Title: Case Study of Physiotherapy Treatment of a Patient with the Diagnosis of Omarthrosis Posttraumatica Objective: Summary of theoretical knowledge and processing of case study of a patient with the diagnosis of posttraumatic omarthrosis. Summary: This thesis consists of two parts. The general part includes knowledge of anatomy, kinesiology and biomechanics, as well as characteristics of the most common causes of pain in the shoulder joint and diagnostics and therapy, focusing on physiotherapy. Special part is devoted to case study and rehabilitation plan for patients with a diagnosis of posttraumatic omarthrosis. The therapy was aimed at eliminating the reflex changes, relieve pain, strengthen weak muscles and treatment of movement stereotypes. Case study was prepared at the time of practice from 1. 2. to 17. 2. 2012 at the department of rehabilition at the district hospital in Kladno. Summary: This bachelor's thesis was compiled on the base of intership on department of rehabilitation and physical medicine ÚVN in Prague during the time period from 9th of January to 3rd of February 2012. The topic of this thesis is about subcapital fractures, thier treatment and complications. The work is divided into two main sections. The first part deals with teoretical findings of the topic. The second part containes detailed case report of a patient after osteosynthesis of subcapital fracture of left femur by DHS implant. This work consists of two parts, general and special. On the special one was focused more attention. In the general part we can learn basic information about anatomy, biomechanics and kinesiology of the knee. There is described the mechanism of injury of a soft knee, methods of examination and diagnosis, treatment of LCA rupture with conservative and surgical treatment and rehabilitation before and after a surgery. The special part gives a detailed description of the case of study of a patient after ACL rupture. The study has been made during the continuous professional experience, which I undertook at the end of January and February in the Regional Hospital Kladno.

The title of the batchelor thesis: A Case Study of Physiotherapeutic Treatment of a Patient after Fracture of L2 Objectives: The main objective of this thesis is to gather theoretical information of physiotherapeutic care for patients after suffering a fracture of vertebrae of the lumbar spine and making the following case report of a patient after an extraction of a fixator for the stabilization of L2 vertebrae. Summary: The general part is dedicated to the theory of anatomy, biomechanics and kinesiology of a spine and refers to diagnostic methods and treatments of spine lesions. Title: Case Study of Physiotherapy Treatment of a Patient with Total Shoulder Arthroplasty Aim: The aim of this work is to characterize the problem of the total shoulder arthroplasty specially reverse type and to focus the physiotherapy procedure for the patients with this diagnosis. The work contains the detailed case report of the patient with reverse total shoulder arhtroplasty. Methods: The theorical part is made into the literary research. The special part contains the case study of the patient with reverse total shoulder arthroplasty and it proceeds from the practical work with this patient during the continuous practice in the clinic of rehabilitation Malvazinky, Medditera s.r.o. The entrance and the output of kineziological examination, short-term and long-term plan of the therapy, the method of the course of each therapy are included in this dissertation. Methods and abstract: The literature search and the case study of this issue was proceeded within the practical experience in Rheumatology Institute in Prague from 9. 1. 2012 to 3. 2. 2012. The general part of the thesis is about rheumatology diseases, exactly enteropatic arthritis. I described the patology, etiology and metods of their treatment. The special part of the thesis includes the case report of the patient with enteropatic arthritis with main problem in the right shoulder and its therapy and pursuance of the curative effects. Result: Enhance of the range of motion of the right shoulder and its power. Normalization of the muscle tone of right upper limb. Academic year : 2012 Aim : Thesis accentuates the role of the physiotherapist, as part of a team of experts in the care of patients with rheumatoid arthritis, as well as the importance of a comprehensive rehab therapy and possible use of physiotherapy procedures. Part of the thesis is a detailed case report of a patient with rheumatoid arthritis and the condition after total hip arthroplasty for traumatic fracture. The general part is divided in the issue of rheumatology, orthopedics and traumatology, describes the problems of disease and types of surgical procedures. Behavioral disturbances according to ICD-10 at pupils of elementary school and special elementary school

The goal of the bachelor thesis is to map the occurrence of behavioural disorders in the base of pupils in special elementary schools and in standard elementary schools, in the same time. The guiding document for this thesis is the International Classification of Diseases, rev. 10 (ICD-10), supplemented within particular diagnoses by specific case history of school practice. There is a brief historical overview of the ICD's development and its current form followed by successively given various diagnoses of behavioural disorders together with a brief description of diagnosis, symptoms and procedures to address or treat these disorders in the thesis. The bachelor's thesis is focused to individual case histories, then. In the context of reported cases, the manifestations or solutions of rate of problems are outlined within school pupils as they occur in common practice of elementary schools. Comparison of theoretical and practical part brings new and interesting information, in this context.

Specific developmental disordersmof scholasticskills and their reeducation

The thesis describes specific learning disabilities in general with the main accent on dyslexia, dysgraphia and dysortographia. It states causes and displays of SLD and their reflec- tion in children's mental well and the life of their families. It also deals with general reeduca- tion methods of learning disabilities and specific methods of dyslexia, dysgraphia and dysortographia remedy including outline of tools needed for reeducation. It presents care sys- tem for children with SLD in Czech Republic or who may be involved in care and education of these individuals. There are following methods used for the research in the practical part of the thesis: analysis of documentation, observation, interview and processing of casuistries. The research took place in two institutions, which deal with care about children with SLDs. It is the goal of the practical part of the bachelor thesis to present two institutions working with children with SLD, analyze their remedy methods and assemble casuistries of two selected students.
