Title: Case Study of A Physiotherapy Treatment of A Patient with the Diagnosis of Fracture of Lateral Malleolus Aim: The aim of this bechelor's thesis is to present basic information on ankle fractures and to elaborate a case report of a patient with the above mentioned diagnoses. Method: The thesis consists of two parts: a theoretical part and a practical part. The theoretical part presents a discription of the anatomic structure and the fiction of the ankle joint, the kinesiology of the foot and the biomechanics of walking. Furthermore, it deals with traumatology of the ankle area focusing on fractures, diagnostic methods, treatment and physotherapy methods and on courses of action after ankle fractures. The practical part is conceived as a case study. It includes an anamnesis of a patient, an entrance kinesiology analysis on the basis of which aims and methods of the therapy were determined. The thesis presents a description of the course of the individual therapeutic units, an output kinesiology analysis and a therapy efficiency evaluation. Grimmelshausenuv Dobrodruzny Simplicius Simplicissimus vydany v roce 1668 (s datem 1669) se do kanonu svetove literatury zapsal jako pikareskni roman. Jednim z duvodu, proc tato kniha dokaze oslovit ctenare i po vice nez 300 letech od sveho vzniku, je bezpochyby obdivuhodna vYznamova hloubka a dejova pest rost dfla, jez u ctenare muze navodit dojem neprebernosti a mnohoznacnosti autorem pouzitych prvku. Tato diplomova prace se zabyva kompozicnimi principy uplatnujicfmi se v teto knize. I kdyz se v dnesni dobe v praxi jiz mnohdy osvedcila uzitecnost pristupu naratologickeho, k nemuz vytvoril predevsim G. Genette prakticke instrumentarium, a tento pristup by se mohl nabizet i zde, ma prace se od nej vedome odklanf. Computational study of plasma-solid interaction in multicomponent plasma

Physical processes ongoing during the interaction of both inert gas and chemically active plasma with surfaces of immersed solids are studied in this work. The technique used is a computer modeling based on experimental data obtained in our department and also taken from the literature. Focus of this work are two-dimensional particle simulations, whose outputs are parameters of a sheath formed around the immersed solid and characteristics of the contained charged particles. The study of multicomponent plasma presents an analysis of both statical and dynamical properties of the sheath depending on electronegativity. The research of influence of the computer modeling technique on the accuracy of the results and effi ciency of the computations is also accented.

Spasticity of Spinal Etiology - An Overview of the Most Frequently used Examination Methods and Proposed Functional Examination

The aim of the thesis "Spasticity of Spinal Etiology" is to create a complex overview of the spasticity of spinal etiology problems focused on the methods of measuring and evaluation of spasticity. The Theoretical part defines spasticity, the spastic syndrome of spinal etiology and methods used for investigation of patients. The practical part describes conditions and results of questionnaire research among physiotherapists; its aim was to discover which investigative methods and practice they use. The part Discussion presents a proposal of investigation based on the results of questionnaire and theoretical data, its aim is to define a relation between spasticity and functional abilities of a patient. The thesis called Josef Jungmann - Translator from German, from the history of translation field, addresses the main characteristics, methods and techniques of this important figure of the Czech National Revival in his translations from German literature. The thesis stresses the context of the National Revival period, its norms and functional translation analysis of selected translations based on the model of Katharina Reiss. Out of the linguistic and cultural works of Josef Jungmann (1773 :___ 1847) the thesis focuses on the translations of ballads and poems by Gottfried August Burger Lenora - Lenka (Lenore), by Johann Wolfgang Goeth Píseň milostničky (Mignon), Čarodějnický učedlník (Der Zauberlehrling), Zpěv duchů nad vodami ( Gesang der Geister iiber Wassern), by Johanna Gottfried Herder Kůň z hory (Das Ross aus dem Berge) and by Friedrich Gottlieb Klopstock Vyučenec Řekův (Der Lehrling der Griechen). The thesis then focuses on the translation of Goethe' s idyllic epos Heřman a Dorotka (Hermann und Dorothea) and the translation of libretto by Gottlieb Stephanie based on the play by Christoph Friedrich Bretzner Únos ze serailu (Die Entfiihrung aus dem Serail).

Asymmetry of information on insurance markets

The work deals with the phenomenon of information asymmetry on the insurance markets. The aim of this work is to identify the information asymmetry as such and its specifics on the insurance markets, to describe and evaluate the possible procedures for its reduction and finally to estimate the future developments in this field. We use the study of the scientific literature, analysis of related legislation and insurance conditions of relevant insurance products and last but not least the author's own experience of work in the field of banking. There are described the procedures to reduce the information asymmetry such as the insurance legislation, possible modifications in the insurance conditions, information registers and expert systems.

Two realities in the works of Jan Weiss

The aim of this thesis is to capture the representation of two realities in the works of Jan Weiss. Weiss' conception of reality oscillates between interrelated fantasy and reality approach and is based on his personal, unusually intensive experience with dream (He experienced dream visions during his typhus fevers in a prisoner camp in Siberia). The first part of this thesis focuses on Weiss' works from 1920s and 1930s. The original theme of dream and dual reality is expressed by the key motive of the mirror and the motive of the double; taking this as his starting point, the author further develops the question of other polarities (evil and good, consciousness and subconsciousness, dreams and reality, the ordinary and the extraordinary) and their relations. Inspired by sickly dreams and the author's WWI experience, the fantastic world of Weiss' writings shows signs of extreme abnormality, mainly time-spatial discontinuity; his early works can be related to expressionism. Dream often verges on hallucinations and madness. Another theme appearing in Weiss' works is that of darkness and blindness, which stands not only for the mysterious territory between the waking hours and sleep, but also for Weiss' moral doubts. In my bachelor thesis I elaborated financial analysis of Plzensky Prazdroj, a.s. and its interpretation. In the teoretical part I explained the procedures and indicators with help of specialized literarure. The practical part is about observation of developmental trends of indicators, explanation of those indicators and ideas for improvement. My goal was evaluate the financial situation of the company between April 1st, 2002 and March 31st, 2008.

The topic of my master thesis is the valuation of Pixelfield, s.r.o. company. The introduction and the theoretical part present basic and advanced procedure with valuating a company. An emphasis is put on the financial analysis and on the financial plan. In the practical part I apply and analyze findings on a company, which makes business in digital marketing and IT. The primary objective is to apply the theoretical knowledge and valuate the company according to the official proceeding. The secondary objective is to confront the valuation with a real situation - that means the real amount of money that possible investors offer. Further I use other possible solutions how to valuate a company and again to confront it with a real situation.
