Interactive Web Application for Design Space Exploration
Slávik, Denis ; Sekanina, Lukáš (referee) ; Vašíček, Zdeněk (advisor)
The desire of this thesis is to design and implement an interactive web interface that will allow users to select from a library of thousands of implementations of approximate adders and multipliers for circuit design and benchmarking, developed by Evolvable Hardware Group (EHW) from the Faculty of Information Technology at the Brno University of Technology. We will find out about the web technologies used for this thesis. Also, we will find a chapter devoted to designing a suitable user interface and an efficient algorithm to process and visualize several thousand implementations.
Design the Attendance System For the iOS Platform
Kovalčík, Andrej ; Neuwirth, Bernard (referee) ; Dydowicz, Petr (advisor)
The goal of my bachelor’s thesis is to design the iOS application, which can transform the old attendance system to new modern one. The main goal of application will be solve registration problems simply but modern. Second goal of the application is to summarize and give overview to employees manager.
Android Application for Placing Orders via Internet
Szakács, Tomáš ; Neuwirth, Bernard (referee) ; Dydowicz, Petr (advisor)
This bachelor’s thesis deals with the development of applications for Android. The application will be used for preview and ordering of available goods from a sweet shop via internet.
Abstract Syntax Tree Analysis for Python Teaching Support
Fáber, Jakub ; Škoda, Petr (referee) ; Smrž, Pavel (advisor)
The goal of this thesis is to create an analyzer system to check assignment solutions and to suggest improvements for them in terms of code quality and cleanliness. For the best results, a combination of static and dynamic analysis techniques is used. This system is implemented in the form of tutoring system and uses Docker containers for safe testing and analysis in an isolated environment. Interactive environment for communication with users is created with modern technologies such as Material Design.
Mobile App for Managing Tips in a Restaurant
Kocour, Martin ; Špaňhel, Jakub (referee) ; Herout, Adam (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with an issue of tip evidence. The result is an Android application for tablets, which provides easy tip recording and its transparent division among employees. In the thesis are described problems with developing application for Android operating system. Reader will read about the process of designing and implementing. The paper is supplemented with results of application testing and its future in way of developing.
Mobile App for Chore Management in Shared Living
Miklánek, Peter ; Szőke, Igor (referee) ; Herout, Adam (advisor)
Bachelor's thesis describes the design and implementation of mobile application for core management in shared living. The application is targeted to the Android mobile platform. It focuses on the user interface and for the most functions uses internet access. The user may effectively add new works and share them with a certain group. The first part of this thesis focuses on thearchitecture and components of the operation system Android. The following parts are dedicated to the analysis, design and implementation. The thesis also describes the testing of the resulting solution. The final part is dedicated to evaluation of the application and possibilities for further development.
Interactive Application for Spatial Thinking Training
Mladý, Jakub ; Lysek, Tomáš (referee) ; Tóth, Michal (advisor)
This thesis focuses on the creation of an application that improves logical and spatial thinking. It describes the design, choice of logic games and their following implementation. As the logic games two variations of 3D Tic-Tac-Toe and 3D shape recreation were chosen. The application was implemented in the C++ language using the OpenGL graphics library.
Mobile App for Logging of Automobile Costs
Mokrý, Martin ; Špaňhel, Jakub (referee) ; Herout, Adam (advisor)
The goal of this thesis is to design and implement a mobile application for the recording of a car's consumption. The application is made for the Android operating system. It lets the user easily and effectively input new refuel data. Based on this data the application can show the user an overall view of their car's costs. This thesis focuses on the creation of this application, individual stages of design, implementation details and the testing of the application. It also states and analyzes similar existing applications.
Applications for image processing for Android OS
Kiac, Martin ; Říha, Kamil (referee) ; Krajsa, Ondřej (advisor)
This work deals with an issue of image processing and detection of predefined objects from the camera on Android platform. This work uses image processing tools and methods from OpenCV library. The work consists of a theoretical part, in which the Android platform itself is described, the structure of the operating system and Android Studio development environment. The theoretical part also contains a description of OpenCV library and describes the theory of image processing using this library. The practical part of this work describes implementation of OpenCV library to development environment Android Studio. The practical part also describes techniques for image processing by OpenCV library. Subsequently this work contains analysis and searching for contours, the use of Hough transformation and segmentation of the processed image. This work also describes realization of graphical user interface and subsequently work with the application's database. The conclusion is about final evaluation of the work and achieved results.
Log-optimal investment
Flimmel, Samuel ; Lachout, Petr (advisor) ; Kopa, Miloš (referee)
The creation of portfolio is an important and frequent task to solve in financial sector. This paper indroduces one of mathematical models used for this problem. For studied market we assume it`s logaritmic utility function and ergodic stationarity only. The low number of assumptions makes this model quite simple and clear. In this paper we describe the model and prove some of it`s features applicable for our model. First, we analyze the case of an known market distribution and suggest an algorithm for obtaining a portfolio. Later, we analyze the case of an unknown market distribution and introduce one of the suitable methods as well. Empirical distribution helps us to gain requiered results asymptotically. Finally, we study behavior of an empirical distribution method for shorter time periods on real data simulation.
