The graduation thesis is engaged in the description of CHI Czech s. r. o. which operates on the Czech coffee market under the name Coffeeheaven. The thesis consists of the theoretical part which was made according to literature mentioned in the 5th part. The practical part was made according to the documents received from the company and it is also based on the personal research. In this document you will find information about the establishment of the company, the main facts about its key employees and the founder of Coffeeheaven, analysis of the company surroundings, financial analysis, financial plan for the next year, information about the production and operating. The analysis of risks contains possible factors of risk and the opportunities. The main goal of this thesis was to sum up all information about the company and to offer possible solution.

Perinatal morbidity and its prevention

Within the perinatal period, the mother and the fetus exposed complications that may jeopardize or adversely affect their life. The thesis is focused on maternal morbidity, from which I most impressed operative deliveries, particularly repeat cesarean (SC). SC has now become convenient and safe public awareness and way to bring a child into the world. But is it really so? Few people seem to think the risks for the next birth in women with a history of SC. The number of women mainly from the 80s has risen considerably, so I think that is a current topic and discussed.

PSEUDO-RELIGIOUS ELEMENTS IN DICTATORSHIP SYSTEMS. EXAMPLE OF TURKMENISTAN Bachleor dissertation The objective of the dissertation in catholic fundamental theology is to provide an empirically supported theological analysis of elements reminding religion and its acts in official actions of modern dictatorship systems. The paper is supported by the authority of expert works at modern dictatorships, the philosophers Hannah Arendt, Eric Voegelin, Raymond Aron and the politologist Hans Maier. It provides a summary of substantial elements in the dictatorship of French Revolution and in atheistic totalitarian régimes of bolshevism, fascism and nazism. In part, the paper makes efforts to extend the matter from positions of theology of evidence. Based on tomistic concept of religion, it characterizes pseudo-religious elements as practices of sourcing external forms from religious acts in the secular dimension, however without their intrinsic content. The paper sees their possible roots in cultural heritage, in limitations of adequate human resources for expression of the highest values and in abusing such acts as effective tools of human manipulation. The European Social Fund as one of the two structural funds of European Union is integral part of the Policy of EU. As a fund devoted to human resources development and employment support arise from aims of European employment strategy and contributes to realization of Policy of economic and social cohesion which was set up to reduce differences in maturity and standards of living across European Union's regions. The bachelor thesis refers to the European Social fund and its working in Czech republic including the basic information about structural funds of EU and Policy of economic and social cohesion. Practical part of my thesis is dedicated to the project "Cesta k regionální škole" that has been financed from this fund through the Operational program Human resources development and which has brought new school educational program that supports higher quality and level of education in the basic school of Otokar Březina in Jaroměřice nad Rokytnou.

Reconciling work and family life has been the topic of intense discussion in Europe over the past decade, in large part because the continent's declining and aging population makes it necessary to attract the widest possible range of European society into the labor force. One of the available segments comprises mothers and fathers with very young children. This thesis analyzes the formulation of family policy in the Czech Republic and its support in the aarea of reconciling family and professional life. The analysis herein is based on a comparison of international practices. The goal of this work is to evaluate the formulation of the relevant instruments of family policy that are intended to help people successfully balance family and work.

This Diploma thesis deals with the solution of project documentation for the new Suzuki car showroom building. The proposed object is situated in region of Nitra in Topolcany district, located in suburb part of Topolcany town. The car showroom is designed as a building consisting from the car shop - showroom and the services for Suzuki automobiles. The car shop - showroom is designed as the operation for car sales and the administration part on the second floor. This part of the building is covered with warm flat roof. The second part of the object - Car service is a one-floor building covered with wood, truss purlin constructure in the shape of a saddle roof and in inclination of 9 degrees. The supporting construction of the building consist from cast-in-place reinforced concrete frame in the showroom part and from masonry system Ytong system in other parts of the building.

The subject of this thesis is the construction of Sport and relaxation center in Moravany. The building is divided into three objects. The first object is Bowling & Billiard Bar. The object is single-storey with no basement, flat roof and a total built area of 602,30 square meters. The second object is Technical and operational support + Fitness. The object has two floors, no basement, flat roof and a total built area of 757,40 square meters. The third object is Restaurant. The object is single-storey with no basement, flat roof and a total built area of 602,30 square meters. The building is designed in Porotherm constructional system. Ceiling structure is designed as a monolithic concrete slab. The roof system consists of wood glued laminated beams, purlins and rafters of solid wood. The slope of the roof plane is 3 %.

The bachelor thesis on Accounting entities in culture deals with the accounting entities in the field of culture, especially with theatres. Its intention is to describe the historical development of these entities and their effective legislation in 2014, to determine their main resources of financing and to answer the question: What is the situation of private theatres in the Czech Republic? The theoretical part is focused on defining entities (theatres) in the field of culture and their historical development. It further describes legal conditions for doing business in the field of culture under commercial law and defines the types of legal forms of business in the Czech Republic. The following section analyses the specifics of the companies operating in the field of culture in terms of sales for tickets and financing of these entities in the form of grants. The practical part is focused on analysis of financial statements of 10 theatres in the Czech Republic in terms of quality reporting. In particular financial statements is analysed financial position and financial management of private theatres. In conclusion there is a brief assessment of the fulfilment of the objectives of the thesis.
