Projekt řeší rodinný dům s kadeřnictvím v Kunovicích. Objekt je částečně podsklepený, má 2 nadzemní podlaží + podkroví. Je osazený do mírného (téměř rovinného) terénu. V suterénu jsou situovány sklady a kotelna. První nadzemní podlaží slouží k provozním účelům. Je zde umístěno kadeřnictví a garáž pro 2 osobní automobily. V druhém nadzemním podlaží a podkroví se nachází byty. Oba mají stejný půdorys. The project deals with a family house with a hairdresser's in Kunovice. The building is a partially basement, it has two floors and an attic. It is situated by slightly (nearly flat) terrain. There are storage and a boiler room in the basement. The first floor is used for operating purposes. There is a hairdresser's and double garage. Two flats are situated at second floor and at attic. Both flats have the same identical ground plan.
