The present study primarily deals with the functioning of a student symphonic orchestra, i.e. The Prague Film Orchestra. It gives an overview of the Orchestra pursuits from its establishment up till its 10th anniversary, which is commemorated this season. Furthermore, the thesis offers a detailed description the Orchestra organizational layout, its financial back-up, concert venues and its repertoire. Apart from that, the paper accounts for the changes related to the title of this corporate body owing to the new Civil Code.
Last but not least, authentic examples major film music projects of the world format and their product specifics needs are included. Finally, a brief outline of the development and the history of film music from the period of Silent film till the time of The Hollywood Golden Age and the most famous film music composers is provided.

Specifics of doing business and trade in Hong Kong

The thesis analyses the business environment and its specifics in Hong Kong. The analysis is done by using the PEST analysis. It explores step by step the political, economical, social-cultural and technological environment. It focuses mainly on the economical part, which includes also the process of incorporation. Apart from the analysis of the business environment, the thesis contains practical information about Czech companies that conduct business in Hong Kong. This information is obtained from a questionnaire. On basis of the general analysis and the questionnaire the thesis deduces several pros and cons of doing business in Hong Kong and it mentions some recommendations for firms that are planning to enter the Hong Kong market.

53 Závěr Cílem této práce byla snaha zodpovědět alespoň základní otázky problematiky zdanění příjmů společníků obchodních společností, a to jak fyzických tak i právnických osob a dále zdanění příjmů dle právních forem obchodních společností, a to nejenom z pohledu právních předpisů České republiky, ale také z hlediska harmonizačních snah Evropské unie. V této práci jsem se věnovala zdaňování příjmů společníků obchodních společností, a to všech právních forem obchodních společností, které se mohou dle právní úpravy v České republice uplatňovat. Z pohledu společníků obchodních společností jsem se tedy věnovala, jak právnickým osobám, tak osobám fyzickým, jež jsou společníky veřejné obchodní společnosti, komanditní společnosti, společnosti s ručením omezeným, akcionáři akciové společnosti, ale i společníky evropského hospodářského zájmového sdružení a evropské společnosti. Systém zdanění jsem pak popisovala u následujících příjmů: příjmů z podílu na zisku, respektive příjmů z dividend, příjmů z převodu obchodního podílu, respektive příjmů z prodeje cenných papírů, příjmů z vypořádacího podílu a příjmů z podílu na likvidačním zůstatku. Tato diplomová práce Je věnována kontrastivní analýze původních ruských a českých legislativních textů z hlediska jejich koherence a koheze. Poznatky z kontrastivní analýzy jsou pak východiskem pro následnou translatologickou analýzu překladu českého obchodního zákona do ruštiny a výsledkem práce je zhodnocení tohoto překladu právě z hlediska již zmíněné problematiky. Proč bylo zvoleno právě toto téma? Rozhodující vliv měla mimo jiné také skutečnost, že v posledních několika letech, zejména po úspěšném překonání ruské finanční krize ve druhé polovině roku 1998 a vstupu České republiky 1. května 2004 do Evropské unie, zažívají vzájemné politické a ekonomické vztahy mezi oběma zeměmi plnohodnotnou renesanci. Stále více českých obchodníků vnímá Rusko především jako trh skýtající značné možnosti, a také stále více ruských firem si uvědomuje potenciál českého trhu a směřuje na něj své zboží a služby. Se vstupem jakékoli právnické či fyzické osoby na zahraniční trh však bezprostředně souvisí nutnost seznámit se s právním prostředím dané země. Stavovské povstání je v české historiografii tématem hodně oblíbeným. Není se čemu divit, lidé mají rádi příběhy hrdinské a za stavovským vzdorem stojí notná dávka kuráže a hrdinství. Proto je důležité nazírat povstání jako dílo skupiny rozdílných individualit, osob jedinečných svým charakterem, pozicí, ideou ale i lidskými slabostmi. Nejednalo se o homogenní, svornou masu stavovských zástupců, ale o osoby s různými názory a cíly. Proto je tedy potřebné věnovat pozornost jeho jednotlivým původcům. Osoba Martina Fruweina je v české historiografii opomijena. Neprávem. Je pravda, že se na první pohled nejedná o tak atraktivní postavu jako je Jindřich Matyáš Thurn nebo Václav Budovec. Vždyť Martin Fruwein z Podolí byl pouhý měšťan, ale zato velmi schopný muž, kterému důvěřovaly hned tři direktorské vlády po sobě. Jeho právnické hbitosti a přehledu využívali stavové po celé období let 1618-1620. Cílem této práce je poukázat na význam jeho, neprávem opomíjené, osobnosti, aby již nebyl znám jen svým pádem do Jeleního příkopu. V žádném případě se nejedná o práci vyčerpávající, je jasné, že mi mnohé prameny zůstaly bezpečně skryty. Prozatím. Suggested strategies make use of SWOT matrix that is created on basis of conducted analysis of internal and external environment of the organization. The thesis consists of theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part provides information about non-profit segment and creation of strategy plan. - 67 - Abstract: The purpose of the thesis is to evaluate the current situation in the Czech republic in regards to employment of foreigners, analyze the process of obtaining employment permit. Analyzing the situation in respect to nationals of European union countries, nationals from "third states" and other nationals that do not need such permit. Describing the process from the employer's standpoint, applicants and the authorities in this field. The thesis is therefore divided into five parts. Commencing with introduction to the current employment situation in the Czech working market, introducing the various factors that are shaping the working market globally and brief historical background of working market and migration in the Czech republic.
