Vratislav Effenberger's poetry and its ideologic context
Caňko, Miloslav ; Vojvodík, Josef (advisor) ; Bílek, Petr (referee)
This study contains an analysis of the poetry of Vratislav Effenberger and the context of its ideas. The first two sections are devoted to the ideology of Czech surrealism, with which Effenberger is indelibly linked as a leading theoretician and which determined his direction for several long decades. The Introduction carries basic information about the history of Czech surrealism, the general problems of its theory and creative practice and the personality of the author in question. The following part examines in detail one aspect of the fundamental shift that occurred in Czech surrealism during its post-war developments: the shift from attempts at achieving a general disruption of the spirit (European rationalist thought), bringing about a total "crisis of consciousness," to mapping this crisis as a depressing problem of the contemporary world. This change is related to the different position of Czech surrealists regarding psychoanalysis: In this context, the author of this study refers to the two-member development scheme of Jean Michel Rabaté, according to which it is possible to distinguish between "hysterical" and "paranoid" discourse within surrealism, and proposes that it be supplemented by a third member - "analytical" discourse. The remaining sections of the whole study are focused on...

Importance of home visits in primary child care
KARDOVÁ, Kateřina
I have focused my Bachelor Thesis with the topic of ``Importance of home visits in primary child care{\crqq} on the importance and frequency of home visits of health care workers and on the visits of social workers to the family within the program of family recovery. The first goal of my Bachelor Thesis is to map the frequency of home visits of health care workers during newborn and older period of the child. The second goal of my Thesis is to map the frequency of family recovery. I worked with the method of quantitative research at processing the Thesis. I used anonymous standardized questionnaire as tool. I handed out the questionnaires to parents of children in playrooms, mother centres and outside playgrounds. The hypothesis 1 states that the visit service of health care workers in the family is under 30% during the newborn and older period of the child. To verify the second hypothesis I processed the second questionnaire to be filled out by organizations performing family recovery. Also the second hypothesis stating that the method of social work {--} family recovery {--} is insufficient in the Czech Republic was confirmed. My Bachelor Thesis can be used as impulse to increase the frequency of home visits of health care workers, not only in case of children in newborn period but also in case of older children because the research shows that parents would be interested in such service. Within family recovery, this Thesis can be used to start working with the child and the child{\crq}s family in time, so that the family is recovered and the child can stay in his or her original family and need not be placed to some institutional care facility.

Factors influencing the distribution of European Beech (Fagus silvatica) on the post mining spoil heap
Vobořilová, Veronika ; Frouz, Jan (advisor) ; Münzbergová, Zuzana (referee)
In this thesis the influence of existing vegetation, the distance from the north border of the spoil heap, animal grazing, terrain bumpiness, and soil pH on the distribution and rooting of European Beech (Fagus sylvatica) at spoil heap Velká podkrušnohorská výsypka (50ř14'09 N, 12ř39'05 E) was examined. To accomplish this, beech seedlings within chosen areas overgrown by spontaneous succession or alder restoration were mapped using GPS. A rooting position on the wave-like terrain was recorded for a proportion of the total number of seedlings. Soil pH was also measured on the wave-like terrain. The majority of seedlings (183) were found at the succession sites; only one seedling was found in the alder restoration site. The GLM analysis proved significantly more seedlings in succession sites compared to alder restoration sites (p = 0.0169) and the negative dependence on distance from the north border of the heap (p < 0.0001). Within the wave-like terrain, 46% of seedlings were growing on the north slopes. In 2009, small seedlings were planted into the fresh restoration site and the adjacent succession site, in both cases inside the fencing and outside of it. The seedlings were growing significantly better in the succession site compared to the restoration site, and they were growing better inside the...

