Design of load-bearing structures of residential building in Prague
Cetkovský, Jan ; Hrubý, Tomáš (referee) ; Požár, Michal (advisor)
The diploma thesis is aimed for design of load-bearing structures of residental building. The designed parts of building are reinforced concrete two way slab with lintels above 1th floor, reinforced concrete two way cantivelered slab above ground floor, reinforced concrete point-supported slab below ground floor, reinforced concrete columns in basement, reinforced concrete staircase in basement and static check of loadbearing walls in ground floor. The thesis contains static design, which is provided in calculated software RFEM Dlubal 5.07. The result of static design is drawing documentation of these calculated elements.
Construction technological project of sports hall construction
Tkáč, Jiří ; Vlčková, Jitka Laura (referee) ; Diaz, Yvetta (advisor)
The thesis deals with Komenského Street sports hall construction in Lysá nad Labem. Although partially dealing with construction of all parts, in detail it studies gym construction, focusing on time management, technology and resources of implementation. The thesis is divided into the drawing and text parts. The former includes site facilities design and building situation. The latter consists of the main part construction project implementation study, itemized budget, time schedule, technological regulations, inspection and testing plan for the implementation of the main construction part 1st floor reinforced concrete columns and walls, construction machines and mechanisms design as well as time and financial schedule.
Apartment building
Hübner, Daniel ; Dvořák, Martin (referee) ; Brukner, Bohuslav (advisor)
The bachelor thesis elaborates the project documentation for the construction of a residential building situated in the village of Letohrad. The proposed apartment building is three-storey, with a basement. Above-ground floors are residential, in the basement there is a garage, cellars and common areas of the residential building. There are five residential units in each of the above floors. Vertical supporting structures of the basement are designed monolithic reinforced concrete in the above-ground floors, then bricked from Porotherm ceramic blocks. The facade is insulated with a contact insulation system. Horizontal supporting structures are prefabricated from reinforced concrete pre-stressed Spiroll ceiling panels. The roof is flat single-skinned.
Construction Technological Project of a Heat Feeder in South Bohemia
Handlíř, Jan ; Hejl, Martin (referee) ; Mohapl, Martin (advisor)
The subject of the diploma thesis is a technological construction project of heat feeder on the hot water pipeline between České Budějovice and nuclear power plant Temelín. The main object is an industrial hall made of steel and brick administrative part. The hall is a steel structure clad with sandwich panels. The administrative part is single-storey building from bricks and has a flat roof. The construction also includes an access road with car park.
Determination of masonry modulus of elasticity in the direction of bed joints
Kuchař, Martin ; Klusáček, Ladislav (referee) ; Terzijski, Ivailo (advisor)
The determination of strain properties of masonry in the direction parallel to bed joints is a fundamental pre-requisite for designing structures, where masonry is subjected to horizontal stresses (e. g. strengthening with prestressing). The diploma thesis summarized techniques of determination of masonry modulus of elasticity presented in available literature. The goal is to suggest suitable methodology of determination of masonry modulus in direction parallel to the bed joints. In the practical part of the diploma thesis is that methodology verified by experimental test and results of tests are analyzed and discussed.
Execution of Superstructure - Rezidence Sukovy sady
Nývlt, Josef ; Liška, Pavel (referee) ; Nečasová, Barbora (advisor)
The aim of the presented bachelor thesis is to describe realization of selected stage of the construction - technology project with a focuse on technological processes of the superstructure of an apartment building in Hradec Králové – Residence Sukovy sady. The thesis is divided into several thematic chapters when the first chapters are devoted to the introduction of the construction project as well as of the new building via the accompanying and summary technical report. The realization of the selected construction phase is described in more detail in the technical report of the construction site, in the technological regulations for the implementation of load-bearing structures from the systems Porotherm, Heluz, Ytong and Porfix. Also, proposal and verification of suitable transport routes, especially for construction supply, is presented. Moreover, the design of machinery set, quality control plan for vertical structures, time schedule and budgets for selected variants of masonry systems are included. The text part of the thesis is supplemented with an appendix part which contains scheme of work zones for selected technological process etc.
Preparation for realization of an apartment house in Lanškroun
Křivohlávková, Lucie ; Doubek, Rostislav (referee) ; Kantová, Radka (advisor)
The content of the diploma thesis is a building-technological project of the new building of residential building Lanškroun. The thesis contains technological regulations for a rough bottom structure and a rough top structure. Technological regulation are complemented by design of machine assembly, site facilities and control and test plans. Work safety, construction risk assessment, time schedule of main object, object time and financial plan and budget of main building are also solved. An important part is the economic comparison of tower crane and mobile crane and green facade.
Mixed construction of an office building
Fiala, Adam ; Zich, Miloš (referee) ; Perla, Jan (advisor)
Diploma thesis deals with analysis of a construction made of concrete and masonry. A model respecting nonlinear material behaviour of masonry was assembled in a finite element based software. Calculated results were used to analyse cracks in masonry. Next, a design of a horizontal construction was carried out - concrete slab with beams to support masonry in an upper floor.
Survey and Diagnostics of Building Construction
Frimlová, Eva ; Heřmánková, Věra (referee) ; Anton, Ondřej (advisor)
This thesis deals with the construction survey and diagnostics of the New synagogue in Velké Meziříčí. The aim of the work is to perform an inspection, construction survey of the building and evaluation of its current condition using classical survey and diagnostic methods. The work is processed as the final report from the construction and technical survey of the building. It contains its course and results. The main part of the survey is brick masonry, its failures and structural assesment. The thesis includes also survey of foundation structures, the history and description of the building.
Development of masonry systeme for simple construction of internal masonry structures
Lidmilová, Klára ; Dobiáš,, Jiří (referee) ; Zach, Jiří (advisor)
The diploma thesis deals with the development of a new masonry system, for the production of which recycled brick could be used as a secondary raw material. In the field of literary research, the work deals with the methods of construction of vertical structures, the possibilities of lightening concrete, the life cycle of building materials and the use of secondary raw materials in construction. In the practical part, a masonry system was designed based on market research in the field of internal non-load-bearing masonry structures and requirements for these structures. In order to achieve these properties, concrete was chosen as the material for its production, where recycled brick was used as an alternative aggregate. As it is supposed to be a system for precise masonry, the material was compacted by vibrocompression. At the beginning, recipes were designed to verify the basic properties of concrete: density of hardened concrete, compressive strength and tensile bending strength, then other properties such as thermal conductivity and sound absorption coefficient were tested on improved recipes. Lightening and dimensional modules have been modified to achieve optimal properties. This was followed by a proposal for the method of masonry and surface treatment of a wall. Finally, the economic and environmental aspects of the masonry system were evaluated.
