Telemedicine and Health Monitoring

Dle anotace se diplomová práce měla zaměřit na problematiku telemedicíny a možnosti, jakým způsobem lze - praktickou aplikací telemedicíny dlouhodobě sledovat zdravotní stav pacientů. O tuto problematiku se již řadu let zajímám, a tato práce má být pokračováním mé předchozí bakalářské práce. Ta byla zaměřena na zkušenosti s využíváním internetové aplikace pro dlouhodobou komunikaci s pacienty. Poznatky vyplývající z používání této aplikace v Centru preventivní medicíny (CPM), mne vedly k rozhodnutí vytvořit pilotní verzi nového komunikačního systému, který pracovně nazývám "eVizita". Systém eVizita by měl sloužit nejen pro potřeby konzultací, ale také pro dlouhodobé sledování zdravotního stavu pacienta. Cílem této práce tedy je vyhodnocení zkušeností nabytých během používání pilotní verze systému eVizita. Prostřednictvím tohoto systému informovalo 63 pacientů CPM, kteří podstoupili operaci křečových žil, o vývoji pooperační bolesti. Cílem tedy bylo prověřit jak možnosti uplatnění v klinické praxi, tak i ověřit ochotu a schopnost pacientů komunikovat s uvedeným systémem prostřednictvím SMS zpráv.

The report, whose elaboration was the subject of a contract between the Czech Geological Survey and the Institute of Geonics CAS, compiles information on basic morphostructural characteristics of the area of Žďárské vrchy Highland within map sheets of the Basic Map of the Czech Republic in a scale 1:25 000 mentioned above (the sheet Bobrová was situated within the area under study only in part), related to major geomorphological units. Information mentioned were, first, based on a study of available data and archival materials about Žďárské vrchy Highland and, second, on a new field research. An important part of the report constitutes a brief description of interesting geomorphological localities for every map sheet (altogether 26), chosen to involve major geomorphological phenomena and document particular phases of landscape evolution of the given area (included especially structural, fluvial, cryogenous and athropogennic landforms). On the basis of the choice, a schematic map of geomorphological localities of the Žďárské vrchy Highland was created in a GIS, including also 6 map sheets elaborated in a year 2004.

Role of social worker in a hospital

The diploma thesis is focused on the main activities of the social workers at the hospitals in Prague, the regional hospitals, and one former district hospital. Within the theoretical section of the abstract there are clearly defined fundamental concepts of social work in health care and its historical transformation. The chapters consist of four sections: ethics code, the quality of social work at the hospital, valid legislation, as well as interdisciplinary collaboration within the hospital. The theoretical part focuses on job description, competencies, skills or personality characteristics of the social worker in the hospital. The last section describes social work in the hospitals by different target groups with whom the social workers can come into contact. The empirical part of this diploma thesis is acquired by the semistructured interviews. The main research question tries to find out the role of the social worker at the hospital. The research targets three surveyed areas: The first examines the qualification skills of the social worker at the hospital. The second refers to the job description of the social worker at the hospital's core business activities. Analýza zdaňování osobních a nákladních automobilů z pohledu daně z přidané hodnoty

Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou daně z přidané hodnoty, a to konkrétně aplikací daně z přidané hodnoty při pořízení osobního a nákladního automobilu. V první části práce je věnována pozornost objasnění základních pojmů. Dále jsou jednotlivé způsoby pořízení osobního a nákladního automobilu v prostřední části bakalářské práce popsány a doplněny ilustrativními příklady. Jedná se o problémové okruhy aplikace daně z přidané hodnoty při pořízení osobního a nákladního automobilu v České republice a z jiného členského státu Společenství. Zaměřila jsem se jak na osobní a nákladní automobily, které splňují definici nového dopravního prostředku, tak i na ty, které tuto definici nesplňují. Zjištěné poznatky jsou shrnuty v poslední části bakalářské práce.

Piano in the Work of Eugen Suchoň and Ján Cikker with regard to their Contribution to the Repertoire of Young Pianists

Vo svojej práci o hudobných skladateľoch Jánovi Cikkerovi a Eugenovi Suchoňvi venujem pozornosť vstupu obidvoch skladateľov do slovenského hudobného života, ich životným osudom a sumárnemu hodnoteniu ich klavírnej tvorby v kontexte vývoja slovenskej hudby 20.storočia. Z dostupných prameňov a literatúry prenášam poznatky súvisiace s problematikou hry na klavíri, v snahe priblížiť túto klavírnu literatúru vo výchovnovyučovacom procese ZUŠ, čo mi umožnilo pôvodne nepredpokladané stretnutie s životopiskyňou a celoživotnou priateľkou Jána Cikkera PhDr. Mariannou Bárdiovou, vedúcou Literámo-hudobného múzea (LHM) - Štátnej vedeckej knižnice v Banskej Bystrici. Práca môže byť praktickým prínosom pre učiteľov a žiakov v podmienkach ZUŠ, pretože vybrané skladby sú v praxi využívané pomerne ojedinele, aj keď by to prospelo k vnímavosti detí k ľudovej hudbe a k zblíženiu žiakov českých a slovenských v oblasti jazykovej. Analysing the possibilities of passenger transport in the transport session Prague Ostrava.

This bachelor´s thesis focuses on analyzing the possibilities of passenger transport in the session Prague, Ostrava. It is divided into two parts. In the first theoretical part there are the descriptions of the basic definitions and the types of the transport. The focus is mainly on rail transport, where the railway packages are described included new fourth railway package. The second part is the actual list of options of the transport between Prague and Ostrava region and a description of the individual companies that allow this transport. There is also description of the advantages and disadvantages of individual types of transport. The final part summarizes all types of transport and compared with each other considering different groups of passengers . The aim of the thesis is to analyze all options of passenger traffic between Prague and Ostrava.

Thus it is extremely important to inform the general public about this issue. The diplom thesis contains a lecture and a worksheet dealing with this issue and they are aimed at high school students.
