The subject of this thesis is to perform a financial analysis of the company Weha CZ, s. r. o.., which’s area of interest is trade and service. The thesis is to be divided into two parts. First part, the theoretical one, will explain principles and methods of financial analysis. The other part, practical one, will describe economical background of the company as well as perform the analysis. Thereafter conclusions, evaluation and improvement suggestions will be stated.

The diploma thesis called Cluster Analysis Czech 100 Companies on the Basis of Financial Statements deals with the testing of two hypotheses using a multidimensional statistical method - cluster analysis. The input data for the application of statistical methods are financial statements of selected companies for the years 2014 and 2015 which are publicly available. These data are digitized and subjected to methods of financial analysis.

Financial Analysis and Intercompany Comparison

The goal of the thesis is to carry out financial performance analysis of two retail companies based on selected financial analysis tools and use its results for inter-company comparison. The theoretical section introduces selected methods of financial analysis and intercompany comparison methods which are used in the practical section to perform financial analysis of Billa and Kaufland companies. The selected performance ratios are consequently compared by means of intercompany comparison methods.

Accounting Frauds in Russia

The subject of this thesis is the characteristics and detailed classification of accounting frauds in Russia. The whole work is based on current government regulations, expert articles and statistical data related to the issue of accounting frauds. This bachelor thesis is divided into two parts: theoretical and practical. Theoretical part focuses on characteristics of the system of accounting frauds in Russia from the perspective of government regulations, indicates historical assumptions and current tendencies and presents classification of accounting frauds based on several parameters. The practical part illustrates the issue with examples of accounting frauds in two different companies and assesses their impact on economic situation in each company.

Optimization of Conversion Process of Financial Statements Compiled in accordance with Czech law regulation to Financial Statements by IFRS

As the name of the thesis suggests, its main objective is based on the optimalization of financial statements prepared pursuant to Czech precepts of law to financial statements pursuant to IFRS (Internation Financial Reporting Statements). The main objective was achieved by partial fulfilment of the objectives, which include analysis of the key differences between the financial statements of the two mentioned accounting systems.
Withdrawals were mainly from the accounts and financial statements of the enterprise of SXX s.r.o., the accounting and consolidation of the company´s internal standards and guidelines consolidated whole. The company is a part and an entity of consolidated whole who is one of the world´s leading system suppliers of carton packaging and filling machines for beverages and food. The company transforms dates from its accounting system in the consolidation package, which also operates the parent company. In the light of the analysis were finally processed separate financial statements of the company under both laws.
The contribution of the thesis is as outlined in the foundations of theory and practical examples of recognition of selected operations on the actual company, their transformation and the final recognition by the two accounting system.

Financial analysis of chosen company

The aim of my thesis is to evaluate the financial health of the company Baur s.r.o. which provides security services. Financial analysis is provided from the years 2012 to 2014.
The first theoretical part is focused on describing the overall characteristics of the financial analysis of the company, explaining basic concepts and provides information about calculation procedures and methods that are required for analysis.
The main practical part characterizes the company, its business activities, the services they provide and more. Methods that have been described in the theoretical part of the evaluation and presented in tables and graphs. From the calculations, shows that profitability from 2014 show a declining tendency. Company achieves very good results with liquidity. Indicators of debt are not threatening for the company. Creditworthy model demonstrates that the company closer to stable results and bankruptcy model shows positive results.
In conclusion has been evaluated the level of management of the company and possible proposes to improve the management of the company.

Objective of the thesis is to analyze and understand financial condition of company for future investments and for analyze effectiveness of company's performance. The thesis consists of two main parts: The theoretical part deals with concepts such as "Base information about financial analysis", "formulas", "explanations of analysis". Also the theoretical part includes the study ratios and their meaning . The second part- is practical part, which includes application of theoretical knowledge to real company conditions of the city of Tymen and analytical work with reports of the company, calculation of its profitability, risks and analyzing it stability.

Evaluation of the Financial Situation of the Company and Proposals to its Improvement

The purpose of this bachelor’s thesis is to evaluate financial situation of the company DIAMANT UNIPOOL, s.r.o between years 2010-2014. Generally the thesis is divided into three parts. In the initial part there are introduced objectives and methods selected to achieve them. Afterwards is examined the theoretical background based on chosen literature. Analytical part uses this background to evaluate the condition of company mostly through methods of financial analysis. The final part is focused on solution suggestions which maintain as goal embracing of proposals to improve the undesired state discovered by the analytical part.
