Fitness and Wellness center

The diploma thesis is about design and project documentation of fitness and wellness center. The designed object is situated in the outskirts of Havlíčkův Brod in a quiet environment and with direct connection to the city dam. The object is a three-storey partially-basement building with a flat green roof in three levels. The building is based on the base passages of plain concrete, reinforced concrete slabs and beads. The supporting, peripheral and partition walls are designed from the VELOX system. The outer casing consists of cement slab, reinforced concrete core and thermal insulation. In open-plan areas there are designed reinforced concrete columns. The ceiling structure is predominantly designed from reinforced concrete slabs to lost formwork. Part of the facade is plastered, the other part is ventilated. Individual architectural elements divide the object into units and fit into the natural landscape. The object is divided into several tracts where each has its own purpose and specification. In the 1st floor there is a gym, room for trainers and coordinating training room. In the center there is atrium, reception, cloakroom, buffet and public toilets. Vertical communication is possible using a suspended staircase or a hydraulic lift. On the 1st underground floor there is a reception desk and cloakroom for disabled people. In the western part of the tract there is an indoor pool with whirlpool, of course there are cloakrooms divided for men and women. The eastern part of the tract is used as a technical room of air-conditioning, there are also 3 saunas, including a relaxation room and dressing room. All facilities on the 1st underground floor have access to an outdoor park, including a dam and outdoor whirlpools. In the 2nd floor there is a staffing facility, an area for manegement, technical rooms and an outdoor green terrace. The designed object is designed for disabled people. Around the object there is designed a car park for 33 cars.
Low energy detached house

The bachelor´s thesis deals proposal and processing of project documentation low-energy detached house in the village of Horní Bory. Complete the project documentation as well as the addenda are elaborated with regard to contemporary legislature and standards. The project of low energy detached house is situated on a plot of 310/1 in the cadastral Horní Bory. The building has two floors "plus" shape with partial basement. Dimensions of the house are 14,52 x 19,52 m. The roof of the house is designed of three variants roof: flat roof, gabled roof and truss roof. The building is designed from the system Ytong. The base structure consists of a plain concrete C16/20 and concrete base slab thickness of 100 mm. The enclosed seminar´s thesis deals with the shielding technology.
Family house

The thesis is designed newly built freestanding house. The building will be located in Moravský Krumlov , part of the plot Kačence . No. 3225/3226 , Znojmo district . House is designed as a single-storey with partial basement . Maximum dimensions in circumscribing the outline of the house are 21.5 x15 , 25 m . Loft height is 3.7 m house is based on the footings of plain concrete. In terms of design for the combined construction of concrete blocks in the basement and 1st floor in ceramic blocks . The ceilings of the house are designed as monolithic - concrete reinforced with cross boards. The supporting structure is a concrete staircase . The roof of the house is a single-layer flat with the classical order of layers and coating roofing membrane .
Residential House

This is a two-floor detached house with partly basement and garage which is incorporated. The supporting structure is made up of bricks Medmax filled reinforced concrete. Construction of ceiling is realized from the panels Med10 and reinforced concrete, which is made carrying construction. The building is based on concrete foundations. Construction of the truss is purlin’s and rafter’s type. The roofs are forming a gabled shape.
Family house

This is a new family house in a partity developted area. The building is located in the city of Brno. The building has two above grand floor and one underground floor. In the underground floor are situed a garage with standing for two cars, two warhouses, technical room, and office. In the first floor be located a study room, dressing room, bathroom, separate toilet, a spacious living room with a dinning area and kitchen. Further, there are design office, which includes office, a room for employees, washroom and toilet. On the sekond floor there are two children´s room, bathroom, dressing room and room for parents, that includes a dressing room, bedroom and bathroom. The building is based on the footings of plain concrete C16/20. I tis a brick building from the systém Porotherm. The roof is a flat with Single-roof. Build-up area is 202 m2
Reconstruction of residential building

The subject of this final thesis is prepared detailed project documentation for the reconstruction of apartment building on Karáskovo Square in Brno - Židenice. The existing building is rectangular and is a part of a apartment terraced buildings. Residential building has a basement and three floors and an attic. The main entrance is oriented to the southwest. Foundation structures are concrete, vertical support system is a brick wall, roof structure is wooden roof standing stool with pleated ceramic tiles.
Home for the Elderly

The subject of the diploma theses is a house for the elderly. The building is designed on flat terrain in the Přerov cadastral, Dvořákova street. The building is designed for the permanent housing of the elderly, with the possibility of using day care services. There is a 25 residential units. The building is divided into two parts, three flors are supposed to living and the rest two floors made operating part. On the first floor there is a medical surgery, and a café. The building is designed of brick construction system ceramic blocks Porotherm. Ceiling structure is made of Porotherm Ceiling. The whole building is covered with flat roof. Home of the Elderly is designed as barrier-free.
Apartment building - Brno

The subject of the diploma thesis is to elaborate the design documentation of an apartment house with restaurant. The building is designed in the village of Lipůvka, South-Moravian region, on plot No.: 544/1 and 545/1 – cadastral region Lipůvka. The bulit-up area is 443,3 m2. There are four floors. There is restaurant, one housing unit (for persons with reduced mobility) and utility room in first above-ground floor. Second, third and fourth above-ground floor is for housing. Each of these three floors has three apartments – two apartments 3+k, one apartment 3+1. Entrance to every apartment is from main staircase. The building is based on the foundation walls of concrete C20/25, all vertical walls are from Porotherm System. Celings are composed of ceramic-conrete beams POT, ceramic insertion Miako and concrete. The staircase is monolithic reinforced concrete. The building is without basement, roofed by a warm flat roof.
Multifunctional building

This is a detached multifunctional building in the construction of commercial and residential buildings. The building is located in České Budějovice. Multifunctional building has five floors, one underground floor and a partial basement. The building is covered single-surface vegetation and double skin roof rack. On the first floor is a multifunctional building with reception vestibule, hall of which are accessible to all businesses and also the staircase space. The first floor is also a cafe, spatially separated from the multifunctional building. The café includes restrooms and stairs to get to the hinterland own cafe, where there is room for staff, toilet and are relevant warehouses drinks and other amenities. On the second floor there is a fitness center with all facilities and sanitary facilities. The gym also includes a reception and a health food store. In the third to fifth floor are residential units. A total of 5 apartments, where 2 and 3 flats are always identical. The building is based on foundation strips of plain concrete and masonry made of POROTHERM building system with a contact system of the company ISOVER. The project has been prepared complete documentation of new multifunctional building at the level of documentation for construction. Design of the building emphasizes the static and layout, fire safety, energy savings and safety in use. Drawing documentation was realized in ArchiCAD.
Golf Resort

The proposed golf resort is situated near the village of Nevcehle in the sloping terrain. It is a brick building of concrete blocks with contact thermal insulation and with concrete floor structure. The building has two floors. House is based on plain concrete foundations. Roof is made up of metal plate-connected timber truss with metal roofing.
