Návrh strategie pro nově vznikající event agenturu

This bachelor thesis deals with the development strategies for a new emerging events agency. The main task is to decide whether or not to enter the market and if so, to evaluate the economic cost of entry. Before deciding to enter it is necessary to analyze the market competition, determine barriers to entry and the consequential capital inten-sity. To analyse this, the methods used will be described in the methodology part. These will include Porter's model of five forces, barriers to entry and analysis of their assess-ment, situational analysis based on identifying opportunities and threats. In conclusion, providing there is a positive evaluation of the market entry and capital intensity defined. Then recommendations will follow to implement the project.
Export opportunities on the markets of baltic states

In this thesis, the opportunities for Czech exporters on the markets of baltic republics-- Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia - are analysed. In the first part, I describe the basic economic characteristics of these states, their rapid economic growth till the beginning of the economic crisis in 2008 and the consequences which it brought. In the following chapter I analyse the Czech -- Baltic relations, the balance of trade with goods and services and diplomatic relations too. In the last chapter, there is information about business environment in Baltic republics and the sector with high export potential for Czech goods to Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia.
Strategic Analysis of Family brewery BERNARD, a.s.

The aim of my diploma thesis is to process a strategic analysis of the Family brewery BERNARD, a.s. with using of selected methods of internal and external analysis. I will characterize the strengths and weaknesses of the internal company environment, business opportunities and environmental threats. I will compare the competitive position of the monitored company with its competitive companies in the market. I will elaborate the financial analysis of the brewery for the period 2007, 2008 and 2009 by calculating some profitability ratios, activities and debt. Based on the evaluation of the company according selected methods of strategic analysis, I will outline the business strategy and recommendations for its further development.
The effect of cultural events on the visit rate in Český Krumlov

The partial aim of this work was to implement the features of selected cultural events and consequently the interpretation of realized marketing research. On the basis of this interpretation the main purpose was identified. The aim was related to the effect of cultural events on the visit rate in Český Krumlov. The suggested actions for the improvement of the cultural events offering were accepted. The data from questionary research provided the information for compilation of the visitor´s profile, which included the investigation in the sphere of quality by given services. The research presented the detection of opportunities and deficiencies in the cultural actions co-ordination.

First part of my work deals with strategy, strategic management, strategic analysis and describes individual analysis. The practical part begins with the company presentation. In the practical part were used analysis such as PEST analysis, "4C" analysis , Porter's 5F model, analysis of enterprise resources or financial analysis. At the end of my work are shown conclusions and recommendations for company.

Potential opportunities for development of Eastern Slovakia

In my thesis I am trying to characterise region of Eastern Slovakia, concretly two regions: Košický and Prešovský region. First part of thesis includes general characteristics of regions, their submission to regional structure, regional differences and common signs, comparison with Western Slovakia. The next part includes short history of Slovakia, mainly Eastern Slovakia before and after origin. Methodology of my thesis is a regional analysis, mainly SWOT analysis. This is the main part of my thesis. I concentrate on Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats in each region separately. Also characterise chosen operational programs and possibilities of subvention. In conclusion my thesis there are suggestions and recommendations for regional development of the region Eastern Slovakia.

Tato práce se zabývá jednou z metod analyzování postavení na trhu - SWOT analýzou. Tato analýza identifikuje hlavní podnikové přednosti (silné stránky), jeho největší slabiny (slabé stránky) a případné příležitosti a ohrožení plynoucí z vnějšího prostředí. Na jejich základě pak management činí strategická rozhodnutí. Tato práce se rovněž zabývá aplikací této metody na konkrétní podnik a na jejím základě navrhuje řešení problémů s cílem zlepšit či alespoň udržet současné postavení podniku.

Managementu firmy by měla zmíněná analýza pomáhat při strategickém rozhodování, navrhuje řešení problémů s cílem zlepšit či alespoň udržet současné postavení podniku.
The analysis of the position of Tribun EU, s.r.o. on the market

Tato bakalářská práce analyzuje postavení společnosti Tribun EU, s.r.o. na trhu, a to se zaměřením na pražskou pobočku a její činnosti. V metodologické části jsou obecně charakterizovány malé a střední podniky. Další část se věnuje SWOT analýze. V praktické části jsou popsány jednotlivé produkty společnosti a následně produkty pražské pobočky. Praktická část je zakončena SWOT analýzou pobočky v Praze. Závěr obsahuje možné návrhy a doporučení ke zlepšení současné pozice na trhu.
