Possibilities of regulation of economical subjects behavior on health care market

The bachelors theses deals with settings of the health care financing. It explains reasons for government interventions to the health care market, describes possible models of health care system, defines economical subjects of health care market and analyses possibilities how to regulate their economical behavior. The healt care system is affected mainly by interests groups, who push their particular aims at the expense of others. By asserting their interests they affect other subjects of health care market as well as the entire health care system. It is impossilbe to choose the exactly correct settins of health care system. Settins of each individual regulatory mechanism has no optional value, it have to match locally and temporally given specific economical and social conditions. The selection of concrete parametres of regulation is always determinated by application of public choice.

Imbalance in financing of bed care in the Czech Republic and its impacts

This master thesis deals with the question of medical treatment financing focusing mainly on analysis of health insurance companies reimbursement rates and their comparison with costs of aftercare beds. Secondary goal of the thesis is comparison of acute care beds costs and aftercare beds costs. The opening chapter discusses relationships between economics and health service and describes structure of health care funding compared to insurace companies financing strategies. Payment mechanism mostly used in the aftercare field is the pay-per-day system, this mechanism is therefore later explained in detail including particular effects on after care beds financing. The second part of the thesis compares insurance reimbursement rates with real costs of one particular facility. The analysis proves that health insurance companies reimbursement rates are wrongly set and reimbursement legislation is being violated.

Construction technological project of wellness hotel Vista in Dolní Morava

The subject of this thesis is the constructional technology project of Wellness Hotel Vista in Dolní Morava with focusing on selected technological stage. The main stage is the realization of supporting structure of the building – monolithic reinforced concrete skeleton. For this stage is prepared technological regulation, inspection and test plan and drawing of site equipment. In this work is solved timetable and financial plan for individual objects, health and safety at work, mechanical assemblies and project of site equipment. For the main object is processed itemized budget and a detailed timetable. The other part of this work includes the special technology of baffle panels – it means sound absorbers.

Bolt Tower Dolní Vítkovice - construction technology project

The diploma thesis is dealing with selected parts of construction technology project of extension Vysoká pec no. 1 in Ostrava – Vítkovice. This thesis contains detailed elaboration of technological specifications for the construction of structural steel superstructure. For this phase is treated with a draft of mechanical report, inspection and test plan, dealing with traffic routes and itemized budget. There is also processed a proposal of building equipment which is the same for the entire implementation extension of Vysoká pec, a situation of building equipment, technical report of the object, the timetable for the entire project, ecology, health and safety.

The parts of the thesis are the construction technology study, the assessment of transport realations, the proposition of mechanical composition and occupational health and safety (OHS/OH&S). The thesis also contains technological regulations for flat roof and white tank and control and test plans for them. There is also itemized budget with time schedule of structural work. Thesis also deals with comparison of damp proof membrane and waterproof concrete.

The subject of this thesis is the construction and technological project for distribution warehouses in Prague. Textual part contains a technical report on construction technology project, wider relations of traffic routes with marked critical points, the study of the main technological stages of the building, principles of organization of construction, design of the main building machines and mechanisms, technological regulations, inspection and test plans, health and safety on the site. In the section with attachments there is a map of the locality, drawings of site facilities, including road signs, charts of the movement of machines, the schedule of the main building structure, the budget of the main building structure, a plan for securing material resources, time and financial plan, an economic evaluation of site facilities, details and other technical documentation stages.

The aim of this master's thesis is the construction-technological project of the entire building focusing on major construction building - Multifunctional house, which is based on large-diameter piles. The main part of thesis are budget of object and time schedules of construction. Part of the thesis is organization of construction and design of the site eguipment, technological regulation of selected work, quality control and solving transport relations including oversize cargo. It also deals with the design of mechanical assemblies, health and safety, safety of environment and design of instructions for use of building.

The Mechanism of Pathogenesis of Experimental Autoimmune Uveitis and Possilbilities of Their Regulation

Introduction:Uveitis in an ocular inflammation affecting mostly people of working age. Uveitis is responsible for severe visual impairment despite of expanding new therapeutics. The animal models of uveitis were established, because the wide clinical variability of uveitis limits the studies in human medicine. The goal our project was to establish a reproducible model of experimental autoimmune uveitis in Czech Republic, and further on this model to observe the frequency of CD3+ and F4/80+ cells in retina, to assess the influence of microbial environment on intensity of intraocular inflammation and to test the therapeutical possibilities. Material and methods: The C57BL/6J mice were immunized by retinal antigen (IRBP 1-20, interphotoreceptor retinoid binding protein), enhanced by complete Freund's adjuvant and pertussis toxin and mild posterior autoimmune uveitis was induced. The mice were bred in conventional and germ-free (gnotobiotic) conditions. The uveitis intensity was evaluated in vivo biomicroscopically and post mortem histologically on hematoxylin eosin stained sections according to the standard protocol. Model of computer network in MATLAB/SIMULINK environment

The bachelor thesis deals with simulation of TCP protocol behaviour in Wireless optical environment. The thesis examines the various parameters of the protocol and evaluates their response to the transmission speed. The key objectives of the thesis are the introduction to the problems of communication, specially the description of the transport layer architecture, TCP / IP and congestion management mechanism NewReno. A large part of the thesis is devoted to modelling communication points and a model of optical wireless connections. The results will be applicable to create a new communication protocol for Wireless optical environment.
