Economy of Households

(in English): The Bachelor thesis focused on analysis of incomes and expenses of employee's households in the period 2001-2011. After definition of households it deals with their incomes, which divides in terms of origin and discusses the inequallity. Expenses of households are allocated to expenditures and savings. There are observed consumptation's expenditures in terms of structure. The budget of households is defined according to typology and there are described credits. The data, which were being dealt with, are presented in analytical part. Incomes are described in terms of development in the period and in terms of structures: where the wages of emploees are zoomed. Income inequality is monitored by two factors. The structure of households is compared in the terms of time highlighting the most important changes. Household's budget compares income and expenditure in different levels and within households with the lowest and highest income of the sample.

Evaluation of the Economy of Selected Municipality

Bachelor thesis deals with evaluation of the economy of the municipality Chlumec nad Cidlinou in chosen time from 2011 up to 2016. Thesis is divided into four parts. The first part defines objectives and methodology of thesis. The second part includes theoretical bases. The thirds part contains basic information about the municipality, analysis of the current condition and evaluation of the economy of the municipality. In the fourth part are presented own proposals to improve the economy of the municipality.

The bachelor’s thesis focuses on the economy of the Municipality of Kunžak between 2011 and 2015. The theoretical part gives an overview of the basic concepts involved, while the analytical part first introduces the municipality and then analyses its revenues and expenditures. An SWOT analysis was performed as well. Based on the obtained data, the thesis proceeds to suggest measures to improve the municipality’s economy in the future.

The bachelor thesis deals with the issue of evaluating management in the city of Kunovice. The first part is focused on the theoretical knowledge on communities, budgetary system and municipal budget. The second part deals with the basic characteristics on the city of Kunovice, next it deals with the budget analysis of the city and comparisons of income and expenditure for the last four years economy. The third part contains my own proposed solutions to improve the management of the above city.

Management of Indebtedness in Selected Municipality

The presented diploma thesis called Management of Debt of a Selected City deals with the evaluation of the management and indebtedness of the statutory city of Zlín in years 2012-2016. The first part focuses on the theoretical principles and concepts which relate to this area. Subsequently, the work characterizes the statutory city of Zlín and analyses the economy, the indebtedness and the current situation of the city. At the end of this thesis there are proposed the possible measures leading to better debt management.

The theoretical part describes individual services of this organization, such as residential care activities, preventive activities, advisory services and social work activities without accommodation. The practical part is about analysis of the results of individual services of Regional charity Klatovy in terms of their income and expenses. The reference period is the calendar years from 2010 to 2015.

Evalution Economy of Municipality Strelna

The diploma thesis deals with financial management of municipality Střelná in the years 2012 – 2016. This thesis is divided into three parts, where the first part presents theoretical basis involving theory, classification and everything associated with local government in the Czech Republic including the budget of municipality and its financing. The practical part is dedicated to the detailed analysic of the incomes and expenses of municipal budget with a subsequent evaluation of operating and capital management. Also is performed a calculation of the proportion of municipality to national revenue from shared taxes. In the end of diploma thesis, there will be proposing of municipality budget for calendar year 2017 and medium-term financial plan for the following two-years period.

Title: Financing of sports club - non-profit organisation, TJ Sokol Horní Počernice Target: Target of the work is to give a view of the form of managing and financing the sport club and to characterize economical and legal norms conected with civic association working in the area of sport in Czech Republic. Among the main targets of work belongs comparing budgets in separated years first of all, analysis of budgets in separated years - structure of incomes and expenses, process SWOT analysis, process of proposals and recommendations for improve financing of TJ Sokol Horní Počernice. Method: Research methods were used by making bachelor work: Destription, analysis of reachable documents of TJ Sokol Horní Počernice connected with financing this sport club, interviews with representatives of TJ Sokol Horní Počernice and SWOT analysis targeted on financing, which was helpful for disclosure of weak parts, threats and sketched possible occasions and strong parts of organisation at the same time. Results:The results should approach the problematic of financing non - profit organisation on basis of civic association in concrete conditions of TJ Sokol Horní Počernice. Title: Organization and Financing of the Civic Association FK Brandýs - Boleslav Goal: The main goal of this thesis is to make an analysis of incomes and expanses of the civic association FK Brandýs - Boleslav. Next goal is to evaluate three years activity of the civic association. Methods: In this thesis was used analysis of documents to explore annual reports about club finance. Then data was explored using descriptive analysis. Interview method was used to find the missing information. Results: The result of this thesis is a detailed analysis of the financial resources and expenditure of this sports club, summary of club activities and evaluation of past and current football situation in Brandýs nad Labem - Stará Boleslav.
