Program for design of CATV

The main task of this master’s thesis is to create an interactive computer programme for the design of small and medium television cable circuits. The first part of this document describes main conceptions of a modification and a distribution of television signals. There are also introduced basic topologies of small and medium sized distribution networks, some passive and active elements in the circuit including their usage. There is also described an algorithm for calculation of circuit’s values. The second part contains a detailed description of created programme with all of its functions. A part of this document is made by a sample calculation of the four variants of circuit and its comparison with computer calculation. In suplement are included selected parts of source code.
Trailer for EURO palette

Project detaily decsribe design of trailer construction which utilized gravitational roller way. Firstly we are going to focuse at determination of main proportion and later on at the construction of each single part ( frame, roller way and rear mechanism). All parts of the trailer have their own technological plan and project also includes 3D models of them. Obvious part of the project documentation is also functional counting where is determined named velocity euro-palett slide on roller way and fixity counting at once.
Analyssis of shaped rotary parts technology.

Bachelor thesis is concerned in questions of producing rotary parts. It includes primary partition of rotary parts. Furthermore description and characteristic separate technologies and methods of production, basic cutting parameters, machinery and tools. The Bachelor thesis conludes with a assessment of producing and future development.
Drop forging of hub

The project elaborated in a frame of Bachelor’s studies branch B 2307 presents a technology design of a forged piece – hub – a part of a gear box made by drop forging from 14 231.0 material. Drop forging in three operations was suggested on the basis of specialized studies on the subject of drop forging and calculations. Assumed series of 40 000 pieces a year, preciseness and automatization of production of the part, will be produced on the crank drawing inclinable press LMZ 2500 (producer Šmeral Brno, a.s.) with nominal tensile force 25 MN. Swages are made of alloyed instrumental steel 19 552.8, heat-worked according to drawing documentation. At the end of the project technical economic evaluation of the technology design is implemented.
