Hydrostatic drive of multi-purpose loader DAPPER

This thesis deals with design of hydrostatic drive for multipurpose loader and tool carrier DAPPER. At the beginning is research of different basic concepts and modern solutions to the problem, aided by a detailed description of competitive machine in the same performance category. Extensive comparison with other producers is included in the annexes to this thesis. Furthermore, a theoretical driving characteristic and its appropriateness is examined further on the basis of two model situations. The calculations of the individual components of the hydraulic circuit precedes drive kinematics analysis of articulated machine frame, on it final conception of hydrostatic drive is chosen. Firstly hydromotors and hydogenerator are chosen on the grounds of calculations then hydraulic hoses, filters and flow divider. Next chapters are aimed to calculations of hydraulic losses and thermal calculation of hydraulic circuit. Final part deals with introduction the final characteristics of drive. The practical parts of the work are assembly drawings with main power components and hydraulic schematic of drive.
Wood-splitting machine

The thesis describes the design of the wood-splitting machine including stress and check calculations and design of the hydraulic circuit. For structural design, it is necessary to choose the maximum dimensions of wooden logs, which have length 1,1 m and diameter 0,5 m and over. The machine structure is vertical. Another task of the thesis is a technical report of similar machines and the justification of the design concepts of splitting machine. In the thesis, there is elaborated an experiment on different types of wood splitters, stress analysis calculated by using finite element method and there is also drawn up technical parameters of wood.
Bending roll machine for Hardox

This work describes the design of a dedicated three-rolls hydraulic bending for Hardox 500 without the possibility of bending sheet metal for the manufacture of pipes. The work will analyze the problem of proposed three-rolls bending, bending technology and creating of the pre-bending, the design of the adjusting hydraulic servo-cylinder, planetary gearboxes with hydraulic motors to drive the bottom rollers, a partial draft of the hydraulic circuit and the complete frame structure of bending machine with its covers.

The object of this diploma thesis is revision of coolant system skid steer loaders “BOBEK” B861, B961 and his eventually optimization for prevention of overheating hydraulic system and engine. The first part dedicate of general issues of coolant skid steer loaders. The second part is the calculation during heat stress hydraulic systems of loader and the third part include proposals for solutions problems of overheating hydraulic systems and combustion engine.
High loading shovel for telehandlers LM1345 Turbo

This diploma thesis follow up the structural design high loading shovel for telehandlers LM1345 TURBO by New Holland. The introduction processed basic characteristics and parameters of the machine and material which will be in operation most frequently transported by the shovel. The work includes static analysis load acting on the shovel and frame when the machine is operating, strength calculations and the design and control of the peg.
Hydraulic linear drive for paralell kinematics structures of robots

This thesis deals with new construction of hydraulic linear drive for paralell kinematics structures of robots. In the first section provides a historical development of robots with this structures. There are also described differences between each machine with this structures and compares them with machines with linear structures. In the second section is made a proposal of hydraulic actuator. Designed actuators are arranged into hexapod. There is also included a proposal of possible solutions to fixing hydraulic actuator to platform and base. This thesis include drawings of selected parts and drawing of a whole set of new designed hydraulic actuator. It is included a block diagram of the hydraulic circuit.
Hooclift NKH 8A340

This master thesis analyses hook loader NKH 8A340. For calculation of load states was used the dynamic simulation in program MSC.ADAMS. This results were used like a input data to solve the construction with finished element method. After evaluation of results were made design changes of hook loader. Part of this thesis contains drawings of modified parts of hook loader.

There are described operating conditions in the introduction, transport material and technical parameters for back hoe loader B100, B110. There are mentioned possible construction’s solutions and own design. Follow the kinematics analysis of material’s dumping and the static analysis on shovel and frame. This is connected with following peg’s control and the solidity analysis of shovel and frame for different load cases, where the MFE was used

Subsequently are outlined two practicable designes of a quick coupler for a original bucket, as a data componant of the second construction design is enclosed basic strength calculation. The ending point of the thesis deals and compare with the force decrease in use of a quick coupler and appraisals achieved ascertainment.
High pressure hydraulics in agricultural machinery

This bachelor thesis provides an overview of the most used ways of converting kinetic energy into pressure energy and the other way around by using hydrostatic converters. It is focused on the issue of high-pressure hydraulic mechanisms in agricultural machinery. In the next section I focused on getting an overview of the function of sophisticated hydraulic systems in current tractors and calculation of heat losses of lifting weight by front three-point hitch. For solving was used Bernoulli equation for real flow in pipes.
