Multifunctional building in Staré Ransko, interiour and finishing works

The subject of the Bachelor thesis is the solution of technological phase of interior and finishing works in the multifunctional object in Staré Ransko. The thesis is concentrated on the implementation of the floor structures. At first from the implementing hydro insulation to the stepping plies, which are created by vinyl and pavement. The building will serve for accommodation (four flats 2+1) and for training of company employees. The thesis deals with the technical report of selected building, the situation of transport links, the item budget with a bill of quantities, the technological specification for floor construction, the solution of organization of construction, the construction site, the time schedule, the proposal of the mechanical assembly, the quality solution, the occupation safety and the comparison of the two sort of flooring.

Sales and service center Prague - the building technological project

In this diploma thesis deals with execution of ground works, foundation constructions, steel and armored concrete monolithic framework of the sales and service center in Prague. Establishment of the building will be done on armored concrete basement feet, strips and basement plate. The building is desinged in part as a steel framework and in part as a armored concrete framework. The building technological project contains for the phases primarily time and financial plan of object, technology prescription, time schedule, budget, model of the building site accessories, model of the machines, check and test plan, safety plan.

BRNO OBSERVATORY AND PLANETARIUM. IMPLEMENTATION OF CARCASS SUBSTRUCTURE.

This bachelor thesis deals with the structural and technological layout ofthe gross substructure of the Observatory and Planetarium in Brno. The construction is based on the footings and basementlining and the perimetercolumns that are anchored in the monolithic footings. For the occurence of radon, it isnecessary to carryout the radon insulation. The main chapters of my work deal with the technical regulations for the ground work, the insulation against the presence of radon. Further, the work describes the found ations of the building, including the implementation of tenail wall. These chapters are followed by the inspection and the test plans, the desing of the mechanical assemblies, the time schedule of the construction work and the proposition of the itemized budget. Finally, the issues of the health and safety at work are discussed, along with the environmental arrangement required for the planned construction.

Realization of the Substructure of Residential Building in Znojmo

The content of the bachelor thesis is a conception of a technological stage of the substructure of residential building in Znojmo. The building is built on a large diameter bored piles which are connected to a slab foundation. In the places of a higher load, there are projected foundation pads. The project includes technological regulations for earthwork, bored piles and slab foundation. Furthermore, the thesis covers topics of inspection and check plan, mechanical assembly and budget. The thesis also deals with building site equipment, shedule, block plan and work safety.
