The project deals with a family house with a hairdresser's in Kunovice. The building is a partially basement, it has two floors and an attic. It is situated by slightly (nearly flat) terrain. There are storage and a boiler room in the basement. The first floor is used for operating purposes. There is a hairdresser's and double garage. Two flats are situated at second floor and at attic. Both flats have the same identical ground plan.

Ground plan of house has a shape of two rectangles with two double pitched roofs. In the basement the reis the technical back ground of the house and hobby room. In the 1st floor is taking place all activities of inhabitants and the atticis designed as a quiet, relaxing area with sanitary facilities.

The subject of the bachelor work is a new building of family house in the village called Pozďatín on the land parcel number 155 in the district of Třebíč. The family house is situated on a gentle sloping ground. The family house is projected as a two-floor building. Under the object there is partly made a cellar. The size of ground plan are 13,5 m x 10,25 m. The top of the family house is located in 7,75 m height above the first floor. The house is constructed on a concrete foundations. From the point of view of construction the house is combination of concrete blocks in the basement and ceramic blocks in the first floor. Ceiling are projected from the system called Porotherm. A stairway is a contruction of three-legs and a material of the stairway are iron and concrete with wooden step stairs. A gabled roof is consisted of wooden roof frame and the roof is composed of burnt roof covering.

Bachelor thesis is focuses on project family house with two-floors in Lukovany. It is a detached house with a partial basement. The building is designed for four people. There is the garage for two cars,the laundry,the boiler room and the store room in the basement. The first elevated floor can be divided into active and passive part. In the passive zone there are two bedrooms for children, the bedroom for parents and a bathroom. This part of the house does not have the basement and this part has a straight roof. In the active zone of the house there are the vestibule, the toilet, the kitchen and the living room. In the living room and kitchen there is free entry into the outdoor terrace. In the second floor there is a study room, a library and a playroom for children. There is also the entry into the roof terrace. The terrace has two parts. One part is the timber terrace and the nother part is the grassed over terrace. The second floor covers the gabled roof with specific lagging noun. The roof coat is made of a ceramic burnt roof bag Tondach. The vertical brickwork is formed by concrete blocks Livetherm SIP-NC P10 400x300x198 mm in the basement. The vertical construction of the elevated part of the house is made of ceramic blocks Porotherm 30 Profi 247x300x249 mm. The horizontal construction is made of the ceiling girders Pot and the ceiling inserts Miako of Porotherm system.

This work deals with the single-family detached house including an office. The result is a three-storey partial basement building with built in garage intended for 2 cars. The roof of the house is flat and single casing. The ground plan of the house has rectangular shape, the building is located in the slightly sloping plot in a quiet area of family houses. The main entrance including the plot entrance is oriented to the north. All rooms are naturally litand ventilated. For the skeleton, the building system KM beta is used.

The aim of the Bachelor’s Thesis is a family house design. The Design Documentation deals with a one-generation family house. This family house is a separately standing building. The building is designed as a newly constructed single-storey family house, partly with basement and with residential attic. The structural system is designed in a walled technology of the HELUZ system – ground bricks “HELUZ FAMILY”. Ceilings are made of prestressed ceiling panels “SPIROLL”. The roof is of the T shape, 2 saddle roofs are mutually perpendicular. The roof is of a higher type, saddle half-hipped roof. The house will be founded on monolithic concrete continuous footing strips.
