The main theme of the thesis is to help and support employees who have been set free due to redundancy in the form of so-called outplacement. Thesis is also focused on describing the process of group outplacement, along with its advantages and disadvantages of group work of consultants with clients. The reader is brought into the context of the release of workers from organization by description of the various ways of the labor deployment of workers in the organization and beyond. Redundancy and its methods are given as background information for further study of the issue of outplacement. The objectives of outplacements, its content and brief development of outplacement counseling in our country and in the world are also mentioned. The outplacement process itself is divided into individual steps, which may serve as a guide on how to successfully help and advice dismissed workers to find new jobs. The part relating to the characteristics of group outplacement defines the role of outplacement consultant in the process and outlines the development of outplacement professional organizations. Practical information from the following parts is complementary to all theoretical information and thus creates a comprehensive look at the outplacement.

1 Abstract Muelleriosis in mouflon populations bred in game enclosures - efficacy evalution of used anthelmintic control programmes Veronika Pavlíková In this work we evaluate the effect of several control anthelmintic programmes bent against muelleriosis in mouflon breeds. We realized the programmes in the years 1996 - 2007 in three game parks (Rozpakov, Vlkov, and Vřísek). In Vřísek we engaged in the programme a Bezoar Goat too, infected by lungworm Muellerius capillaris as well, but we treated it separately. We have checked-up animal's health by the help of larvoscopy, using modified Baermann's method; the LPG values (number of L1 larvae in 1 gram of faeces) of lungworm Muellerius capillaris. We used anthelmintics of benzimidazoles group; flubendazole in dosage scheme 3 x 15 mg/kg of body weight and albendazole in dosage scheme 5 x 3 mg/kg of body weight, 5 x 5 mg/kg of body weight and 5 x 7,5 mg/kg of body weight. We were administered by medicated feed. Mouflons in Rozpakov were treated very intensively according to repeatedly determined LPG values, in Vlkov we went in for regular medication two times in a year, regardless of LPG values and the programme in Vřísek failed, sporadic drug administrations were realized only. We verified the effectivity of used anthelmintics against muelleriosis. Albendazole...

Chapter Two is devoted to the Civic Democratic Party. I describe its formation, subsequent development and, finally, its programmatics. The individual objectives or principles are clearly shown on specific items of the political programme of 1995 and the current election programme "Jointly for Beller Life" of 2006. Chapter three identically describes the formation, development and programmatics of the Christian Democratic Union. I point out important programme aspects by...

Then all probands were tested on Posturomed by the "3 steps, single leg stance" test in the standard conditions. The records of accelerometer meassurement were analysed in Microswing programm - "Stand-Schritt Messung" written by Haider Bioswing2 . In next phase data were processed in a programme PostPropriomed Commander3 and in Microsoft Excel. Results: The way of resulting wasn't clear-cut at all, but you might...
