multi-functional building

The Master’s thesis on the theme „Multi function house“ is drafted as a building documentation according to the relevant laws and standards. The project processes a documentation of a new multi fiction apartment house construction with overall 16 flats. Their sizes are from a flat 2+1 to a flat with 4 rooms and kitchenette. Every flat has a garage and a cellar in the first floor. In the house there are 2 offices with a capacity about 12 employees and also 3 commercial premises. Hairdressing parlor and an Apple store are going to by situated into two smaller premises. In the last premise with 263 m2 of floorspace there is going to be a cycling shop. The project is designed as a brick building without basement. The building has two parts with four floors and these parts are united by a single-storey part. The whole building is symetric. The roof is designed as a platform with tend of 3%. On top of the first floor there is going to be a vegetation roof and a roof teracce with a flagging. On the fourth floor there are going to be roof teracces with ceramic pavement. Over the fourth floor there is going to be a roof cllading laden by pebbles. The house is situated in the town Kroměříž, in the pacific neighbourhood near to the historical town center. The neighbourhood of the object is determined for a building-up of family houses. Nearby the house there is a primary school and an athletic ground. The brick object is designed by a construction system Livetherm on the wall footings. The ceiling constructions are from concrete. The Master’s thesis is made as a project realization of building construction part with studies and design fundamentals. The part of the thesis is also the thermal technical recognition, fire recognition of the object and concept of canalization.
Family house with a veterinary surgery

The subject of this bachelor´s thesis is a newly built detached, two-storey, not- basement, house with an establishment - with a veterinary surgery. To the main two-storey residential part of the building, designed for a family of four adjoins single-storey double garage leading into vestibule of the living area and separate functional establishment veterinary surgery. The main vertical structures are made of porous concrete blocks, ceiling structures are reinforced concrete, flat roofs. Simple cubic structuring and large glass surfaces give the object neofunctionalist expression.

The present bachelor’s thesis processes a design of a newly-built single-family house in the city of Hradec Králové. The design is concerned with a detached two-storeyed building without cellar, a design studio, and a garage for one car, which constitute one complex. The house is designed for a family of four members. The structural system of POROTHERM clay blocks was chosen for the designed building. The floor structure is created with reinforced concrete slabs. The thermal insulation is provided by the ventilated facade. The insulated cladding system is made of fibre cement boards CEMBRIT and timber parallelograms. The whole building is roofed with a flat roof.

This work deals with the design of a newly-built single-family house, which is located in the cadastral area of the town of Letovice. It is a two-floor house without a basement, which is designed for a family of five. The house is detached. The vertical loadbearing structures are lined with sand-lime block SENDWIX, insulated by contact thermal insulation system from polystyrene plates. The building is covered with a gable roof with a slope of 40° a gable dormer window on the south side and with an elongated part of the roof above the garage with a slope of 18°.

The ceilings are designed of the filigree panels Liapor made of lightweight concrete. The facade of the house will be made in the combination of combed stucco and wooden ventilated facade.

The bachelor´s thesis The family house with design office is processed as a project documentation. The house is standing on a building estate number 147/1 in the cadastral area Štíty- město on the street Okružní, and the layout of the house has the shape of letter “L”. This is a family house with a basement and two floors. It is divided into two parts, first one for craft production, second one for living, also extended into the whole attic. The house is lined with ceramic bricks Porotherm. The disposition study and the seminar works are attached as a part of this project.

The house is based on the footings of plain concrete and is built from the building system Velox with contact insulation system in lost planking. The roof is flat, onesheel. Built-up area is 272,2 m2. Also includes is a seminar paper on the topic Green roofs.
