History of elementery education in selected areas (school project)

This diploma thesis is focused on the origin and history of elementary education system in the area Prague- west. The work is divided into two main parts, theoretical and practic. The theoretical part chronologically introduces the history of the schools since their inception ( complete dissolution ), to the present. The history of a particular schools in this area is the material source used to formulate the project for for students of different schools as the general public. The main aim of this project is to familiarize pupils with the history of their school and to strengthen the students' relationship to the school. The project will be realized in the school year 2014/2015. All proposed activities and expected outcomes are formulated according to the Framework Educational Programme.

Anotnín Karč - chaser and jeweller 1879-1952

The introduction summarizes all existing sources dealing with Antonín Karč, and it is followed by the first chapter (Epoch and Education) explaining historical background and styles that influenced Antonín Karč' s works from the period 1900-1940. As Antonín Karč's jewellery works from the period after 1908 are closely connected with the Secondary Art School in Turnov, the second chapter (Turnov and the Secondary Art School for Grinding, Precious Stones Engraving and Goldsmithry) describes the establishing of the school and its history until 1940. The school was established in order to support the grinding industry in Turnov. Soon after, goldsmithry was added to processing and engraving of gems. Bohemian gamet belonged to traditiona1 raw materials of the region around Turnov, and development of Bohemian gamet jewellery is closely related to the Art School in Turnov; Antonín Karč also designed jewels with Bohemian garnets. In 1911 his design drafts were incorporated into the pattern templates collection of the Secondary Art School in Turnov. After 1930 he participated in development of contemporary gamet grindings and jewels containing Bohemian garnets distinctive through a combination of a plain strip ornament and a gold area. Die Linke: development, ideology and position in the political system in Germany

This thesis deals with the German political party "Die Linke" (The Left). Die Linke was founded in 2007 by merging two different parties, namely Linkspartei.PDS, which was preceded by the ruling party of the GDR, and WASG, composed of West German activists and former party members of the Social Democratic Party. The opening parts contain definitions of basic terminology and a brief history of parties preceding Die Linke. The following sections deal with how the dual history of the party reflects in its organisation, its program and electorate. The party programs are also used to analyze its key program points and their evolution over time. The party's ideology is also examined. This thesis also deals with the current position of Die Linke within the German party system, in terms of both the voters and election results, and relations with other relevant parties.

The dissertation is focused on cross-cutting curriculum Man and the world of work in economic fields of education and its integration into the educational system. The theoretical part is devoted to information on the general and school education programs, cross-cutting curriculum Man and the world of work, its history and its inclusion in school curricula and teaching. The practical part is aimed to analyze the completed achievement tests and questionnaires by students of business academies and interpretation of the results with subsequent own proposals for the integration of cross-curricular curriculum Man and the world of work into the educational system in economic fields of education.

Evaluation of economic software Altus Vario

This thesis deals with the bookkeeping on the computer and evaluates programs for bookkeeping. The theoretical part contains chapters about the history of bookkeeping, legislation relating to bookkeeping using ICT, enterprise information systems and criteria for the selection of appropriate accounting program. Knowledge taken from the theoretical part is then applied to the practical part, which is devoted to the evaluation of specific information system Altus Vario.

Application of open source in information systems of organisation

Práce poskytuje odborné i laické veřejnosti nástin možností využití open source programů v informačních systémech organizace. V práci jsou doporučeny vhodné programy pro doplnění či přímo nahrazení programů s uzavřeným kódem, popsána historie vzniku open source i nejdůležitější open source licence. Popsány jsou výhody a nevýhody nasazení open source z ekonomického hlediska včetně příkladů případových studií, které se touto problematikou zabývají. Zmíněny jsou i www stránky, zabývající se problematikou.
