Transformation of the KSČ/M since 1989
Roleček, Hynek ; Bureš, Jan (advisor) ; Buben, Radek (referee)
The process of transformation of the Czechoslovak Communist Party (KSČ) and its successor the Communist Party of Bohemia and Moravia (KSČM) since November 1989 is a unique example of incomplete transformation of the communist party into the non-communist party. The core of this process was the development of the KSČ and the KSČM in 1989-1996. The party following a change in the political system saves in the first free elections in 1990. The party searches possibilities of changes, which culminates into internal referendum in 1991- 1992, when the majority decides to keep the original labelling. The decisive point of the whole process is Congress in Prostějov in June 1993 when the winning faction prevents the radical change and preserves the party. Despite the strong party fission, which creates a lot of non-communist parties, the KSČM may rely on the solid core of voters in the elections of 1996. It is a signal for the party that the trend starting by KSČM consolidates positions, even offers other options for strengthening.

Economic and Social Development of the Russian Federation after the collapse of the USSR
Byelikova, Yuliya ; Němcová, Ingeborg (advisor) ; Musiyenko, Svitlana (referee)
After the collapse of the USSR, the political leadership of the Russian Federation decided to carry out a series of radical reforms which were supposed to introduce market mechanisms into the economy, and enable a rapid transition from a centrally planned economy to a market one. During the transformation period Russia had to face economic problems as well as problems in the social sphere. This thesis focuses on the economic and social changes that have taken place in Russia after the collapse of the USSR. The aim of the thesis lies in finding the factor that caused the deep social, income and wealth inequality in contemporary Russian society.

Proměna pojetí Vestfálského suverenity v rámci Společné Zahraniční a Bezpečnostní Politiky Evropské Unie
Uzelman, Alexandra ; Sršeň, Radim (advisor) ; Rolenc, Jan Martin (referee)
The work overviews the formation process of the European integration after the end of the Cold war and also the evolution of the notion of 'the Westphalian sovereignty' in the framework of the maintenance of the EU CFSP. It is assumed that under the conditions of a political transformation of the category 'the Westphalian sovereignty' in the framework of the EU CFSP it is intensified and requires again as a special political and practical attention, as scientific elaboration in order to figure out the perspectives of the development of the EU as the whole. As the object of this work the category of 'the Westphalia sovereignty' and its evolution in the framework of the European integration processes are taken. The subject of the work is connected with the analysis of the phenomenon of the Westphalian sovereignty in the frames of building of common European defense and security policy of the EU. The main purpose of the work is closely entwined with the identification of significant peculiarities of the ongoing transformation of the CFSP and their influence on the category of 'the Westphalian sovereignty'.

Image noise reduction method based on discrete wavelet transform
Holiš, Michal ; Přinosil, Jiří (referee) ; Malý, Jan (advisor)
This bachelor's thesis contains theoretical treatise on noises, which occur in digital visual data, their classification and possibilities of their removal. The next part is applied to theory of wavelets, wavelet transforms and their usage in working with one-dimensional, but mostly with two-dimensional signals. It is than mainly applied on visual data with a view to removing of failures contained in these data. The last part of the thesis is about implementation of demonstrational programme. This programme is created for removing of noise from the chosen visual data on the basis of user's chosen variables.

Representation of costs and revenues in relation to income statement in specific and product classification
JAKOUBKOVÁ, Jana
This Bachelor disertation is focused on costs and revenues in relation to income statement in specific and product classification. There are determined basic terms, described costs and revenues, classification of it, basic rules of bookkeeping, and transformation of income from operations to tax base and final account with focus on income statement in specific and product classification. Target of practical part is to make income statement in specific and product classification. Theoretic solution was applied to entrepreneurial subject Aldis, a.s. Difference in statements is based on different structure of costs presented in operational area. Advantage of income statement in specific classification is simplicity of it composition. In product classification is important correct adjustment of analytical account. The statements should provide information to internal and as well external users. My recommendation is to make income statement in specific classification for external needs and for internal needs of company to make cost analysis.

Filtering methods in NMR measurements
Ryšavý, Ladislav ; Rajmic, Pavel (referee) ; Gescheidtová, Eva (advisor)
Bachelor's thesis deals with the wavelet transform and its use in processing and removing noise from images acquired by nuclear magnetic resonance. In the theoretical part of work is briefly described the principle of nuclear magnetic resonance, the wavelet transform is described, the selection of appropriate wavelets for filtering, two-dimensional wavelet transform for the processing of image data and appropriate tresholding techniques. The experimental part is focused on the filtration of magnetic fields and map images jaw joint as maps fields. They are filtering the results using different types of waves. It is shown through the evaluation of filtration ratio signal / noise and the steepness of the signal in the image.

Costs and benefits of the privatization process in a period of transition economy in the Czech Republic since 1990
Štícha, Jan ; Ševčík, Miroslav (advisor) ; Vebrová, Ludmila (referee)
The Czech Republic went through transformation of economy in the 90s. The key part of this proces was privatisation. It became the most important political economy proces in the history of the Czech Republic. The privatisation proces especially the nonstandard voucher privatisation is still important topic of public, politics and economic discussion. Purpose of this thesis is to evaulate the privatisation proces in the terms of its revenues and costs. The first chapter is focused on the economic history of privatisation ideas and its use in political practice. The main part is devoted to the analysis of the privatization process in the Czech Republic. Evaluated are the various methods of privatisation and the process as a whole. The final two chapters are focused on the comparison of the Czech privatization processes with the same processes in Hungary and Poland. Evaluated is the speed of the privatization process, the fiscal impacts and impact on the development of selected macroeconomic indicators. The working hypothesis was confirmed: The proceeds of the privatization process exceeded its costs.

Order quantity depending on probability distribution
Naglová, Martina ; Fábry, Jan (advisor) ; Kuncová, Martina (referee)
The thesis examines calculation of the order quantity in case of the stochastic demand. The order quantity is calculated from the cost function and the profit function. In case of the stochastic demand, the exact demand is unknown, but the probability distribution is known. The aim of the thesis is the transformation of the formulas for different probability distributions of the demand. It is necessary to calculate the order quantity so that cost function is minimal. The cost fiction is considered to be bipolar structure where ordering costs are increasing with higher ordering quantity, storage costs are decreasing with higher ordering quantity. In the profit fiction it is examined if it is possible to make higher profits from contracts and how contracts influence the order quantity.

Photos, visuality and art education
Šmíd, Jan
This work is about contemporary vizuality and especialy about photography in art education process. I think that picture and photography today in art education concepts is very important and can to children help to decode many latent symbols and informations. My work will give some keys for understand very difficult problems, which are saved into reality. Look at the real scenes of world and at pictures is the same as walk through the photographic gate. This GATE contains many other wals which way the children can use. Photography can be one of many ways how transformed and think reality, how discover mysteries of life and how touch a part of real time. Children and vizuality is one big area for art and art-education at school, especialy on basic school. Good teacher must be good manager of thinking - in this area of goog thinking during the (photo)picture. 1 feel Photography as fundamental problem in univerzity program of art.
