Production and logistics analysis in the chosen company producing food products

The diploma work deals with the analysis of the logistic chain of the company Friall s.r.o., which is a producer of frozen potato specialities. Based on this analysis I wanted to discover weak points in functionality of the logistic chain and find suitable precautionary measures as well as solutions leading to an improvement of the current situation. The diploma work is focused on the raw material entry and self-production of the products.

e-Government

Although the e-Government was mentioned more frequently, especially because of data boxes, its origin dates back to 90th the 20th century. Then the first efforts to development of information systems began to connect various governmental offices. However, these efforts haven't been very successful. Subsequently, different e-Government services start developing and this is what the diploma thesis is about. First it outlines the progress of the e-Government. Then this thesis attempts to the e-Government services and also provides information about e-Government system in different countries. At the end there is described electronic data interchange, electronic invoicing and electronic archiving.

Práce se zabývá vývojovými stadii podnikových informačních systémů s důrazem na jednotlivé softwarové aplikace z oblasti logistiky. Porovnává modulový a procesní přístup k výstavbě softwarového řešení. V praktické části vyhledává vhodné aplikace pro jednotlivé oblasti logistiky, podle specifik zvoleného podniku střední velikosti - oblast skladové evidence s čárovými kódy, VoIP telefonie, internetového připojení, elektronické fakturace, fleetware, klasického EDI a WEBEDI.

My thesis addresses to matters of rising connectedness of Accounting and Information Technologies. It describes history of forms and techniques used in Accounting and also the possibilities and trends of Applied Informatics used nowadays in this field. The text accents to efforts of making the process of accounting more effective by reducing the cost, improving the quality and by shortening the time it can be done. The part of my thesis also mentions the level of regulation of the techniques used for processing the accounting from the point of view of national norms and also of International standards.

ANALYSIS OF LOGISTIC PROCESSES IN LOMBARDINI SLOVAKIA, s.r.o. ,

The aim of the bachelor thesis is to describe logistic processes which are running within the particular company and which are inevitable for continuous and effective production in accordance with customers' demands. Further, the purpose is to identify main deficiencies of these processes on the ground of the author's theoretical knowledge in the logistics sphere, and to propose potential improvements. This thesis is divided into two parts. The first, theoretical section is focused on the definition and development of logistics, as a tool for increasing effectiveness and competitiveness of the company. Part of this section is also a description of the concept of minimizing total logistic costs. Second, practical section describes logistic processes and tasks as they are performed in selected company. In this section, author focused mainly on purchasing, warehousing, and material flow through out the company during the whole process of production of final product. As a part of this block is also a identification of main deficiencies and proposed improvements. Práce rozebírá logistické technologie, podrobněji Efficient Consumer Response. Zabývá se příčinami vzniku, stručnou historií, prvky, přínosy pro podniky a implementací ECR v podniku. Cílem práce je ukázat, jak ECR funguje a jak je uplatňováno v praxi u výrobních i obchodních společností, jak ECR vnímají koneční zákazníci, a jak by při zavádění technologie měly postupovat podniky, které s ECR nemají zkušenosti.

Studie využitelnosti Internetu pro přenos EDIFACTu v oblasti dopravy v ČR

Cílem práce je zpřístupnit dostupné prostředky pro přenos EDIFACTu v internetu, seznámit s bezpečnostními aspekty, které z daného vyplývají a přiblížit je oboru dopravy v ČR v návaznosti na automatizované informační systémy i jim předcházející prvotní vkládání dat z webových formulářů, především menšími institucemi. Práce nově představuje normy AS1, AS2 a AS3 skupiny EDIINT pro přenos EDI zpráv internetem pod protokoly SMTP, HTTP a FTP.
