Family psychoeducation and relapse prevention in psychotic disorders

Relapse prevention is a primary long-term clinical goal in treatment of psychotic disorders. Pharmacotherapy by itself is not sufficient, because compliance of patients in remission is usually low and there are more factors contributing to relapse, especially stress of patients resulting from emotionally demanding situations in the family. PREDUKA (PREventive EDUcational programme for relapse prevention) is a six-hour professionally-led group programme for patients with psychotic disorders in ambulant therapy and for their relatives. In a field questionnaire survey we mapped 1) theoretical knowledge of participants, 2) usage of practical advice obtained from PREDUKA and 3) general benefit of programme. Participants from years 2007 - 2009 were included. The sample consisted of 14 patients and 22 relatives, 27 women and 11 men. The average age of patients was 28,6 years, that of relatives 44,4 years. High return of questionnaires from patients confirms their goodwill to cooperate. Knowledge of participants about psychosis and their therapy is very good, compliance of patients from our sample is high. Participants usually follow advice obtained from PREDUKA. Common is the ignorance of important phone numbers (crisis centre, attending psychiatrist), so we suggest to include a page in a workbook for these dates....

The aim of this thesis is to analyse human resource management in OSA - Society for the Protection of the Rights of Music Authors and Publishers -- in Prague. Strenghts and weaknesses of the organization's HRM are identified, based on the knowledge acquired from specialized publications; the thesis also contains suggestions and recommendations on how to improve the current situation.

Use of simulation programs for analyzing and improving the operation of the company (real situation)

Aim of this thesis is to analyze the current situation, to identify bottlenecks and to propose improvements to the department of acquisitions in the selected financial company, which is an important part of the Czech market and which desire not to be named. In the first part of my thesis is provided to the reader a theoretical basis necessary to understand the following text. Then I create simulation models for individual teams, which take part in the mentioned department. These models are based only on average and total values. That is why in the next section, there is described the work to bring them closer to reality with shifts of administrators and the variable number of entities, which are processed throughout the day. Based on the analysis of calculated values, I propose two methods of redistribution of actions to reduce the number of employees and to increase their efficiency.

Podnikatelský projekt developerské společnosti

Cílem předkládané práce je na základě poznatků získaných z literatury připravit stručný a přehledný návod, jak připravit podnikatelský projekt. Dalším cílem je sestavit podnikatelský projekt developerské firmy a posoudit jeho životaschopnost. Pro přehlednost a názornost jsem rozčlenil diplomovou práci do dvou částí: teoreticko-metodologické a praktické. V teoreticko-metodologické části práce analyzuji a shrnuji teoretické poznatky o tom, jakým způsobem připravit optimální podnikatelský projekt. Zabývám se následujícími fázemi podnikatelského projektu: identifikace a předběžný výběr projektu, zpracování technickoekonomické studie, finanční analýza a hodnocení ekonomické efektivnosti, analýza rizika. Závěrečnou fází v přípravě projektu je sestavení podnikatelského plánu. V poslední kapitole teoreticko-metodologické části popisuji jeho požadovanou strukturu. V části praktické pak aplikuji teoretické poznatky na konkrétním případě podnikatelského projektu developerské firmy. Zdůvodňuji výběr projektu, provádím externí a interní analýzu a sestavuji podnikatelský plán. Značnou pozornost věnuji finančnímu plánu a hodnocení finanční situace v jednotlivých letech realizace projektu a také analýze rizik projektu a opatřením na snížení rizika projektu.

The Financial Analysis of the Company I. Kamenická stavební a obchodní firma, s.r.o.

The main object of this thesis is to review financial situation of the company I. Kamenická stavební a obchodní firma, s.r.o. by using financial analysis method. The first part gives the outline of information resources and fundamental methods of financial analysis. In the second part the acquired theoretical knowledge from the area of financial analysis is used to assess financial health of company I. Kamenická stavební a obchodní firma, s.r.o. The evaluation of this company goes entirely out of the results gained by elaboration of publicly available data. The final values are compared with regional competing company Hora, s.r.o. and with averages in branch, in which the selected company is working.

Analysis of the perception of incomplete prices of travel packages in the Czech Republic

The thesis deals with problems of price quoting of travel packages in the Czech Republic. It refers to the process of packaging in the theoretical part, as well to various ways of pricing together with calculation illustration and catalogues price strategy. Furthermore, it shows the difference between a company's and a customer's price perception and informs about the psychological price effect on the final consumer. The important part of this thesis represents the analysis of the current situation of the price quoting of travel packages in the Czech Republic in comparison with the situation abroad. Chapters are oriented to the analysis of the legislation in the field of packaging and price quoting of travel packages, of the praxis of Czech and foreign travel agencies and of taking action of interested institutions to solve this problem. The whole thesis is supplemented with a detailed analysis of the data extracted from the questionnaire.

Inter-Departmental Cooperation at Primary Art Schools and How it is Organized

This bachelor final project deals with the current situation on the field of cooperation between various departments at the contemporary basic art schools in the Czech Republic. The first part is devoted to the generally given facts concerning the legislative regulations in the field of education. In the second part of this project confronts the author the theory with its practical application in the functioning of the school of this type on the daily basis. The final part is set up as a critical evaluation of the present situation that is among others based on the analysis of the data obtained in the form of two questionnaires distributed to a number of basic art schools in the Czech Republic. This interpretation of the results of the small research includes also suggestions with regard to solving various problems and stimulating further development in the field of co-operation among different departments of the basic art schools. Čínský realitní trh - současný stav, trendy a vyhlídky

The aim of this work is to describe the phenomena of bubble in the financial, but especially in the real estate market; based on gained information, the current situation of Chinese real estate market is described. This work is divided into theoretical and more practical part. The theoretical part is devoted to the definition of bubble, bubbles in asset market, real estate market bubbles specifics and its causes analysis, identification and implications for the economy. Also, the Japanese real estate bubble is described. The second part describes the evolution of Chinese real estate market and provides overview of the milestones in its evolution. Moreover, it deals with specifics of the Chinese real estate market and explains the factors behind the rise in prices. Further in second part, situation on Chinese housing market is compared with the one in Japan during real estate bubble. Furthermore, this thesis explains how state government can coordinate, regulate and intervene on the market and comes up with short-term outlook.

The Human Development System in the Organisation

Topic of this thesis is Human Development System in the Organisation. Main objective is to identify and evaluate current development of HR in ABC, a.s. Development of human resource is part of human resource management. It includes training, talent management, career planing and competence management. In practical part of this thesis was analysed HR development in ABC, a.s., based on research and there are desined improvements for current situation. When were searching for suitable recommendations were taken into account primarily the views of employees obtained quantitative research and the trends in this area. Suggested is the introduction of interactive methods of education, implementation of program Action learning and webinary.
