Stability of the homogenity of the Infinia camera according to N.E.M.A. specifications
Sák, Petr ; Kabrna, Vladimír (referee) ; Pěnička, Jindřich (advisor)
Nuclear medicine is a modern scientific discipline that uses the instrumentation technics such as basic investigative and diagnostic tools. Their constructive complexity and control complexity of these devices can cause their damage and disable of equipment from operation. Operational tests are examining on many parameters scintillation camera for reasons of reducing the failure rate. In the Czech Republic carried out tests using Recommendation: Quality assurance for nuclear medicine departments, by the Czech State Office for Nuclear Safety. Each test has a recommended frequency of testing. This work describes the testing of planar integral homogeneity by N.E.M.A. parameters. This measurement is carried out approximately every two months, but the results showed that more frequent monitoring will ensure early detection of beginning inhomogeneity of the image. This test is performed in two different ways. The first is by using a point source and the other is using flood source. Each of these methods has its advantages and disadvantages. Testing proceeded on a scintillation camera InfiniaTM HawkeyeTM. We followed, to confirm whether the suspected nonhomogenity camera image. This assumption was confirmed by measuremented tests. At the end of measurement that we performed was camera repaired and its functioning...

Těžba v Predator-Prey modelu
Chrobok, Viktor ; Lagová, Milada (advisor) ; Kalčevová, Jana (referee)
The paper is focused on the Predator-Prey model modified in the case of harvesting one or both populations. Firstly there is given a short description of the basic model and the sensitivity analysis. The first essential modification is percentage harvesting. This model could be easily converted to the basic one using a substitution. The next modification is constant harvesting. Solving this system requires linearization, which was properly done and brought valuable results applicable even for the basic or the percentage harvesting model. The next chapter describes regulation models, which could be used especially in applying environmental policies. All reasonable regulation models are shown after distinguishing between discrete and continuous harvesting. The last chapter contains an algorithm for maximizing the profit of a harvester using econometrical modelling tools.

In doing so, it describes main features and insufficiencies. It also refers to some other related documents, especially the National plan for Introduction of Electronic Public Procurement. The second part is then devoted to regression analysis of dependency of public contract's price and the method of procurement, meaning wheather there are used or not used electronic tools. The main reason for this analysis is mentioning of negative correlation between those two variables across the related documents.
