Analysis of the Selected Company by the Selective Methods

This Master´s Thesis is focused on the analysis of the company PSG – International a.s. that operates in the construction, energy and petrochemicals in the Czech Republic and abroad. Based on the selected methods – Fundamental analysis, SLEPTE analysis, Porter´model and SWOT analysis, was performed a detailed analysis of the company. Based on the findings I present appropriate recommendations to improve performance, efficiency and financial situation of the analysed company.

The thesis focuses proposal business plan for company Esponex s.r.o., which wants to enter the market with used spare parts for cars as a mediator. The purpose is proposal business plan for project Vrakotechna.cz and successful launch of new intermediary services on the market. The thesis contains a theoretical part, an analysis of the current state and proposal business plan. The theoretical part discusses the basic terms related to business plans. The analytical part focuses on introduction of the company, its mission, analysis of the market, where the company operates and also includes an analysis of target customer, the company surroundings, competition and SWOT analysis. The aim is to proposal a business plan, particularly marketing and financial plan.

Evaluation of the Financial Health of the Selected Company and Suggestions for Improvement

Financial analysis of selected company will be performed in my thesis. In the first part, theoretical bases will be introduced for practical use. Further, analysis of business environment – SLEPTE will be presented together with Porter's analysis and breakdown of internal business environment – 7S. Strenghts, weaknesses along with opportunities and threats for the company will be defined on the base of preceding analysis. In other words, SWOT analysis will be done. Financial analysis will be performed between years 2007 and 2011. Possible company's drawbacks will be solved in proposal part.

This master´s thesis deals with evaluating the financial situation of Kverneland Group Czech, s. r. o. The aim of this work is to analyze the financial situation of the company and propose options for improving the financial situation. The first part of work is contains basic information about the company Kverneland Group Czech, s. r. o., the second part focuses on theoretical analysis. In the third part is the company analyzed mainly by using financial analysis. Last part contains recommendations for improving the economic and financial situation.

My graduation thesis deals with the questions of opening a new youth hostel. The objective of my thesis is to create the company which runs a hostel. The first part contents theoretic introduction to the problems and definitions of the esential concepts. The other part concerns application of the theory of setup new business in practice - processing a business plan and analysis of competition.

Analysis of the Competitiveness of the Janek, s. r .o. Company

The subject matter of this Bachelor thesis is "an analysis of the competiveness of the company Janek s. r. o." The main goal of this thesis is to analyze a company with methods of strategic and financial analysis to estimate its success in comparision to its competitors. The thesis is divided into two main parts. The theoretical part deals with general information about the competition, competitiveness, methods of financial and strategic analysis and about their tools and purpose. These theoretical methods are then applied to a chosen company in the theoretical part of the thesis. The strategic analysis of the micro-environment is built on methods of benchmarking and the Porter's model of five forces. The analysis of the macro-environment is based on the PEST method. The financial situation is reviewed on the basis of horizontal and vertical analysis and ratios. The summary of the practical part is done through the SWOT method. The conclusion of the thesis includes findings and suggestions for possible measures to improve business competitiveness.

Directing of Business Subject Connected to the Nets and its Utilization in Selected Territory.

The main goal of this thesis was to analyze present condition in wide context, to propose solution of other development cooperation in choice territory and to express his efficiency. The object of research is company HS AUTO, spol. s r. o, connected to the automobile net, which is occurring in České Budějovice. In terms of solution diploma work were elaborated SWOT analysis of choice company and Porter´s five forces model of competitive surrounding. On the basis of worked analyses were created strategy and measures, which are adverting to present condition and are trying to contribute to development of company activities. On basis of assembled information and performed analyses was effected proposal for cooperation improvement in terms of net with emphasis on improvement and development company activities and its function.
