The game like a diagnostic fool

This thesis deals with the introduction of game like an instrument of key competences development. Important concepts needed for processing of practical part of the thesis are being defined. The practial part deals with the possibility of achieving advanced level in communication and collective cooperation by long-term operating, repeating of appropriately choosen games and systematic work with children.
Competence as a Factor Shaping Human Behavior Managers

My dissertation is focused on description of characteristics which are connected with competences. The main aim of my work has been to set up the manager competences. After the analysis among the students of Faculty of Management we found which competences were obtained during our studies and which ones we had already had when we came to faculty. In my theoretical part I described the manager as a personality including all his competences, their development and the methods of developing. Practical part deals with analysis among the students of Faculty of Management, evaluation and presentation of the results in the form of the charts and graphs.
Developing competence to tackle the problems of philosophizing with children

. This Bachelor?s thesis represents the platform of Philosophy for children and its ability of development competence to tackle the problems. First of all, the terms as competence and key competence with its importance in educational system will be introduced. The influence of pragmatic philosophy for the origin of pragmatic education and later on the platform itself will be discussed. The thesis introduces J. Dewey as one of the most significant representative of pragmatic education. The thesis also describes the history and characteristic of philosophy for the children and the difference between the discussion and dialogue. M. Lipman as a founder of this program will be also introduced. The main part of thesis is focused on the term of critical, creative and caring thinking just as thinking skills which are important tools for solving the problems. Some deficiencies which were made by the author as a facilitator are introduced in the final self-reflection of an educator.
Game as an instrument of developing competence of problem solving

The thesis is concerned with game, its qualities, categories, benefits and is primarily focused on possibilities to use it as a method to develop a competence of problem solving. It deals with fact how the game can contribute to learn to solve problems. It also points out that nowadays people are overloaded by increasing exigencies in the field of problem-solving and therefore it is suitable to use new educational methods, i.e. game, to develop a competence of problem solving. The thesis is then trying to point out advantage of including games suitable for development of above mentioned competence not only in preschool institution and schooling but also in playtime activities and family education. The thesis analyses competence of problem solving as one of the key competences. Thesis's objective consists in the close introducing of possibilities to use games and game programs in the field of developing competence of problem solving.
Use of didactic and audiovisual techniques in education

ANNOTATION This thesis deals with analysis of teaching methods and it focuses on classification of teaching methods, their characteristics and their adoption with support of audio-visual and didactic technology. In the work I state different kinds of audio-visual and didactic technology and possibilities of their use at schools. I assess the audio-visual and didactic technology in terms of aims and competences for effective teaching. I also present elaboration of school educational programme for mathematics and computer technology and a few lesson plans for mathematics and physics using didactic and computer technology. Further the thesis concentrates on the possibility of use of an interactive whiteboard during teaching process and compares lessons where the interactive whiteboard is used with lessons without it. I also quote advantages and disadvantages of old and new mathematics textbooks for Grade 6 of secondary school. For a visual idea some chapters are supplemented with pictures.
Teaching the Local Region the Second Grade of Primary School in Prachaticka.

Submitted thesis titled "Teaching of the Local Region at the Second Grade of Elementary School on the Example of Prachaticko Region" deals with the issue of teaching local region at the second grade of elementary school. It is divided into two parts ? theoretical and didactical. The theoretical part deals with the characteristic of the local region and its position in educational areas with the emphasis on fulfilling key competences. The didactical part summarizes the findings which are based on a questionnaire survey made at the elementary schools and at the grammar schools. The practical part also includes my own conception of teaching(methods of teaching, the excursion, workbooks and didactical games) that is based on the Framework Education Programme for Basic Education.
Telč region - Local region in teaching at the Second Grade of Primary School

The thesis focuses on teaching about Telč region theme in basic schools. The thesis is composed from theoretical and practical parts. The purpose of the theoretical part of this work is to characterize Telč region and define its place in educational curriculum with emphasis on the key competences. The practical part based on empirical research summarizes findings of students´ knowledge about the region. The questionnaire examines different types of educational ways of teachers. According to this research I suggest my own conception (teaching methods, excursions, projects and workbooks) proceeding from The Czech Educational Curriculum for basic schools.
Activities with horses as a tool for experiential education

This work presents a new section of horse rehabilitation Activity with the use of horses as means helping to develop the key competences. All the thesis contains a theoretical part and a practical part. In the theoretical part it explains, first of all, terms such as education out of teaching, key competences, function of leisure time activities and their influence on the development of key competences. In the other part the work describes aims and fields of leisure time activities with horses. The main part of the work informs readers about the activities with using horses as instruments helping to develop key competences by means of educational method of natural communication with horses. The theoretical part is added by a methodical procedure of application of natural communication with horses for the development of key competences and a project checking out this development using AVK at children attending the course of natural communication with horses.
Before/after shool clubs educational programmes key competences

This work treats about before/after shool clubs educational programmes key competences classification and work out. In its theoretical part, the work aims at before/after school club´s characterization, role, function and its objectives´ definition. There is marginally before/after school club documentation mentioned as well. In more details, it pays attention to school eductaional programme that is worked out by before/after shool club. The work points out connection of before/after school club´s educational programme with elemntary school´s educational programme. There are highlited several attitudes to incorporation of key competences into the document ? is it obligation, or not? Different ways of key competences development in before/after school club are introduced here as well. The field part is aimed at particular processing of key competences in before/after school clubs´ school educational programmes in the whole Czech Republic. The documents were clasified into several groups according to their classification profundity and according to their key competences´elaboration. Further, the work is aimed only at the third group, exploring the key competences´ content, style and porcessing extent. The shortcomings in connection between particular activities and developed competences are in this work pointed out as well.
Requirements for Competences in Graduates studying Bachelor Programmes in the branch of study specialising in Management

My diploma thesis deals with key competences, on whose further development should focus not only managers, but primarily universities offering managerial education. The aim was to find out what competences might be required in practice from the graduates of managerial fields of studies on chosen middle management positions, then to compare the established requirements with the content of the curriculum stipulated for Bachelor's Study Programme at the Faculty of Management of the University of Economics, and finally to elaborate a summary of recommendations suitable for the optimal harmonization of this programme with the requirements of established practice.
