Palátová, Zuzana ; Wierzbická, Helena (referee) ; Vendlová, Lucie (advisor)
This balechor’s thesis deals with a project of newly designed nearly-zero energy building in Hrachovec. It has two parts – first part presents documentation for building permission which contains drawings, fire safety design, building physics, energy performance certificate and the second part deals with design of building services which contains concept design of all systems. The building has two storeys, rectangular shape, strip foundations, ceramic mansory walls and gabled roof extending over a carport on one side. The ground storey can be entered from carport. There is a kitchen connected with a living room, a bathroom, a toilet, a utility room and a storage room. In the first storey, there are two bedrooms, master bedroom, workroom and a bathroom. Concept design of bulding services contains mechanical ventilation with heat recovery, cooling, water supply, heating, sewage system, rainwater management, electrical installation and design of photovoltaic panels. Mechanical ventilation with heat recovery is located in a utility room. Space heating is provided via air-water heat pump with floor heating. The outdoor heat pump unit is located on southeast side of the building. The indoor heat pump unit is located in a utility room. Space heating in the bathrooms is complemented with towel radiators. In the living room, there is a stove. Electricity is produced by photovoltaic panels and the building is connected to a service line. The building is connected to the sanitary sewer. Stormwater sewer is connected to a stromwater tank and blocks for soaking. The stormater will be used for watering the garden.

The vertical structures are masonry designed from ceramic blocks with isulated the ETICS contact insulation system. Horizontal loud-bearing structure are designed from concrete. The building is based on foundation strips made from reinforced concrete. The building is conceptual design of eletricity, water supply, sewer pipes, air conditioning and photovoltaic panels on the roof of the building. The photovoltaic panel will be placed on the roof of the building. My main concept design is focused on heating. A floor heating system will be done with hot water in pipes with heat pump. Rainwater will be accumulated in a tank and further used for garden irrigation. Excess water will be infiltrated into the ground no the property. The documentation also includes the Building’s Energy Performance Certificate.
Detached house with a workshop CABAS
Novák, Jakub ; Vaněk, Vojtěch (referee) ; Jelínek, Petr (advisor)
The main topic of this bachelor’s thesis is the development of a construction project at the level of construction documentation for a family house in accordance with applicable legislation. The objective of the thesis is to design and describe the proposed layout of the building, appropriately choose the construction system and materials, address the site's integration into the terrain considering the current state of the plot, and respect the surrounding development. The basis for the work was the municipality’s zoning plan, the real estate cadastre, and a geological map. The new building will be located on a flat plot in a quiet and new part of the village of Městec Králové. The proposed family house is a two-story structure without a basement, designed for the living needs of four people. The project focuses on creating a functional home with optimal use of space and separation of different zones. The construction system is wall-based. The exterior walls are made of ceramic blocks with external contact insulation. The roof of the second floor is designed as a flat green roof with an attic. On the first floor, there is a communication and social zone, which includes the living room, dining area, kitchen corner, and a business area featuring a pedicure salon. The second floor comprises a separate quiet zone with children's rooms and a bedroom, along with a storage room and a study. Both floors have a bathroom with a toilet, with the bedroom having an en-suite bathroom with a toilet.
Detached house in Boleradicích
Pospíšilová, Kateřina ; Jelínek, Petr (referee) ; Dohnal, Jakub (advisor)
The aim of this bachelor’s thesis is to design a nearly zero energy detached house for a family of four. The first part of the thesis is architectural and structural design, including fire safety solution and building physics, which is focusing on acoustic assessment, thermal assessment, and assessment of daylight. The second part is design of building services and design of heating system for a documentation for building permit. The building is located on gently sloping plot in a Boleradice in South Moravia. It has two storeys and gable roof. There is a separate one-storey garage with flat green roof on the plot. The building is based on a reinforced cocreate foundation slab on gravel of foam glass. The external walls are made from sand-lime blocks with ETICS of expanded polystyrene with graphite. The floor structure is a cast-in-place reinforced concrete slab. Gable roof is design like a warm roof, with load bearing structure from timber. The ground floor includes a walk-in wardrobe, a study, a utility room, a bathroom, a pantry, a living room open to a kitchen with access to the deck. The private zone, located on the first floor, consists of a master bedroom, children’s bedrooms, a bathroom, a separate toilet, and walk-in wardrobes. In the project, the design includes mechanic ventilation with heat recovery, rainwater management system, sanitary installation, electric installations, and a photovoltaic system as part of design conception of building services. Heating and domestic hot water treatment are provided by an air-water heat pump. Distribution of heat is provided by floor heating. The project also includes the Energy Performance Certificate.
Air conditioning in a family house
Bařinka, Pavel ; Blasinski, Petr (referee) ; Rubina, Aleš (advisor)
The aim of my Bachelor's thesis was to design the nearly zero-energy house for a family of four. The thesis is divided into two parts. The first part is architectural and structure design and it contains also a concept of fire emergency and building's physics. The second part is focused on the building services, especially on the air conditioning. This part includes as well the energy performance certificate and a concept of wastewater and rainwater management, water supply, heating and electric installations. The detached house has two stories and a separated car port. The ground floor is a social space with an open-plan kitchen and a living room, which is open up to deck and garden. Across the corridor is a utility room, a toilet and a workshop. The first floor is a private space with bedrooms and a bathroom. The exterior walls are designed from ceramic blocks and they are insulated with mineral wool. The floor slab is designed from cast-in-place reinforced concrete. The main roof is monopitched with 7° slope, the other roofs are flat. The collected rainwater will be accumulated in a tank and used for watering the garden. The air-water heat pump is a main heat/cool source for a floor heating/cooling, which is designed in the house. As the secondary (bivalent) heat source are used electric heating rods. The domestic hot water will be mainly heated by the heat pump or with the electric spiral. The mechanical ventilation system has total air exchange of 300 m3/h. The MV unit contains an electric safety preheater, an enthalpic exchanger, two EC ventilators, filtres of filtration stages ISO Coarse and ISO ePM 1 and an automatic bypass. In the system was also designed additional water heater and cooler.
