Assembly of central part of the motor heat regulation system as a concept of an assembly line
Juřicová, Vendula ; Neužil, Karel (referee) ; Kubík, Roman (advisor)
This diploma thesis is focused on design of assemble unit technology for mounting the central part of motor heat regulation system. In the beginning the current status is described,  followed by the analysis of mounting options, specifying assembly times and determining cycles of the assebly line and developing logistic support. The resulting layout should be ergonomically acceptable, cost-effective and efficient.
Proposal for the rationalization of assembly line for the heat exchanger sets
Růžička, Lukáš ; Kalivoda, Milan (referee) ; Kubík, Roman (advisor)
The objective of the thesis is rationalization of current process of assembling of manifold assemblies from the reduction of operating costs point of view. The reason for rationalization is uncompetitiveness of actual solution due to high manufacturing cost of manifold assemblies coming from this process. After analysis of current operations, taking into account presumed production plan, the capacitive calculation of assembly line was done. Then alternative solutions were proposed based on above mentioned criterion, and from these the optimal variant was picked and developed. The assessment of resultant solution was done in the end.
Proposal for various rational operations of glass installation at an assembly line of Škoda Auto company
Wilhelm, Pavel ; Babák, Jan (referee) ; Kubík, Roman (advisor)
This thesis focuses on the windscreen mounting options on the assembly line at Škoda Auto in Mladá Boleslav. The aim is to describe the possible assembly options and to determine the optimal variant. In the first part the key theoretical information is described, followed by an analysis of the current state. After the introduction of two new proposals the variatiants are compared to each other in terms of finance and overall suitability using multicriteria method.
Proposal for the new concept of assembling water ventilation systems of thermoregulation of a motor at an assembly line
Krátký, Lukáš ; Zemčík, Oskar (referee) ; Kubík, Roman (advisor)
The aim of this diploma thesis is processing of the design of the assembly line for assembling of water ventilation systems of thermoregulation of an engine. The proposal is comprised of determination of the line cycle time, required number of workers and a creation of three possible options of assembly line solution. The final variant will be chosen by using a multi-criterion evaluation.
New system proposal for the balancing of assembly line powered door operation of rail vehicles
Kolečkář, Jan ; Zemčík, Oskar (referee) ; Kubík, Roman (advisor)
This work deals with the measurement time frames and then balancing of assembly line in the company IFE-CR in segment drive units rail vehicles. The first part of thesis is focused on methods of work measurement, method improving quality eight disciplines problem solving and one of the many basic methods lean production 5S. The second part of thesis is introducing company, company's history, products and distribution drive units for rail vehicles. The following part is focused a distribution of production hall, description of workplaces and detailed description of assembly line. The practical part is focused on time frames of assembly operations and theirs compare before and after balancing of assembly line. The last part of the thesis deals evaluation of results balancing of assembly line with focus on productivity.
Reducing production cycle on the assembly line
Brožek, Michal ; Humár, Anton (referee) ; Píška, Miroslav (advisor)
The master’s thesis deals with the reduction of the production cycle at the assembly line of pumps in a particular company. The first part of the thesis is dedicated to introducing the company's history, products, and selected economic indicators. The following part is a theoretical analysis of types of assembly lines, their characteristics and methods for determining the consumption standards of time. The practical part analyzes time efficiency of a specific assembly line. The results of the analysis are presented in table and graphs based on three proposals that are designed to reduce the production cycle. The final part provides techno-economic overview and valuation of improvements designed according to the key indicators presented in the thesis.
Assembly line innovation project for thermostatic heads at Honeywell
Fical, Karel ; Neužil, Karel (referee) ; Kubík, Roman (advisor)
The object of this work is to propose innovative solutions on the assembly line in company Honeywell. Optimization of this line will be achieved by changing the concept of calibration. The current stabilization in air-conditioned chamber will be replaced by operational calibration incorporated in the assembly line, which will depend on ambient temperature. This work will be mainly contained a description of the current status, the proposed changes and economic evaluation.
The Study of Optimalization in Operational Production Control
Hajný, Petr ; Chorovský, Igor (referee) ; Jurová, Marie (advisor)
This master’s thesis solves the lean production’s methods implementation in the steps assembly department at the company IFE CR, a. s. The first part of the thesis describes the material and information flows and the most serious problems are identified in this part. On the basis of the analysis the optimized future state is designed and possible proposals of solutions are recommended to do for achieving this state. The solution of implementation of a new steps assembly line is solved in detail in the last part.
Data transfer in automation production
Konečný, Michael ; Smrž, Jaroslav (referee) ; Lacko, Branislav (advisor)
The aim of this work is to briefly describe main problems of data transfer in automation production and then to descfibe a chosen problematic case and recommend its solution. As the problematic case was chosen the request of Indet Safety Systems, a. s. to come up with a solution that would allow storing and retro-analysis of data measured on produced parts by one of their automatic assembly lines. This case is thoroughly described and a complete solution is proposed.
Výhody a nevýhody možných způsobů řízení montáže na výrobních linkách ve vybrané společnosti
