Berger, Jan ; Fedák, Josef (referee) ; Doležel, Martin (advisor)
th Topic: Training comparison of survival at units 4 brigade mechanized infantry Destination work: This topic is worked up due to determination of contents of survival training at four chosen units of Army Czech Republic. These units are a part of a 4th brigade mechanized infantry. The reason of this graduation theses is findings and comparing differences between these units, and propose a motion for training brigade mechanized infantry. Method: The interrogation method was used for data acquisition. The graduation theses will be based on the information gained from drillmasters and gym instructors for survival training. The information will be gained personally and thanks to structured interview. Information gained, that will be recorded to dictaphone, will be used for my graduation theses without no changes. Results: After data processing, it was found, that chosen units apply oneself to an area of special physical training. The survival training is used like separated part only in limited factor. Generally, the survival training is a part of drill or complex exercises. The result is, that there is not enough time to dwell on the survival training, so integrated concept was compiled thanks to this information. Key words: special physical training, survival, brigade mechanized infantry ,Army Czech...

Malček, Michal ; Chlapek, Dušan (advisor) ; Kahoun, Jindřich (referee)
Thesis goes through the system and the economic aspects of mutual influences between universities and business environment to the usability of student knowledge in the real corporate environment. The most important part of the theory chapter is a description and evaluation of the various forms of cooperation between students, academics and business. Then there is a follow-up discussion about the role of web technologies in the process of cooperation of these entities. On this basis, the next chapter continues with the interpretation of calculations of economic data, outputs from own surveys and also the interpretation of the findings of several external analysis. The main objective of analytical chapter is to at least particularly reveal and evaluate market opportunities in the mediation of selected forms of cooperation. The final part of the work is a response to identified opportunities in form of the project concept.

Process of Institutional Reforms of European Union in Light of its Enlargement
Pohunková, Hana ; Neumann, Pavel (advisor) ; Šaroch, Stanislav (referee)
The topic of this diploma thesis is the Process of institutional reforms of EU in light of its enlargement. The thesis is divided into two parts -- theoretical part and practical part. Theoretical part talks about European treaties that founded or reformed five main European institutions -- Parliament, Council, Commission, Court of Justice and Court of Auditors. In separate chapter the thesis talks about Lisbon Treaty and this chapter is followed by description of the main institutions. Practical part was based on original research in which almost two hundred respondents took part and which was focused on the knowledge of respondets of the administration of EU. The results of the research were analysed in form of commented graphs and tables. Based on the research, last chapter provides recommendations that should help increase the knowledge of Czechs of the EU administration.

Dying, death, euthenasia
Šnýdlová, Alena ; Ovečka, Libor (advisor) ; Rethmann, Albert-Peter (referee)
OF THESIS ŠNÝDLOVÁ Alena Dying, death, euthenasia. Our age has brought advances in medicine resulting in extended human life expectancy. This process, however, has forgotten that a natural part of human existence is dying and death. Such a taboo in society means that people are not usually prepared for it. It is therefore hard to die and dificult to live with the certanty of death in its last weeks and days. The process of dying and its circumstances is briefly described to convince readers that one human can help another in difficult life situations and it is better to be prepared for this. This thesis also deals with the differing views of christians and atheists. These views often distinguish the approach to death of the attendant professionals. KEYWORDS Death, dying, euthenasia, care professions, faith.

Possible solutions in the domain of the "Human resources management" in the information system of an organization
Kousal, Ondřej ; Žid, Norbert (advisor) ; Krátoška, Václav (referee)
My study focuses on methods of the human resources management in an information company. Human resources management and personal information systems present nowadays a very important aspect not only in terms of a management but also in terms of long-term company strategies. Proper human resources management and information system functioning provide an organization with a priceless competitive advantage in the form of effective usage of human resources. At first, human resources management is examined from the theoretic point of view and after that these theoretical needs are set against possibilities of a usage of personal information systems. Consequently, different functions of personal information systems and their supply on the Czech market are analyzed. In the separate chapter I bring in a practical example which summarizes the present state of human resources management and personal information systems in the Tyllco s.r.o. company and which also comprises my recommendation for an improvement.

Solution of optimization problems with non-decreasing constraints.
Pavlíček, Ondřej ; Zimmermann, Karel (advisor) ; Palata, Jan (referee)
The content of this work is a presentation of algorithms solving optimization problems with a max-separable objective function of the form f(x) = maxjJ fj (xj), where fj are continuous unimodal functions. The optimization problems are solved under constraints, which are described by a system of (max,+)-linear equations and inequalities with variables occurring on both sides of the constraints. In Chapter 6, a modification of this problem with different variables on each side of the constraints is studied. Chapter 7 deals with problems, in which the constraint coefficients may be infinite. The work is based on results contained in previous publications, in which was shown that if the set of feasible solutions of the optimization problems considered here is nonempty, it has always the greatest element. The algorithms suggested in this work begin with this greatest element and decrease step by step the objective function without leaving the feasible set. The method proceeds in a certain sense by analogy with the method of feasible directions. Proofs of correctness of the algorithms and some results concerning computational complexity, as well as a computer implementation are included in the concluding part of the work.

Criminal defences in Czech and Irish criminal law
Kubíčková, Tereza ; Vokoun, Rudolf (advisor) ; Bohuslav, Lukáš (referee)
Criminal defences in Czech and Irish criminal law This thesis deals with the analysis of individual elements of criminal defences under the Czech and Irish criminal legal statutes with respect to the conclusions, which are therefrom drawn in theory and practice. The aim of this thesis is to render an overview concerning the distinctions and similarities in understanding, importance and operating of the defences in different law systems, rather than to present an exhaustive commentary on all legal institutes which exclude illegality and as such come into mind. Regarding the fact that Czech and Irish systems of law are subsumed under different legal systems, particular institutes of criminal defences cannot be based on the same rules, principles and theoretical grounds. It shall be noted, that while Czech criminal law is mainly to be found in a single piece of legislation known as the Criminal Law Act, Irish criminal law on the other hand not only has a separate statutory legislation, but also mainly depends on common law. The subject has been processed under consideration of the present-day legal regulation, whereas particular legal institutes are structured in compliance with the structure of the Czech Criminal Law Act. The topics of origin and development of defences has intentionally not been...

End of theoretical part deals with the areas of complex psychiatric, psychosocial and community care, including psychiatric care reform, which is currently being very slowly implemented. The practical part includes qualitative research aims, research questions and methods of data collection. The research group consisted of people with psychotic illness. The data were obtained through interviews. The resulting audio data have been transferred by verbatim transcription into written form and processed by open coding. Subsequently, all data were analyzed and interpreted most complex and interrelated in story form.
