The Influence of Coaching on Leadership of Teams

The first part is dedicated to organization of available information about coaching to the clear structure. It defines that technique and its styles. It also describes its main instruments (function of questions, active listening, feedback, relationship between coach and coachee) and models (particularly The GROW). Furthermore, it covers also explanation of the notion leadership role and development of teams. The second part is focused on analysis of current state of the local committee AIESEC Praha. It serves as the base for proposal of solution. In the last part, there are presented concrete possibilities of the coaching implementation in the committee. The final suggestion takes into consideration its reality and future plans. For that reason, the recommendation of using basic coaching principles prevails over its direct introduction as effective style of leadership.

Fair Trade - Its Functions and Impacts on the Trade with Thirld World Countries

The aim of this work is to provide a comprehensive view on the issue of trade with Third world countries using the concept of fair trade. First, the discussion focuses on how fair trade should look like and how it should be different from the free market. Furthermore, this work deals mainly with the functions and effects of Fair Trade licensing, which sets out properly against the aforementioned interventionist concept of fair trade. After unloading the basic characteristics of licensing, its evolution and structure of the relevant licensing authorities, an economic analysis of the effectiveness of Fair Trade licenses in achieving the set goals follows. Possible impacts of Fair Trade on the society as a whole are discussed as well. The main aim is to answer the question whether Fair Trade is really the right approach to trade with poor producers from Third world countries and whether it is really necessary to abandon the free market conditions to achieve fair treatment and rewarding.

Understanding the Word problems on Motion

The topic of the thesis was selected based on the long term interests shown by the author in course of her studies. The thesis is a follow up of previous research activities that focused on word problems and the use of experience gathered from them. The whole issue of word problems on motion was selected as the example of typical problems, which children have to face at school, and therefore, they acquire more or less a specific procedure of solving them (as established in prior research). They provide option to draw comparison of their type resemblance and comprehensive variants and of the pupils' capability to implement the acquired procedures when the problem is getting more difficult. This was one of the objectives of the thesis. Another objective was to monitor the specifics of this type of word problems and also the related specific solutions including specific errors the pupils make when solving these types of problems. Furthermore, the objectives include monitoring and analyzing the different pupils' procedures from the qualitative point of view and the efforts to describe their mental representations of the problems and train of thoughts when solving them. Závěr - Společné jmění manželů a budoucí právní úprava Ještě předtím, než se budu zabývat konkrétní úpravou SJM a jeho vypořádání, chtěl bych se krátce zmínit obecně o potřebnosti kodifikace celého občanského práva. Je reálným stavem, že náš platný občanský zákoník se v mnohém liší od obdobných kodifikací z oblasti kontinentální kultury. Stručně lze připomenout, že jde o právní předpis poznamenaný dobou svého vzniku, ovlivněný ideologií vítězství socialismu v zemi, popřením duality práva soukromého a veřejného a představou o postupném odumírání práva vůbec. Zákoník byl vystavěn na principu preference zájmů společnosti nad zájmy jednotlivce a preference socialistického (především státního) vlastnictví. Dalšími nedostatky zákona č. 40/1964 Sb. bylo to, že byl původně koncipován jako lex specialis, upravující jen určitou část majetkových vztahů. Obecnou povahu (lex generalis) v soukromoprávní oblasti získal až novelou č. 509/1991 Sb.79 Z toho vyplývající duplicita některých právních úprav (především subjektivity, promlčení atd.) v jednotlivých soukromoprávních kodexech přispívá k nepřehlednosti dnešního českého práva. Internal Market for Natural Gas in the EU

This thesis deals with the process of creating the truly functional internal market for natural gas within EU. Using the data about the market, it identifies the reasons for applying particular measures in this field and the important successes. Along with that, it points out the failures and difficulties that have to be overcome in order to ensure the resultful finish of the project. The thesis also offers some alternative opinions on the issues concerning the creation of internal market. All main factors playing essential role in this are covered - from the implementation of the directives, through unbundling of system operators, regulation and market observation, to the cooperation among network companies, rights of the final consumers and energy security.

Analysis of morbidity in Czechia investigating health care provision and take-up in relation to diabetes mellitus Abstract Diabetes mellitus is a life-threatening disease which presents as hyperglycaemia or raised blood glucose. Late detection or a failure to follow treatment guidelines may lead to complications that significantly impact on the sufferer's daily life and require expensive medical treatment. The growing prevalence of this disease, which no longer only affects developed countries, therefore presents enormous risks to health care systems and society as a whole. The aim of this thesis is to analyse the geodemographic characteristics of the current diabetic population in Czechia. Particular attention will be paid to the age of diabetes sufferers, since in Czechia data on this is lacking. In pursuit of this aim the thesis makes use of anonymised data from the largest Czech health insurance company (Czech General Health Insurance). The first part of the thesis looks at diabetes mellitus as a medical condition, concentrating primarily on the basic types of the disease but also considering the potential health complications this disease causes. Veena Talwar Oldenburg k tomu zastává jasné stanovisko, neboť tvrdí, že to, co ovlivňuje život vdané ženy "není kastovní uspořádání, ale gendrové a generační vztahy v rámci rodiny". 1 Urna Chakravarty se však domnívá, že na ženy je nahlíženo jako na "brány do kastovního systému":-. Lze tato dvě stanoviska smířit nebo je každé pravdivé svým způsobem? Je vůbec možné vystopovat nějaké styčné body, které by byly společné všem ženám v ta k obrovské a rozmanité zemi jakou Je Indie? The submitted thesis is titled "Arab National Minorities in Germany". Tts primary a1m is to shed light for a Czech reader on the much discussed issues of large foreigner communities in a 'Western' (in this case German) society that are perceived as culturally different from the rest of the population, thus giving rise to a number of stereotypes and anxieties as well as, occasionally, open conflicts. Basic research questions refer to the true nature of those minorities, the implications of their presence there and the way the state approaches them. First, the paper justifies the term 'Arab minorities', proceeding to the circumstances of their emergence and growth in Germany. Developments of those groups after the World War TI are dealt with in more detail and are differentiated according to the basic processes: recruitment of labour farce as applied for Morocco and Tunisia, and reception oť reťugee waves notably in cases of Lebanon, Algeria and Iraq.
