The bachelor thesis focuses on the evaluation of the financial situation of QUALIFORM, a.s. in the period from 2017 to 2021. The first part of the thesis is devoted to the theoretical background and specification of selected indicators and concepts. The second part focuses on the introduction of the company and describes its history and main business activities. The third part of the thesis contains the calculations of the financial analysis, including the presentation of the results. Finally, the thesis presents its own proposals for improving the financial situation of the company.

Bachelor thesis is devoted to examine the financial health of the small family business and it is primarily divided into two sections. Theoretical part of the bachelor thesis includes theoretical scope of the financial analysis and it defines methods suitable for examination of the financial health of the company. Practical part is focused on introduction of the company and evaluation of the financial sit-uation of the selected company for period 2016-2019. Evaluation of the financial situation is realized through the methods of the financial analysis. Based on the discovered results, the recommendations and suggestions for improvements of the financial situations of the company are described.

The bachelor thesis is focused on financial evaluation of the company ISOBAST, s. r. o. for past six consecutive periods. The monitored years for the analysis are 2015–2020. The bachelor thesis is divided into a theoretical part, which specifies selected indicators of financial analysis, and a practical part, which analyzes are calculated indicators of financial analysis, including their interpretation and comparison with a competing company. The thesis conclusion contains my proposal for the improvement of the company's financial situation.

This bachelor’s thesis aims at evaluation and improvement of the performance of the company Zlínprofi, s.r.o. using both financial and nonfinancial analysis. This work is divided into theoretical part and practical part. The theoretical part describes methods which the subsequent analysis uses. After that the company is introduced and its financial and strategic analysis is conducted. The results are then compared with the recommended values and competing company. In the conclusion the overall situation is evaluated and based on these resulting facts suggestions for improving the financial performance of the company are proposed.

The bachelor thesis focuses on the evaluation of the financial situation of the company Brazzale Moravia a.s. for the period 2016 to 2020 and puts forward proposals for its improvement. The work is divided into three main parts. The first part contains a theoretical page, which serves to clarify the basic concepts and selected indicators. The second part is the practical part, where the knowledge from the theoretical part is applied to the selected company. The final part od the work is devoted to proposals to improve the financial situation of the company, which result from the results of the second part of the work.

The first part focuses on the theoretical basis, where are specified selected indicators and terms. In the second part of thesis, selected indicators and terms from the first part, are being used. In the last, third part, are presented own proposals that can contribute to improve the financial situation and performance of the company.
