Mixed-use building in Prostějov The aim of this master´s thesis is to elaborate the project documentation of a mixed-use building in Prostějov. The thesis consists of three parts: architectural-construction part, building services and elective part. The building has two above-ground floors. On the first floor there are storerooms, utility room, sanitary facilities and restaurant with kitchen and storerooms. The second floor is an office floor for one company which includes offices, dayroom, copyroom, meeting room and sanitary facilities. The building is founded on reinforced concrete foundation. The horizontal load-bearing and non-load-bearing structures are designed from ceramics blocks. The building is insulated by ETICS. The vertical load-bearing structures are designed from Spiroll slabs. The building has a green flat roof. There are parking spaces on the grounds. The building will be heated and cooled with a heat pump. It will also have an air condition. Part of electricity demand is covered by photovoltaics. In the third part of thesis, I replace frequently used materials with environmental ones in my project and compare them in terms of thermal engineering, acoustics and price. I used DEKSOFT, Hluk+, Autocad and Revit software. All structures comply with the valid standards and regulations.

The bachelor's thesis deals with the design of a new apartment house in city of Pardubice. The subject of the bachelor's thesis is the elaboration of a part of the project documentation for the construction realization. The apartment house has 4 floors and is partially basement. In the basement there is a technical room and a cellars. On the first floor there is a vestibule, a bicycle shed and a carriage room, a cleaning room and 2 dwelling units. The second and third floors are identical in layout and there is 2 dwelling units in both of the floors. The fourth floor contains 2 dweling units with private terraces. The vertical load-bearing structure system in the basement is designed of concrete blocks of permanent formwork, in above-ground floors from hollow clay blocks. Horizontal load-bearing structures and stairs are designed as cast-in-place reinforced concrete. The roof structure is designed as a warm flat roof. The insulation of the building is solved by a certified contact thermal insulation system.

The subject of this bachelor’s thesis is the elaboration of project documentation for the construction of an apartment house. The apartment house is located in the Kamechy housing estate on the outskirts of Brno near the Brno dam. The building is located on a plot slopping to the south. The building has three floors with partial basement. Its rectangular floor plan respects the visual style of the surrounding buildings. The building consists of 8 apartments in total, one of them is adapted to the needs of people with reduced mobility and orientation. The apartment house has wall structural system with longitudinal and transverse load-bearing walls made of clay blocks. The ceiling structures are semi-assembled from clay-concrete beams and clay inserts. The building is covered with warm flat roof with internal gutters. Vertical structures are insulated with the ETICS contact thermal insulation system.
Apartment Building in Zámrsk

The building is located on the northern edge of the village of zámrsk. The new building of the apartment building includes 6 residential units, 4 indoor parking spaces + 6 outdoor parking spaces, one of which is reserved for persons with reduced mobility. The proposed building also solves in addition to complete equipment of residential units, technical facilities, storage space and cellars for each apartment unit. due to the size of the municipality, the scope of the proposed construction is an adequate part for increasing the residential capacity in a quiet and pleasant place. Vertically, the residential set functions as a three-storey, sub-collapsed building. The roof is designed as a flat vegetation with extensive vegetation. The building has a maximum size of 25.82 x 13.8 x 7.10 m
Redesign of Construction Documentation into BIM Model

The motive of the diploma thesis is the redesign of the original project documentation of an block of flats into an information model for administration and maintenance. The first part deals with modeling the building according to the drawing part of the documentation in the Autodesk Revit. The second is about the outputs of the information model and its use in building management. It also includes an evaluation of the effectiveness of redesign in relation to the detail of the model and its link to the original drawing documentation.

