Běhounek, Martin ; Staněk, Vojtěch (referee) ; Podaný, Kamil (advisor)
This thesis deals with a draft on manufacturing a sink grill. It is a rotary component that is made of corrosion-resistant steel 17 240. Considering the material, the shape of the component and the size of the production lot of 100 000 pieces a year, the suggestion for manufacturing this component is a technique of a deep drawing with no wall thinning. It has been decided that the trimming will be done with a progressive blanking die and the deep drawing will be done with the use of pressing machine LKDA 315. One part of this thesis is a draft of a design of a tool for deep drawing enclosed in a drawing documentation. In the economic segment, there is a total of expenses for one product which is 9 CZK. Production becomes profitable after manufacturing 67 308 components.

HORKÝ, Jan
In the ZD Kojčice cooperative farm, a stable in Krasíkovice was studied in 2013 and 2014. The farm's production technology and the quality of the ensiled feed, feeding techniques, composition of the feed portions and selected milk production indicators were examined. The economy of milk production was also assessed. The production of ensilage ensured quality feed that was the basis for the milk cows' feed portions. The results show that the feed portions were well balanced in comparison to the recommended nutritional values for milk cows. Representatives of municipalities have learned from extensive flooding in 2010, when there were huge losses. Since that time there has been a reassessment of buildings in flood zones, was developed many plans and projects, consider the new risks and a greater range of the governed territory. Currently being developed flood hazard maps and flood risk maps for areas managed by the government, which significantly helps make for the best possible identification of risks from floods, mapped most vulnerable areas and thus become the basis for developing measures for flood navhodnejších only managed a territory of Košice of Prešov in Slovakia. However, the essence of eliminating the risk of flooding to the lowest possible level in Košice and Prešov regions remains, according to the representatives of the government, naustála update streams, effective communication and collaboration with administrators of watercourses and always ready state administration bodies to the very existence and the related consequences of floods .

Introduction: Inflammatory cardiomyopathy (DCMi) represents a non-familial form of dilated cardiomyopathy (DCM) and endomyocardial biopsy (EMB) is crucial for its diagnosis. Aims: To assess the prevalence of DCMi in patients with DCM of unclear origin, to evaluate the significance of serological tests for antibodies against infectious cardiotrophic agents and to analyze the effect of specific therapy guided by EMB results. Methods: EMB was performed in 56 subjects (mean age 52 ± 10 years) with DCM of unclear etiology and left ventricular (LV) ejection fraction (EF) < 40% with a history of heart failure less than 1 year. EMB samples were analyzed by immunohistochemistry, polymerase chain reaction (PCR) and electron microscopy. Results: Immunohistochemical examination revealed myocardial inflammation in 26 patients (46%), the PCR method detected genome of microbial agents in 32 patients (57%). Electron microscopy showed the presence of particles of microbial agents in 41 patients (73%). Serological blood tests found no IgM antibody positivity against any of the investigated microbial agents. Targeted antibiotic therapy in patients with evidence of Borrelia burgdorferi (Bb) genome in the EMB led to a reduction in LV size, improvement of LV EF and alleviate symptoms of heart failure. Conclusion: DCMi...
