Proxy Server for Mobile Devices

This thesis should introduce principles of proxy servers. Main focus is on using proxy as a mediator between a web user, accessing the web from mobile devices and a web server. Next, this paper deals with web design and with aspects that have affect the speed and effectiveness of web page browsing via a proxy server. Moreover, the realization of such a system is described in this paper.

Tato diplomová práce navrhuje marketingovou strategii pro firmu Mediahost podnikající v oboru hostingových služeb. Strategie je zaměřená na slovenský, tedy pro společnost domácí trh. Strategie je podložená příslušnou analýzou. V tomhle případe byl použit “seven Cs” model, taktéž znám jako Compass model, a to spolu se SWOT analýzou. Strategie navrhuje komplexní marketingovou strategii odrážející současné prostředí hostingového trhu.

The subject of this paper is data protection by means access control. It compares the difference between DAC and MAC access control and describes the progress of MAC due to user requierements. Next part is dedicated to SELinux, what offers more system safeness. SELinux is based on mandatory access control. Making own policy is dedicated to SELinux editor, which is composed of Simplified Policy and is easy to use for ordinary user.
SELinux application for Linux server security

This work is engaged in access control mechanism in GNU/Linux operating systems. At first discretionary and mandatory access control are compared and examine basic technologies based on mandatory access control. More closely is focused on project SELinux, whose generation of new rules is explained. Within the thesis is made application for logging evaluation and for writing new Type Enforcement rules.
Establishing elektronical shop like a enhacement of classical shop

This diploma thesis concerns with electronic business. The technology of the trade, the internet and it's services and the history is described in the first chapter. Next chapter concerns with the general theoretical issues of electronic business. Defines relationships of particular subjects, such as client, seller or government service that appear in the terms and conditions of electronic business. Then describes the general model of electronic business. The third chapter is dedicated to general approach to creation of the electronic shop project. The fourth and the last chapter describes the project of implementation of the electronic shop to the company M&N in detail, from setting goals, evaluating expenses, to actual creation of the electronic market as a enhacement to existing store. At last there is the contract between M&N and the software development company that will create the internet application in the attachement of the thesis.

Internet is the information channel for the new millennium. Practically every businessman who had intend and mainly need to inform about his services, had to use some information channel. Especially press, radio and since the mid-twentieth century the television. Ability of being publicly known is simply one of the basic elements for successful business. Who was not able of that, failed. And also today, in digital era, it can be very unwise to underestimate power of the presentation on the internet. This thesis handles options and ways for publication of such a presentation. Too many variations and large number of providers makes this combination even more tricky. The objective of this work is to help every new or existing business-greedy person to get oriented on the Czech hosting market and help them to choose the right place for their internet presentation.
Qualitative factors affecting the value of a domain name

Domain names are much discussed issue these days yet not that well understood by Internet users. Diploma thesis Qualitative factors affecting the value of a domain name, as the title suggests, focuses on technical and marketing elements of the domain together with the content of websites and their influence on the value of domain names. In the first part there are different factors and their influence described in theory, the practical part then applies to a specific case for domain Nemovitosti.cz. This domain was compared in terms of market, competition and their technical and marketing site. To support factors related to website content, statistics put inside the website were used as well as freely available online tools. After evaluation of all factors Nemovitosti.cz domain, the author concludes that the domain is valuable in its field and its value in the future due to investigated factors will increase.
Domain-specific languages

The topic of the thesis are domain-specific languages (DSL) and their use in software development. The target audience are developers interested in learning more about this progressive area of software development. It starts with a necessary theoretical introduction to programming languages. Then, a classification of DSLs is given and software development methodologies based on DSLs are described, notably Language Oriented Programming and Intentional Programming. Another important piece in construction of domain-specific langauges -- the language workbench is also described. In the next chapter, several important tools for DSL creation are presented, described and compared. Each of the tools represents a different possible approach to designing DSLs -- textual, projectional or graphical. The last chapter of the thesis contains a practical example of a DSL implementation in the Meta Programming System by Jet- Brains and Xtext from Eclipse. A domain-specific language for the description of questionnaires is designed from scratch and a code generator for that language is created. A comparison of the DSL based technique to traditional software development techniques is given and the tools used are compared.
Legal protection of domain names

Internet domains and legal protection of domain names are enjoying a rapid growth in awareness among businesses and individuals not only world-wide, but also in the Czech Republic. Undoubtedly it is the internet, what has been the biggest change in our lives in past 15 years. Originally a military project, which turned to be "something" more than anticipated. Internet alone is a brand new world and therefore there must be certain rules to run and to control it. Thanks to rapid improvement of connectivity, above all after broadband connections had been implemented with vast majority of citizens, this medium has become a mass medium and the law enforcement of rules has become more important and common. The goal of this diploma thesis is to create a view of field of internet domains and related law issues, above all concerning the protection of the names of domains. The essential part of the thesis is so called ADR part. It handles the way of resolution of disputes. Information in this thesis is based both on professional sources and on own experience which I gained with my internet projects or even with domain disputes. This document is not intended to be solely an academic text but also a practical guide that will help "everyday users" of internet. This diploma thesis is divided into theoretical beginning and then it focuses on practical law part. Chapters are made of sections which build together a complex overview of the field of law issues. In the end of the thesis there is described so called "ADR" with ".eu" domains. The whole law framework in the thesis is supplemented by real examples from real life and therefore the thesis has the ambition to improve the readers' (law) knowledge in this field.

The aim of this bachelor thesis is describing a current domain market situation and explaining methods of domain monetization. This work compares different ways of domain monetization, evaluation, using a domain and trading them. The aim should be reached by objective description of basic facts and by illustrative examples. During writing this thesis I used public accessible sources, mostly web-based. I gather much useful information in last years as I am interested in this sphere of business. The thesis is structured so that even a reader without any previous experience in domain marketing should understand everything.
