Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou zhodnocení hospodaření města Kunovice. První část je zaměřena na teoretické poznatky o obcích, rozpočtové soustavě a rozpočtu obcí. Druhá část pojednává o základní charakteristice města Kunovice, dále se zabývá analýzou rozpočtu města, tedy porovnáním jeho příjmů a výdajů za poslední čtyři roky hospodaření. Třetí část obsahuje vlastní návrhy řešení na zlepšení hospodaření výše zmíněného města. The bachelor thesis deals with the issue of evaluating management in the city of Kunovice. The first part is focused on the theoretical knowledge on communities, budgetary system and municipal budget. The second part deals with the basic characteristics on the city of Kunovice, next it deals with the budget analysis of the city and comparisons of income and expenditure for the last four years economy. The third part contains my own proposed solutions to improve the management of the above city.