The bachelor´s thesis aims to describe the documentation management systems according to applicable laws and standards related to the construction contract. The theoretical part defines the types of documentation according to their binding a function together with their processing mechanisms. The basic technical requirements for the construction order documentation management systém are also described. For this purpose, 2 leading suppliers of information systems in the Czech Republic are introduced. The practical part describes the construction work Strengthening the water management functions of a small water reservoir in Dolní Babákov, which was implemented by the construction company Instav Hlinsko a.s. Attention is paid mainly to the documentation that was created in connection with the construction work and their manipulation within the implementation and archiving. The conclusion of the bachelor´s thesis is the evaluation of the construction order documentation management systém of a construction company , its effectiveness and possible suggestions for improvement in the areas of dostribution or performance.

The subject of the bachelor's thesis is the design of a detached apartment building and the elaboration of parts of the design documentation for the construction. The apartment house is located in Hrušovany u Brna. It is a building with one underground and three above-ground floors. The building consists of a basement floor with garages and technical facilities and of eight residential units on the upper floors. The apartment building is based on a reinforced concrete foundation slab 450 mm thick. The outer load-bearing walls in the 1st floor are cast-in-place reinforced concrete thickness 350 mm. Above-ground floors are designed masonry from the HELUZ system insulated with a certified contact thermal insulation system 160 mm thick. The staircase located in the middle of the layout is cast-in-place reinforced concrete. An elevator is located between the stair flight. The roof structure is saddle with a slope of 15 °. In the right and in the left part of the house it is solved using wooden trusses 12 m long. The middle part consists of wooden trusses 9 m long. The height of the ridge of the building is +11.050 from the floor level 0.000 on the 1st floor.

The aim of this bachelor thesis is a preparation of the project documentation providing information for the construction of apartment building. The apartment building is located in Valašské Meziříčí. The building has three above-ground floors and it is partially basement. An utility room, a storage room and the cellar rooms for the individual apartments are situated in the basement floor. A room for strollers and bicycles is placed on the first ground-floor as well as a cleaning room and the three dwelling units. The second floor and the third floor consist only of the apartments. In the apartment building there are 9 dwelling units. The construction system of the building is designed as a brick house, made concretely of Porotherm brick blocks. Load-bearing peripheral basement masonry is made of concrete blocks of permanent formwork. Horizontal load-bearing structure consist of reinforced concrete monolithic ceiling. The roofing of the building is solved by a warm flat roof made of PVC-P waterproofing roofing foil. The building is equipped with a certified contact thermal insulation system named ETICS.

ABSTRACT The subject of the Bachelor´s thesis is processing of project documentation for implementation of a new apartment building in Ostrava, which is set in the locality of housing estate built in the previous regime. The apartment building has four floors, basement and longitudinal support system. Object is placed perpendicular to the slope. In the apartment house are eight flats, on already mentioned for floors and in the basement are technical rooms and cellars for every flat. Shape and appearance of object are solved in a simple way to fit into locality of apartment buildings. Construction will be implemented from sharped brick blocks in combination with ceramic-concrete ceilings on concrete foundations. The new building will be insulated by thermal insulation system ETICS from mineral wool. Facade color will be in shades of grey. Roof will be flat and single skin.

This thesis deals with the project documentation of a three-storey apartment building in Prostějov. The house has three aboveground floors and one underground floor. In the basement there is a technical backgroung, storage cubicles, drying room, meeting room, stocks, workroom and bicycle storages. On the first floor there is a room for strollers, a cleaning room and four residential units. Each apartment has its own terrace with garden access. On the other floors there is a drying room and four residential units. Each apartment has its own balcony. On the third floor there is an exit to the roof. Perimeter and internal load-bearing masonry in the upper floors are made of ceramic blocks. In the basement, the load-bearing perimeter masonry consists of concrete blocks of lost formwork filled with concrete. The internal load-bearing masonry in the basement consists of ceramic blocks. The ceiling structures are designed as composite ceramic-concrete ceilings made of MIAKO inserts and POT beams. Balcony structures are formed using ISO beams. The roof structure is designed as a flat, single skin roof. The apartment building is insulated with a certified thermal insulation system.
