This diploma thesis deals with the creation of a business plan for the establishment of hairdresser’s in Vracov in the South Moravian Region. Hairdresser’s will be operated as a business of a natural person. The design of the entire business plan is based on theoretical knowledge, processed analyzes of the external and internal environment and on its own marketing research. Business model is based on a selected strategy that will meet customers’ needs and generate profit.

The aim of this thesis is the creation of a real business plan for establishment of M. Matula Productions company. The business plan was created on the basis of theoretical knowledge, analyzes of external and internal environment of the company and also on the basis of a survey. Survey was led by a questionnaire. The business plan itself includes a financial and a marketing plan. It will be used to decide whether to start a business or not.

The aim of seminar‘s thesis is to draw up a business plan. It includes three parts, where in theoretical one, there is interpretation of economic theory. Second part is about analysing and evaluating the actual situation on the market. In the third part there are aims of company and parts of plan how to achieve them, like: marketing strategy, financial plan and a return of invested capital. Businessman would like to be a seller of sports equipment.

Bachelor thesis deals with the selection of the right form of business for the company. Choosing the most appropriate form of business will be judged primarily in terms of income tax. In the analysis, the form of business of physical persons and some forms of legal business will be included. The aim of the work is to choose the most optimal form of business and the associated tax optimization for a particular subject.

HOUSE ON THE EDGE – Valašské Meziříčí, Sokolská Street

The solution was designed in the two multipurpose buildings that complement the existing buildings and close the border town center. Objects based on leaving a passagethrough the territory from the city center to the edge. High rise buildings in theneighborhood level is not high. The proposed buildings are trying to establish this level.The main entrances to the buildings are placed into the square. Objects provide housing, commerce and services. West builds on the current object has grown green and extends it into a small park. The park serves as a relaxing space for tenants. The eastern building on the other handstirred toward the center of the city and creates a smaller square. As the noise and visualbarrier between areas of roads and buildings will be planted greenery. Under these objects are located underground garage. These garages meet the requirement for 81 parking spaces and parking for user objects. Garage entrance is located on the west side of the parcel, so traffic is limited further to the proposed square.

It includes detailed calculations, analyses and proposals for solution, which helps to estimate and affect possible company development in the future.

Bachelor thesis deals with creating of the proposal of the business plan for the estabilishment of cocktail bar. The main aim of this work is the complete preparation of documents necessary for starting economical activity in gastronomical department, exactly the production and sale of shaked alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. The theoretical part includes information necessary for the preparation of the analytical part which analysis current situation and practical part in which are described previous activites to the beggining of doing economical aktivity.

The diploma thesis is focused on a small company development. At first, the strategic analysis of the selected company and its relevant environment is performed. Afterwards, the foreign market analysis, which the company plans to enter, is carried out. Based on the analyses results, the company's business development measures are proposed.
