první části představuje obecné pojmy problematiky strategického řízení, životního cyklu organizace a vybrané analýzy vnějšího a vnitřního prostředí společnosti. Analytická část práce obsahuje aplikaci vybraných metod a identifikaci klíčových faktorů v kontextu prostředí se situačním zhodnocením. Na základě výsledků těchto analýz je zpracován návrh vhodné strategie, která povede ke stabilizaci společnosti a posílení její konkurenceschopnosti. The thesis deals with a proposal of a stabilization strategy for a small company distributing electrical components. The first part explains the general concepts of the issue of strategic management, organizational life cycle and selected analyses of company’s external and internal environment. The analytical part of the thesis contains application of selected methods and identification of key factors in the context of the environment with situational assessment. The results of these analyses are subsequently processed into proposal for a suitable strategy leading to stabilization of the company and an increase of company’s competitiveness.