Preventive programs aimed at bullying
PULTAROVÁ, Lucie
Abstract The bachelor thesis ``Preventive programs aimed at bullying{\crqq} contains a theoretical part and a practical one. The theoretical part explains basic concepts related to bullying and a prevention of this phenomenon. Then it informs on a hazard of individual forms and grades of bullying, principles of diagnosis and preventive actions. It also introduces specific prevention programs and projects, which have been or are being implemented in the Czech Republic, there are set out information and basic ideas of the programs. There are also mentioned various organizations dealing with the problem of bullying. In the practical part there are presented results from the qualitative research carried out at elementary schools in České Budějovice, Třeboň, Zliv and Nové Hrady. An analysis of free written essays was used as a technique for data collecting. Respondents were pupils of the second level from mentioned elementary schools who worked up above stated free written essays. They experience of bullying should have been described by them in those essays. A goal of the thesis was to map experience of pupils from the second level of elementary schools with bullying and to analyse their spontaneous written statements on bullying through research questions dealing with both experience and also awareness of pupils on forms of bullying and a hazard rate of its individual forms. Our analysis was based on the assumption, that the pupils used a projection during their writing, thus they projected their real experiences into their stories. The research suggests the following conclusions: Respondents in their works mostly mentioned as a victim of bullying a pupil from whom an aggressor demanded the money. The most frequently mentioned is a blended form of bullying that means a combination of physical and verbal forms. Respondents describe that the victim confer with the problem itself or bullying was reported by a classmate, who knew about it and then it was solved. When it was reported in a short time, everything went well, but as the second mentioned option, a solution of bullying only after the apparent injury of the victim, is mentioned. The results of the thesis demonstrate a level of awareness of the pupils from the second level of elementary schools on individual forms of bullying and their hazards. Findings learned from the works could be an instruction how to proceed in similar situations and how to prevent them.

Telemetric monitoring of the feral pigeon ( Columba livia f. domestica) population at the Karlovo namesti square in Prague
Kanov, Štěpán ; Řezníček, Jan (advisor) ; Novák, Jindřich (referee)
"A Telemetric monitoring of the feral pigeon ( Columba livia f. domestica) population at the Karlovo náměstí square in Prague" This thesis deals with both the monitoring of numbers in the pigeon (Columba livia f. domestica, "the Pigeon") sites in question and also the spatial definition of the daily activities of individual specimens using a telemetric system. Previous researches gathered data on population density and food routes usually obtained by observation. Therefore we believe it's important to supplement this data with spatial movement maps of individuals that cannot be obtained by observation but the telemetry system allows us to do so in certain time period. The data obtained from GPS trackers will be processed into daily spatial activity maps of the specimen. These data will hopefully help us to gain insight into the life of not just specific individuals, but will also allow us to derive spatial activity of the entire population living in the locality in question. The results will be compared with the results from the previous pigeon count. This knowledge can be useful to population control, or serve in other studies. Keywords: pigeon, abundance, telemetry

Systems of continuing education in pedagogy of dance
Mikysková, Barbara ; Mužík, Jaroslav (referee) ; Beneš, Milan (advisor)
The bachelor thesis "Systems of continuing education in pedagogy of dance" presents a description of key interactions in the area of continuing education in pedagogy of dance. For the purpose of this thesis the field of pedagogy of dance is understood as a structure consisting of two main factors: three subjects (pedagogue of dance- educational organization- student) and processes by which they influence each other. The aim of the thesis is to describe these processes and their consequences. All values that orient the educational interactions in pedagogy of dance are given by these processes. The main resource of information is a research based on a quantitative questionnaire- survey . The survey was focused on mapping the situation of continuing education in pedagogy of dance as a dynamic chain of interactions among institutions, pedagogues and students.

Simulation method in constructivist foreign language non-specialist university instruction and its impact on students' communication apprehension
Smejkalová, Kateřina ; Poláčková, Věra (advisor)
This dissertation deals with mapping modern trends in the field of foreign language instruction and special attention is paid both to constructivist approach, simulation method and its application in university foreign language instruction. Its research is focused predominantly on mapping the university students' preference for the simulation method and the impact of this preference on their communication apprehension. Outcomes of the research revealed both that the students'preference for the simulation method is influenced by students' selected internal characteristics (ie. their motivation and foreign language competence) and that the preference corresponds with their subjective perception of the communication apprehension.

Kapitola obsahuje popis procesu zavádění servisně orientované architektury a dále uvádí charakteristiky, kterými by měli služby disponovat.
