The Performance Evaluation of the Company using the EFQM Excellence Model

The master’s thesis is focused on the performance evaluation of the company DOLS, a. s. applying the EFQM Excellence Model and subsequently discusses proposals to improve company’s performance. The thesis is divided into three parts. The first part outlines the necessary theoretical bases, that are further used and applied to the chosen company DOLS, a. s. in the second part. Lastly, in the third part, the conducted questionnaire survey is evaluated and measures for improvement in problematic areas are proposed.

This diploma thesis deals with the company performance assessment of the selected organization. The described organization is called ENVINET Inc. and it is analyzed according to multi-criteria model START PLUS. According to this model, the final point assessment of the company is realised, strengths and weaknesses and areas for improvement are identified. There are also proposed specific measures whose implementation can improve the performance of the analyzed company.

This work is focused on motivating and evaluating employees in a gastro company, analysis of these activities and their effect on staff behavior to corporate finance and property in general. The first part describes theoretical background issues, basic concepts and their relationships. Then where is the problem thoroughly analyzed and practical examples of problems and their current solution are included. After this comprehensive introduction to the topic, new solution will be proposed, which would have the maximum possible effect through theoretical knowledge, logical reasoning, and ultimately practical experience and analytical calculations.
Specifics of assessment of old concrete structures

The bachelor thesis deals with evaluation of properties materials concrete structures of former textile factory Vlněna from the 19th century in Brno. The content of this work is divided into the theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part deals with the description of the methods used in the research of reinforced concrete structures, comparison of the types of beams used in the past with used today and unlike the principles of the design of reinforced concrete structures in the 1920s and 30s of the 20th century compared to the present time. There are also described components, properties and technologies of concrete production in the period between the war and the comparison with the present time. The practical part consists of on-site examinations and sampling. A large part consists of the evaluation of laboratory tests on the test samples taken from the solved part. A total of 24 test samples were performed. It also compares the strength of the concrete reinforcement with the reinforcement used today.

The main aim of my bachelor thesis is to suggest a suitable motivational system for the Clia, s.r.o. company. In the theoretical part of the thesis, the basic koncept of motivation is explained. Next part of the thesis introduces an analytic survey, based on which the possible imperfections of the company might be shown. In the conclusing part, the possible measures for improvement of the company´s motivational system are proposed. These measures should lead to an increased motivation and productivity.
A Proposal of Changes in Motivation System in the Selected Company

The subject of the thesis is the design of changes in the incentive system in the selected company. Through the analysis of company documents, questionnaires and structured interviews is analyzed the current incentive system and its effect on the level of staff motivation. On the basis of empirical research are elaborated concrete proposals to optimize employee performance, increase the level of staff motivation and thereby strengthening the company's position in the market.
