The thesis focuses on an optimal way of starting the business, discovery of potential risks and the financial analysis of the plan. While working on the thesis I will use theoretical knowledge acquired by studying the Faculty of business and management, VUT Brno, by self-study and by lifetime horsemanship experience.

By using those methodology is achieved purposes, namely evaluation of financial situation company Agrovykup, a.s. Contribution firm are constructive findings and recommendation for improvement financial situation by the help of which firm is able to achieve prosperity.

The content of thesis is perspective on global state of the firm and also on particular economic indicators in period of the world crisis. The theoretical knowledge will be the base principle leading to understand of constituent elements of each analysis and their outputs and conclusions.
