Job satisfaction

The aim of this work was to focus on the factors that influence job satisfaction at the District Court in the Český Krumlov, determine the current status of overall job satisfaction, and in the case of dissatisfaction propose solutions to improve the situation. To determine the status of the job satisfaction, a questionnaire has been designed. It has been found that the greatest effect on job satisfaction has the reward system. The employees are, however, dissatisfied with it. Nevertheless the employees of the organization are rather satisfied.
Education and development of employees in a particular company

The objective of the bachelor thesis named Education and development of employees in a particular enterprise is to analyze the process of staff training and development, characterize and evaluate existing HR processes, identify the needs of employees and the company and suggest possible ways to improve the current situation. The thesis is divided into two parts. The first part is theoretical and deals with the interpretation of concepts related to staff training and development. Information for this section was obtained from the czech and foreign professional literature. The second part contains a detailed characterization and analysis of selected enterprise education and development through unstructured interviews. For this purpose, I chose the company Leifheit, Ltd. headquartered in Blatná. This company is engaged in manufacturing of small items for home and home textiles. Using unstructured interviews conducted with the HR department I characterized the training and development of employees in the company and carried out the analysis of the current state of education. The thesis is targeted on a particular education that took place in the organization in previous years, on the description of external companies, which Leifheit uses for education and also for the initial training, which is very important too.
Corporate culture in selected company

The aim of my bachelor thesis was to describe the basic theoretical knowledge and regularities in the issue of corporate culture. After studying the literature I summarized the issue in the research of the literature, which forms the first part of my thesis. Based on the study of literature, I analyzed corporate culture in a selected company, this analysis forms the second part of my thesis. I cooperated with Centes, Ltd., which is located in České Budějovice. The Aim of the work was to evaluate and determine the current state of corporate culture in the selected company. For the analysis of the corporate culture I used one of the methods of quantitative research - questionnaire survey. The last objective was to suggest a suitable solution to improve the current situation.
CSR Analysis in a Specific Company

Today, globalization, new technologies and modernization bring a lot of negative influences on our environment and society we live in, compared to the positive effects they create. And that is the reason why so many companies are embarking on socially beneficial goals, rather than profit. The aim of the diploma thesis is to explore and evaluate a concept of corporate social responsibility at Rossmann. In the theoretical part of the thesis I familiarize the reader with corporate social responsibility, dealing with the main characteristics of the concept and actual situation in the Czech republic. The second chapter deals with the characteristics of Rossmann and its activities in the CSR field. The practical part consists of two parts. The first one focuses on internal and external analysis of the company`s environment with regards to CSR. The second practical part is concerned with the empirical research, that was realized by the questionnaire investigation. Following the gained knowledge I will answer the fundamental question: How is the corporate social responsibility part of the company strategy? I will propose measures that will lead to increasing awareness of CSR and the advantages that using CSR brings to the company more effectively.
Coaching and developing of employees' potential

The modern companies is increasingly realizing that prosperity of the companies is not only based on advanced technology, on the famously elaborate strategy but that the functioning of society depends on people themselves. Coaching is presented as a modern method of development potential employees on the basis of coaching freely determine their objectives over time achieve alone. Personal development of employees as well as the author considered a form of competitive advantage because satisfied and motivated employees are seen as a valuable source of the companies. Increased appetite for work, effort for increase their results and productivity, better perception of motivation - that all the author understands as the examples of positive results of coaching. To these positive effects were reached, it requires knowledge of substance and ideas, understanding of this method. The author is in the practical part of thesis focuses on students and graduates because she perceives them as a group preferred by modern companies. The aim of the practical part is to show which knowledge has the segmented group on the method and whether any such knowledge or ignorance is a sign of positive or negative results of coaching.
Creation of adaptation concept for new employees with system organiser position on SAP environment in ŠKODA AUTO a.s.

This thesis deals with the issue of adaptation of new employees in ŠKODA AUTO a.s., particularly of those who joined the company under the "Growth strategy 2018" for "system organizer" job positions -- SAP consultants. The company has been awarded for being one of the best employers in the past years and the system of human resource management and employee care is very advanced, however there was a demand in the "Information systems and organization" department to come up with its own way to adapt new employees concretely on SAP environment beyond the regular plans in the company. The goal of this thesis is thus to analyze current general practices in the company, present arguments for the new concept of adaptation on SAP, create that concept and then evaluate it through employees' feedback. The thesis, among other things, focuses on the whole process of the creation of the adaptation, including its administration and themes. The research of the opinions of the employees will review the present results of the adaptation and will give a base for decisions on how to continue with this effort. All activities in this process were done by the author himself while being an intern in the company and member of the adaptation project team. The target of the effort and the thesis itself is to have the adaptation project green lighted for the future continuation and to eliminate premature terminations of contracts of employment, which is why the SAP adaptations were thought of in the first place. The new concept of adaptation will benefit the company, the new employees, the creators of the concept, the tutors and the author and can act as an exemplar for other departments.

The Bachelor's Thesis is focused on the process of recruitment and selection of employees. The teoretical part generally characterizes recruitment and selection of employees and serves as a basis for analysis of these human resources activities at Siemens, s.r.o., which is conducted in the practical part. The concluding part of the Thesis evaluates theese procedures and suggests other solutions for their improvement.

For bachelor thesis processing was chosen the company Josef Dráb, s.r.o., which deals with construction work. The theoretical part is focussed on koncept definitiv as motivation, stimulation, source of motivation, motivational profile, motivation working behaviour theory, stimulation theory and on the domains of utilisation of thein assets. The practical part is focussed on particular questionnaire surfy, which should find out how the company motivatites it´s employees. The end of the bachelor thesis deal with statement of the problem of questionnaire surfy and suggest a kontingent solutions.

The goal of my thesis was to analyze and assess the current level of motivation and stimulation of employees in selected company and suggest possible changes. The work includes theoretical knowledge in the field of motivation and stimulation, information about the selected company and view on the issue of the employees, which I acquired through a questionnaire survey. Based on the survey results can be stated that employees in the company are well motivated, although there are certain things that could be improved, the main way of motivation used to be salary, but companies recognized that they need to use other advantages such as good social program.The company should not underestimate the motivation of their employees because the employees are mostly involved in the company?s result. Dissatisfaction of employees can cause deterioration of work or poor relations both in the workplace and between the employee and the client. Companies are very well aware of that investments in employees are returned many times.
