Construction of prefabricated residential houses in the 1970s with emphasis on the construction of "Severní město" in Prague

The present thesis called The Construction of Prefabricated Residential Houses in the 1970s With Emphasis On The Construction of Severní Město in Prague focuses on the specifics of the conception and realization of the residential districts in the northern part of Prague. It describes the political and social background of the period when these districts were emerging and the atmosphere and workflow in the architecture studios in the 70s as well as the relationship with investors and building companies. The next part focuses on the individual quarters of Severní Město - Prosek, Ďáblice and Bohnice. It outlines the historical, geographical and urbanistic context of the place, including the architectural and town planning competitions for these areas. The part dealing with the realization and the current state of these residential districts compares and contrasts the individual quarters, points out their unique characteristics and approaches them in a broader context. The Prague's Petřiny

The Prague's Petřiny Abstract In this bachelor's work I will pursue development and history of the housing estate Petřiny in Prague. Construction took place between years 1959 and 1969. Main architects were Evžen Benda and Vojtěch Mixa. The dominant building of the Institute of Macromolecular Chemistry of Academy of Sciences of the Czechoslovakia Republik, built in year 1964 by Karel Prager, become a part of this housing estate. In the 90s was thought about finishing of the construction of the estate Petřiny. Between years 1994 and 1998 come into existence compound Hvězda by architect Vlado Milunić. This housing development finishs the estate Petřiny and with the compound Hvězda form general urbanistic's conception. Transformations of prague's housing estate

This thesis wants to analyze changing environment, lives and relationships of residents of Prague 13 who live there the whole life. First part approaches explanation of terms such as prefabrication, family, housing estate and urbanism. The practical part deals with residents points of view on changes of their lifes throughout a life time. Testimonies of narrators were divided into larger groups such as the first residents of housing estates, socialization in the block of flats, present life in the housing estate, ordinary day and free time of their residents. Thesis uses qualitative research in form of semi-structured interviews with residents of Prague 13 who are living there the whole life or a longer time.
Impact analysis of the type of construction on the normal prices of apartments in Hradec Králové

The object of thesis is estimation of the normal price for property type of apartment in Hradec Králové, including finding of the extent to which is the normal price influenced by the type of supporting structure. A partial task is valuation of selected apartments using different valuation methods. The solution task were used the price regulation methods – cost method and comparative method and market valuation methods – yield method and the direct comparison method of valuation, which is estimated market value. Finally the thesis contain a recapitulation of prices and analysis of detected differences.
Energy Assessment

The first part of the final thesis is focused on the use of thermovision for diagnosing defects and failures in building industry. Documented history, physical principles and conditions for the measuring of thermographic camera are described in this part. Thermal images of the object described below were used for demonstrating the defects. The second part is dedicated to the elaborated energy assessment for a nine-storey slab block building. In total, there are five energy economic measures developed for the building. Three of those are of structural character and two of those are for building equipment. There are two variants designed based on the measures, one of which is recommended and evalu-ated. The final section is focused on the measurement of slab block building indoor environment (CO2, air temperature, relative humidity, dew point) and its assessment in concern with the current legislation.
Development of the construction of residential properties in the town of Polička

The main task of this thesis is to describe the development of construction of residential real estates in Polička. It is about capturing a building development of residential real estates since the city's foundation to the present. The thesis describes the construction, large buildings and apartment complexes. It shows how the city was developed and how the city grew. The first part describes the history of the site to the present days. In the second part I describe several buildings and housing complexes characteristic for the city. I try to explain the development of construction in different periods by looking into these objects. At the last part I deal with the current land use plan and the possibilities of further construction. I mention maps of the area, historical and contemporary photographs of selected residential properties and important buildings in my thesis.
Development of the construction of residential properties in Žďár nad Sázavou

The main task of this thesis is to describe the development of residential properties in Žďár nad Sázavou. In the first part of the thesis describes the history of the location to the present. The second part is the development of construction is divided into several time periods, which describe in detail the development of the locality. Part of it is devoted to the historical city center. After describing the each time periods followed by a list of most residential properties. The work is accompanied by a map of the development of the urbanistic structure of town marked with residential buildings that are being solved. The last chapter is devoted to the future development of construction and overall assessment of the location.

The Master’s thesis deals with the development of construction of residential properties and housing estate in the locality of Tišnov. The thesis describes the particular historical building periods in Tišnov. In shows the historical development, changing and growing on the town. Some chapters describe the current status of building activities and the possible future development of this area in the residental properties. The main purpose of the thesis is to get the detailed summary of the construction of residental properties in the elected lokality from the very beginning to these days. All results the research are displayed in the overwiew map, the individual period sof building development in the town of Tišnov are distinquish with colors.
